Dockenbush Cottage är en lyxig stuga med självhushåll i en tunnland privat mark nära byn Brearton, North Yorkshire. Stugan är komplett med en underbar öppen planlösning med vardagsrum och matsal-kök och 2 sovrum; 1 king size och 1 super king size, båda med generösa sviter. Det finns också en separat toalett / verktyg med toalett, handfat och tvättmaskin / torktumlare. Stugan har sin egen privata trädgård med gräsmatta och vackra lavendelgränser, en uteplats och stolar finns tillsammans med en grill för din användning. Denna stuga oser av charm med sin eleganta och bekväma inredning. Alla rum är inredda med hög standard i neutrala toner, med strålkastare och bordbelysning för att säkerställa perfekt stämning! Det fullt utrustade köket har allt du behöver för din vistelse. Stugan ligger på en nivå.

Great property, lovely area

We (4 adults) had a lovely stay, the property is well kitted and in a nice remote area, very dog friendly and a good base for Harrogate, Ripon, Fountains Abbey etc.

Great property with everything you need for a break away from home. In an idealic location with plenty of great eateries around the area. Great base for Harrogate, York, Ripon and many more. Ideal for a family or two couples and doggy friendly even had some doggie treats when we arrived.

Lovely place to stay

We had a lovely time x the cottage was comfy and warm with the under floor heating x the log fire was wonderful x loved the Christmas tree made it feel cosy x we had 3 dogs and they loved the walks around the local area x the welcome hamper was a lovely welcome x will definitely stay again x

This lovely cottage in Harrogate was perfect for two couples spending a week exploring the Dales and the Moors. Wonderful neighbors, including three visiting Labs, in a country setting. Peaceful, beautiful, and comfortable.

Perfect

A beautiful cottage, well presented and everything you need for your stay. A lovely welcome pack too which is a really nice touch. Off the beaten track but for our relaxing weekend that is exactly what we needed but yet still close enough to Knaresborough and Harrogate. Would highly recommend.

Graham's place

Great accomodation. A converted barn which had a very homely feeling. Well equipped kitchen. Welcome hamper which was lovely. A south facing enclosed garden to sit in the afternoon sun. Short drive to Harrogate and knaresbourgh. Pately bridge only 12 miles away and into the dales. Would highly recommend this place if looking for a quiet relaxing place to stay

WOW! What a stay!

We can't say enough about our stay at this absolutely charming cottage near Brearton. We were so pleased by the generous welcome package and even more so by the great instuction book of things to see and do - including a spectacular cross-country hike to the fabulous local pub (highly recommended for Sunday Roast!). Perfect country retreat

The cottage has been furnished to a very high standard making for a very comfortable stay, even when it rained. All that you needed was available in the cottage. Easy access to all the local sights and towns. Janet and Mark sent prompt replies to all communication and the directions were also received promptly.

Easter Escape

We had a lovely stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to escape to North Yorkshire. The host kindly left us a welcome hamper with some Easter treats for us hooomans and the doggos which were very much appreciated. The cottage itself is nice and modern with lots of homely touches and has everything you need (and more). We really appreciated getting to use the paddock where we could let the dogs play freely. There are a couple of lovely restaurants / bars within walking distance.

Just the ticket!

Rented this lovely cottage for my mothers birthday, wanted a quiet place in the country close to Harrogate. Graham the owner was brilliant, I asked if he could do a couple of things for me to make the place a little more special for my mother - he very kindly put a “happy birthday” banner up, left a little gift, and even his daughter baked a delicious cake! The cottage is centrally located between several places of interest so a great base for all tastes. Will be back!

Idyllic, Bucolic, Wonderful

This property is located in a quiet, rural setting north of Harrogate, England. It is well maintained, met and exceeded all expectations. Two bedrooms with ensuite, kitted out kitchen and working laundry as advertised. We were met with key in door, basket of goodies, horses in the fields and two well trained labradors. We loved it. Thanks of our host Graham who checked in with us and gave pointers about the locale. Loved it as you can tell. If we wonder back to this area, we will certainly look at rebooking this offer.

Gorgeous

Lovely, well thought out barn conversion So cosy and comfortable, yet with plenty of space for everyone. Immaculately clean and with all you woukd ever use in the kitchen. Two lovely ensuite doyble bedrooms. The garden was secure so my little dog coukd not wander off. Great central location. We visited Scarborough, Robin Hood Bay, Kiplin Hall and James Herriot World. Pub down the road serves lovely food. Also, the owner Grayham met us to show us to the property and kindly made our garden sevure so dog could not wander. The welcome basket was absolutely gorgeous. I will have no hesitation in recommending tgis property to family, friends and colleagues.

Great stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay. The property is very comfortable and well stocked with everything you need for a most enjoyable holiday. Located on a private estate it is wonderfully quiet and relaxing. It is also very well located for visiting the local towns, villages and stunning North Yorkshire countryside. We were fortunate enough to enjoy 10 days of gorgeous weather so every where looked at its best. Knaresborough is nearby and very attractive with great cafes lining the river front whilst Ripon, which is also close, was an unexpected delight with its beautiful cathedral and pretty streets. Graham, the property owner, lives close by and is very friendly but not at all obtrusive. He gave us some good tips for local places to visit and the eggs from his hens were much appreciated. We highly recommend Dockenbush Cottage for a wonderful holiday in a beautiful part of the country.
