Spektakulära bergsutsikt i charmiga Verbier Village

I Verbier Village hittar du lugn och ro, charmiga byggnader och vacker utsikt, undanstoppad under den mycket travlande staden men bara några minuter från skidliftarnas, restaurangernas och barernas bekvämlighet. Inbäddat bland gamla ladugårdar, och med en 180 graders utsikt över bergen, inklusive Grand Combin, renoverades vår lägenhet 2018. Njut av karaktäristiska gamla bjälkar, en traditionell vedeldad spis och utsatta stenmurar med alla bekvämligheter i ett modernt kök och bekväma sängar.

Köket och vardagsrummet är utrustade med helt nya Siemens apparater, ett matbord för åtta gäster och en otroligt bekväm soffa. Genom de djupfattade fönstren i den gamla stenväggen har du 180 graders utsikt över bergen. Om du blir uttråkad av att titta på utsikten finns det också en TV med internationella kanaler och ett Netflix-konto, och naturligtvis wifi.

Köket har en 200 år gammal vedspis - en traditionell Valaisan Pierre Olaire - för att värma upp dig efter en dag i sluttningarna. Vi har även monterat helt nya radiatorer om du inte vill skjuta upp ugnen.

Lägenheten har tre sovrum, sovrummet kan byggas upp som en superking storlek (180 cm) eller som två singlar. Det mindre sovrummet har också en superking-säng, och det tredje sovrummet har en liten dubbelsäng (140 cm) och en enda våningssäng (90 cm). Mjukt bomullssängkläder och handdukar från egyptisk bomull finns.

Vi har två badrum, varav en var renoverad 2018 och innehåller en stor regndusch. Det andra badrummet (unrenovated) har badkar och handdusch.

Verbier by har en boulangerie (vi rekommenderar sina croissanter till frukost), restaurang, bankomat, postlåda och ett busshållplats (precis framför huset) som tar dig till skidliften på Medran på bara några minuter. Om du vill ha en promenad (eller om du har stannat ut senare än den sista bussen) är vi bara tio till femton minuters promenad nerför backen från Place Centrale. Observera att promenad upp till stan är lite brantare, men busshållplatsen är verkligen bara 30 sekunder bort.

Perfect place for families

Rebecca’s flat was absolutely perfect. The convenience of the bus literally at her doorstep was such a luxury. The flat is gorgeous with done up with high end finishes. Rebecca was so helpful as well helping us sort childcare and ski classes for our youngest. Perfect location and flat for families and friends. I would absolutely book this property again.

This chalet is absolutely stunning. A cozy build-up of the basement of a farmhouse 150+ years old, in a modern style that perfectly befits the setting, with no expenses spared. The place is located in the historic farmer village of Verbier and is definitely from before the tourist era. All is in that is needed, with the 18'century oven the ultimate extra treat. 5 mins walk to the local cheese-maker and the local bakery assure you get the best artisanal fondue, raclette or breakfast baguette you can imagine. Also 5 min walk to the ski bus, which you'll need to get to the slopes. The sub-basement ski storage is large enough for whatever needs you may have, we were 7 people. Oh, by the way, the chalet comfortably sleeps 7, in 3 bedrooms (2-2-3) and has 2 individual bathrooms. Rebecca is a very responsive host, and she really cared about our well-being in her chalet. Next time Verbier this will be it, only we like vagabonding around when it comes to skiing. CM, Jan.2019

Wunderbare Familienferien in Verbier

Die Wohnung war wunderbar gemütlich und für uns 7köpfige Familie ideal! Alles war sauber, die Betten herrlich bequem, die Busstation 2 Gehminuten entfernt, die Kommunikation mit Rebecca einfach und nett! Vielen Dank für 10 herrliche Tage in Verbier!!

Sehr schönes Chalet und fantastische Vermieter

Das Chalet ist sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind extrem zuvorkommend und es fehlt an nichts. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist die Lage, da das Chalet fast direkt an der Hauptstrasse liegt und gute zehn (sehr steile) Fussminuten vom Zentrum von Verbier entfernt ist.

