Byggdes pÄ 1800-talet var detta historiska loft ursprungligen en del av ett bomullslager. Det överlevde en stor eld och blev en yrkesskola innan den helt ombyggdes till sitt nuvarande tillstÄnd som en lyxig korttidshyra.

Vid ankomsten kommer du att kunna anvÀnda din privat parkeringsplats direkt framför hemmet och gÄ direkt pÄ övervÄningen till din oas. Den exponerade tegelstenen du ser nÀr du gÄr uppför trappan till huvudnivÄn fortsÀtter genom hela loftet. StrÄlarna förkollade i början av 1900-talet lÀgger till charmen och vÀrmen pÄ detta unika loft.

Hela köket öppnar till vardagsrummet med en bardisk och en fantastisk vy. Du har allt du behöver för att laga middag eller bara för att vÀrma vissa resterna frÄn en av de fantastiska restauranger pÄ din tröskel. Den vackra vardagsrummet med en bekvÀm linne bÀddsoffa har en platt-TV med kabel, men med stora panoramafönster och franska dörrar till en liten balkong, som behöver tv?

En master svit pÄ framsidan av hemmet erbjuder en sann lyxupplevelse med en drottning sÀng, sittgrupp och stort badrum med separat badkar och dusch. Great location. Right on river. Beautiful balcony view from living room. Great rooftop area with great view. Within walking distance of everything in the downtown area. Short drive to Grayson Stadium for Banana Ball.

It was a great weekend! Close to everything we wanted to do, we did not use our car the whole time we were there. Multiple Restraunts , shopping and the trolley tour is a must do. The unit was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. Our location had a lot of late night traffic but there were fans that helped block the partying. It was over Halloween. I would not suggest this unit if you have a small toddler due to the 2 steep flights of stairs , one from the entrance , the other to the upstairs deck. That was challenging but the views were wonderful and we loved being able to sit and watch all the river traffic. we will def be back.

We stayed in this building several times and in this unit twice. The location is great and surrounded by restaurants and shops. We enjoy sitting on the balcony watching the ships roll in and out. The home has everything you need. We were happy to see the A/C vent was no longer sticking out the front window so the shade could be closed. Our only complaint was the bed. Very uncomfortable and felt like it was lumpy and elevated at the feet. Otherwise, great place with everything one could need.

This is a very nicely furnished loft apartment. The main living area is open to the well equipped kitchen with views to the Savannah River and a small balcony. There are 3 coffee makers; normal drip, Nespresso, and Keurig. We were only supplied with one day of coffee, no creamer or sweetener, so bring your own. The rooftop deck was a great place for evening wine and snacks. Late October weather was perfect for it. The main bedroom is large with a seating area and television. There is no closet, so we draped our clothes over the couch and chair. Outlets are limited so you may want to bring a multiplier. As others noted, there is a lot of late night party and early morning truck traffic noise, so loud I thought the windows must be open. Bring earplugs and a sleep mask and embrace the area.The smaller bedroom is more cozy and quiet and has a door to the main bathroom. There's also a door to that bathroom from the hallway. The beds and linens in both rooms were comfortable.There are steep stairs to get from the street level to the living area and from the living area up to the rooftop deck. It may not be a good choice for families with small children or people with mobility problems.The entire apartment was clean and functional, including the steam shower. The dishwasher made for easy cleanup and the washer and dryer worked well. Interesting artwork and a vintage vibe made for a very enjoyable stay with easy access to everything the Historic District offers. We loved it!

Loved the design of the living area and the rooftop view was awesome. Being on the shipping channel and seeing the huge container ships go past was very unique

Perfect location

The property is centrally located, parking out front, walking distance to everything on Riverwalk. You will not be disappointed I would stay a month and not be ready to leave

Perfect location and apartment

We had a blast and loved the location and watching the container ships go by from the roof and the living room. Would stay here again in a heartbeat if we were back on Savannah!

The unit was very spacious and the eclectic decor provided a welcoming environment. We enjoyed spending time on the balcony and the rooftop deck as well as in the unit. There were several minor repairs that needed attention, such as the pantry door, but that did not take away from the enjoyment of our stay. We made one call for maintenance which was very quickly resolved. My only suggestion would be for coat hangers to be provided in the closets. We would absolutely return to the same place if we visit again.

Awesome location

We had a parking issue when checking in, which the managers fixed in about an hour. Other than that, we had a great stay. The property is lovely and has beautiful views. Plenty of room to spread out.

Very nice, with Stairs!

There are lots of stairs. The river view was great! The roof patio was very cool! The inside bedroom was very quiet, but the streetside bedroom was quite noisy late into the weekend nights. The TV, etc., could use some instructions. It was a great location for the touristy part of Savannah. We drove to the historical area as one of us had trouble walking, Not far, but traffic and parking were a challenge. Overall, really liked it. Lucky Savannah was very helpful and responsive!

Great area! Walk to anything you want to do

The property was super clean. Don't expect to have all the extra kitchen things and perks, as you won't need it. You can walk to anything you want. View of the river was awesome. Crowd watching was the best. If you are older and can't climb steps, leave this place out of your itenerary.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Riverview has been the location for the last 3 of our several visits to Savannah. The location and roof top deck are the highlights. Since we make frequent use of the rooftop deck, the missing handle for opening the sliding glass door was a challenge. I strongly suggest its replacement. Also, the primary bedroom would be much more comfortable if something could be done to tone down the street noise and darken the room for sleeping. Overall, we had a wonderful time...these 2 drawbacks were our only concerns.

Great view and location!

The view from the balcony and rooftop deck were beautiful! The location was perfect. It was within walking distance of the shops and restaurants which was convenient. The loft was very spacious as well. Definitely will come back!

Reviewer Comments: Our stay at this Savannah rental was delightful in many ways: the views are fantastic, the location is incredibly convenient—just steps from the city’s best restaurants, bars, and attractions—and the amenities (well-equipped kitchen, comfy living spaces, and a superb rooftop) made for a very comfortable visit.That said, a few updates would take this property from great to exceptional. In the master bedroom, the window-mounted AC unit blocks the shutter from closing fully, which lets in street noise late into the night—Saturday evenings felt especially loud given the bars and restaurants nearby. The rooftop is wonderful for sunsets, but offers zero privacy, and the large living-room windows have no coverings, leaving you in full view of the hotel across the street. A bit more detail in the listing about the window unit’s placement—and the addition of functional shutters or curtains in the master, window treatments in the living room, and privacy screens on the rooftop—would go a long way. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the thoughtful amenities; with these small improvements, future guests will love it even more.

Great downtown location but with a couple caveats

Pros: Great view of water and people downtown on the riverstreet. The kitchen is nice with all appliances needed for stay. Can walk to some restaurants.Cons: Can’t close privacy shutter of one of the windows in the main bedroom because of the humidifier/AC machine that attaches to it, so need to be aware of where you get dressed/undressed in the bedroom. Also, the large sliding door from the main bedroom to bathroom is almost impossible to close and open. We found ourselves just keeping it a quarter open to squeeze in and out to get to and from the bathroom.

Amazing views

The property was just as nice as advertised. The views were great, unit was very clean. It was exactly as the pictures showed. Parking is right at the door, our vehicle never left its parked space, everything is without walking distance

Lucky Savannah is great. We’ve rented from them before and they are so great. Their properties are clean and stocked with all the amenities of home.
