Lakehouse är ett fantastiskt residens med en privat terrass vid vattnet och tillgång till Annecy-sjön. Det ligger vid södra spetsen av Annecy-sjön, 15kms från den berömda staden Annecy, Venedig i franska Alperna. Njut av flod och sjöfront med terrass med utsikt över den orörda sjön, detta är en mycket speciell plats.
Uteserveringarna består av en stor terrass med ett stort grönt gräsmattområde som leder till vattensidan terrass och ponton. Det finns gott om solstolar, 3 paddla brädor tillgängliga för gästerna och 2 stora uteserveringar med grill och utomhus kylskåp att koppla av och njuta av måltider utomhus.

Huset erbjuder fantastiska ljusa och luftiga öppna planlösningar, ett stort matbord och ett amerikanskt modernt kök fullt utrustat för att tillgodose 16.
Den separata TV / vardagsrummet har en bordfotboll och är en bra snygg plats för barn och tonåringar och leder till en back terrass med bordtennisbord och skuggade utemöbler.

Fabulous

The location was perfect right on the lake. The children enjoyed the kayaks very much and we rented a boat to go to restaurants. A family boules tournament was great fun. The house was perfect downstairs with plenty of rooms and amenities. The bedrooms could do with some blackout blinds or shutters and the downstairs bedrooms had blinds that ended six inches from the bottom of the window meaning the people in those bedrooms woke up early.

Vacances familiales : ballades, paddels tt le monde était ravi et a trouvé des activités a son goût malgré un temps très moyen Une seule difficulté : pas de rideaux occultants…avec de jeunes enfants les nuits étaient trop courtes !! Lever à 6h15 pr certains

Mother's Dream Come true!

Words will never be enough to describe this beautiful house and the experience one goes through staying in it - what a fabulous experience it has given me and my entire family for three whole weeks this summer. I celebrated my 75th birthday and had my entire family - three children and their spouses and 8 grandchldren - all 15 of us - staying in this fabulous house - it was a mother's dream come true!

Stunning location

A wonderful property for a large family holiday. No pool! but who cares when you have the whole of Lake Annecy at the end of the garden which is even better. Evening meals on the deck with the sun setting over the lake were fantastic. The house was well equipped and managed to combine luxury with a homely feel. One slight frustration was the air conditioning did not extend to the top floor, I am sure the owners will be addressing this. Great for cycling - a large secure garage to store bikes and some wonderful cycle paths and cols to explore. The local area offers lots to do. The photos on the website look great, but the reality is significantly better.

Stunning property and surroundings

We spent Christmas and New Year with a large group of family and friends at the Lakehouse. The property is perfect, the open plan layout is great for a larger group, and the separate TV room and additional smaller living room make it possible to get some quiet time if needed. The bathrooms are modern, and the girls all commented on the super soft bed linen! The Agents Claude and Michelle were extremely supportive right from the start, and ensured all questions were answered, the Christmas Turkey ordered, and even put up a Christmas tree for us. The nearby skiing resort La Clusaz is great, and suitable for beginners as well as experienced skiers'. We are definitely looking forward to coming back.

Cycling Vacation

Claude & Michelle, This beautiful home was the perfect location for our week stay in Annecy. The layout of the home and all it's amenities were perfect for our large group. Unfortunately, the cool weather prevented us from fully enjoying the lake but we spent the chilly evening watching a few sunsets! We also managed to take a three hour pontoon boat cruise around the lake, meeting our captain at the Ma Chez dock close by. Our cycling experience, starting with the bikes from BaseCamp, was spectacular! The rides into the Alps or circling the lake or taking the bike trail, right across the street offered something for everyone in our group. Thank you for your list of cycling shops for forgotten items and warmer gear. You guys were so thorough with all house and area info, things to do, and restaurants. We experienced many good ones but the best was the chef who was able to come at the last minute and prepare a delicious dinner for twelve. In Annecy we enjoyed the market and shopping...such a quaint city. We all agreed this area deserves another trip! Hiking, cycling, the lake, so many sporting activities... Thank you both for helping make this a memorable time! Hopefully, we will see you again soon! Best, Debbe Myers

The outdoor spaces consist of a large terrasse and green lawn area leading onto the water side terrasse and ponton. There are plenty of sun loungers, 4 paddle boards available for the guests and 2 large outdoor dining areas with BBQ and outdoor fridge to relax and enjoy al fresco meals. A recent addition of a hot tub completes an all year round experience for the colder months.

The House is set over 3 floors - lounge, dining, kitchen, TV room and 4 double bedrooms on the ground floor. There are 4 other bedrooms on the upper levels, all elegantly decorated all with their own bathroom and TV and amazing views on the surrounding landscape.

The house offers stunning light and airy open plan living spaces, a large dining table and an American style modern kitchen fully equipped to cater for 15.
The separate TV / sitting room features a table football and large TV and is a great snug place for kids and teens and leads onto a back, enclosed, terrasse with ping pong table and outdoor furniture.

Sleeping arrangement:
On the ground floor : 4 double bedrooms, split in 2 areas:
- 1 double bedroom with full Italian ensuite
- 1 separate family sleeping area with 1 large king size bedroom (A/C) with family ensuite bathroom, and 2 room with 2 single beds (A/C)
1st floor:
- 3 double bedrooms with full ensuite, all with A/C and TV
- 1 double room with bunk beds (2 single), A/C and DVD player - separate shower room nearby
2nd floor:
- 1 Large studio with king size bed, lounge area, full bathroom with bath and shower, kitchenette, TV and A/C

The forecourt parks 4/5 cars and a large garage is available to park bikes, cars and sports equipment.