Absolutely fantastic

We couldn’t have had a nicer time at Rebecca‘s place. Check-in was remarkably easy using the key safe, and the appartment was spotless - they even left us a lovely welcome card, chocolates and wine! The views were fantastic, and the location was quiet but close to the main town - we walked up to collect our skis from the ski shop every morning and walked back every evening and it only took 15 to 20 mins each way. The local supermarket was only a 10 minute walk. The beds were amazingly comfy, with lovely big towels and slippers provided. There is also a lovely sofa and a nice big table for cosy dinners in. We cooked at home every night and found everything we could possibly want in the kitchen including a nice big saucepan to cook for seven people and an amazing raclette grill which we made full use of! The shower was really nice with a beautifully decorated bathroom, and we didn’t run out of hot water even when all 7 of us showered each evening. The decor was amazing, somehow managing to be both modern and cosy at the same time with a beautiful old-fashioned wood stove for a nice fire in the evening (and a plentiful supply of wood). I would recommend storing skis and ski boots at one of the local shops rather than carrying them down to the village, as it’s really convenient and saves you lugging your skis around. The Wi-Fi was very reliable and fast, and having Netflix was also a really nice touch for when you wanted to watch a film after a day of skiing. Thoughtful extra touches included a stack of ski maps in the windowsill and a full guide to Verbier emailed to you before arrival. In summary, I can’t recommend staying here enough! Absolutely great experience.

A most lovely real Swiss appartment with a British and German owner!

From the moment we arrived we felt incredibly welcome in this lovely and well designed appartment. The house is very well equiped and the owners British Rebecca and her German husband are easy going, super friendly and fast responding to any questions. The information pack was very comprehensive. So we can recommed this lovely appartment with all our hearts! As it is a ground floor appartment it is a bit dark upon arrival but the good and atmospheric lighting made it feel very cosy and relaxed. All modern appliances are available and work very well. The older bathroom has a nice bath + shower and the new bathroom is very nicely furnished with a super shower! All the linens incl bed and bathroom sheets and towels are of very high quality. The uphill walk to the higher village might be a challenge for some but it saves you on a warming up for skiing and/or get some daily excercise. You do not have to take that road as there is a bus every 30 mins to all the skilifts and the village also available. And do not forget the lovely bakery that is very close to the house for your early croissants in the morning - more fresh than that you cannot get them... So highly recommended! Lovely apartment in Verbier village

All new and clean (other than one bathroom), excellent new shower room, comfortable beds, nice design in an historic building. Very responsive owner who is super helpful and accommodating. Parking can be tricky during very busy periods, bus stop is close but only come every 30 mins. Bakery a few mins walk away is so good and the cheese and wine available from the Verbier Laiterie is unbeatable.

Appartement plein de charme rénové avec beaucoup de goût....

Appartement plein de charme situé dans un chalet avec une vue magnifique sur les massifs et baigné de soleil, rénové récemment avec beaucoup de goût. Les matériaux utilisés pour la rénovation sont de grandes qualités et en harmonie avec le lieu. La literie est d'un confort exceptionnel : sur-matelas, couette moelleuse et nombreux coussins, avec un linge de lit d'une grande douceur. Les salles de bains sont très agréables, chaudes, avec des éponges très épaisses et très douces et des gels et crèmes Rituals. Le maxi canapé du salon est merveilleusement comfortable et très convivial pour se retrouver après le ski autour de la chaleur du poêle à bois. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée, il ne manque aucun ustensile et tout l'électro ménager est de grandes marques ( bouilloire, grille pains, cafetière ...). Il y a une grande table magnifique pour les repas avec une très belle vaisselle. Le vieux village de verbier est plein de charme et authentique, situé à 10 minutes à pied du centre ville et également à 2 minutes du bus gratuit qui dépose au centre. Ce fut un sejour merveilleux ....un grand merci à Rebecca pour avoir rendu ce lieu si chaleureux, si confortable et pour ces cadeaux de bienvenue ... et pour sa gentilesse.....
