Bottenvåningen takvåning inom gated resort. Fantastisk havsutsikt, med utsikt över poolen. Nyligen renoverat till höga standarder. Två sovrum (vardera med eget badrum), vardagsrum med öppet kök och terrass. Höghastighets fiber wifi och smart TV.

Anläggningen har direkt tillgång till "paseo" (fotvandring). Närmaste strand (Playa Bastian) ligger 500m bort längs paseo. Nära till affärer, stormarknader och restauranger. Framför busshållplatsen till centrum av Costa Teguise och Arrecife.

Dubbelrummet har ett eget badrum med badkar / dusch. Det tvåbäddsrummet har ett eget badrum med dusch. Inbyggda garderober finns i båda sovrummen. Det fullt utrustade köket har kylskåp, frys, kökshandfat, elspis, ugn, mikrovågsugn, brödrost, bestick, porslin, tvättmaskin och all nödvändig köksredskap.

I vardagsrummet finns en soffa, smart TV med ett brett utbud av internationella kanaler och ett matbord med 4 stolar. En extra hopfällbar säng är tillgänglig för en 5: e gäst, lämplig för barn eller tonåringar. Terrassen har ett matbord för 4 stolar och ett relaxområde med en soffgrupp för trädgården för 4 personer.

Gästerna är välkomna att använda den vackra semesterpoolen, med kostnadsfria paraplyer och solstolar, som serveras på förstklassig basis. Poolen har en barnsektion med grunda vatten och en vuxen pool med djupare vatten. Det finns också en trevlig och vänlig poolbar som erbjuder mat och dryck.

Lägenheten ligger nära affärer, stormarknader och restauranger (ca 200m bort).

Playa Bastian ligger ca 250 meter bort, längs gågatan (Paseo), som är direkt tillgänglig från orten.

Centrum av Costa Teguise ligger ca 15 minuters promenad från orten, också nås längs paseo. Annars är ett busshållplats precis utanför orten och kan användas för att nå Costa Teguise centrum, Arrecife och Puerto del Carmen.

En taxistation ligger ca 5 minuters promenad från fastigheten.

Great apartment

Really good apartment, the photos don't do it justice! Very large balcony with sea view. Was well equipped and comfortable. Only minor point was that pool area was not hosed down, although pool itself was clean. Still 5 stars!

Great apartment, great view, lovely resort.

Great apartment, comfortable beds nice and bathroom. Excellent view from the balcony and swimming pool. The pool is well look after and clean, not too busy either. We found the resort to be just the right size , lots of great restaurants and bars and not too expensive. We would stay again 👍

What a sunrise

Fab apartment overlooking the sea. Beautiful sunrise every morning. Quiet pool in the complex. Good restaurants nearby or 20 min walk to Costa Teguise centre along the coastal path. Been to Teguise a few times and this is my favorite apartment by far.

Lovely 2 bed apartment

Top floor apartment with pool and ocean views. Huge balcony where we spent many relaxing sunny hours. Good selection of restaurants and a well stocked supermarket 5 minute walk away. Use VRBO as our 1st choice these days. Good value for money especially if you can get a cheap flight.

Fabulous apartment

This was my third stay in the apartment and again I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Helen is an excellent host with very good communication with guests. The apartment is on a quiet complex within a walking distance of town along the paseo and opposite a bus stop. The apartment is well appointed for a pleasant and comfortable stay and the double balcony is fabulous for watching the sun rise each morning. Thank you Helen for another wonderful stay in Costa Teguise.

Fantastic

Thanks Helen for a great stay at your apartment and all of the information provided in advance. The Apartment is well located with lots of bars/restaurants a nearby and a short walk into the Costa Teguise Square. Plenty of facilities available within Helen's apartment so that you wouldn't need to go out if you didn't want to and a supermarket around 5 minutes walk away. Would definitely recommend Helen's apartment for a comfortable stay in Costa Teguise Thanks again 😊

First Time in Lanzarote

Had a lovely stay in this apartment and the host Helen was lovely. Exactly as listed. Pool was lovely and no trouble getting a sun lounger. Supermarket a couple of minutes walk away and bus stop right outside apartment complex. Nice walk into town on a night and a €3 taxi home. Would recommend Dolmen and Havana 6 for a nice meal and cheap drinks at Chispas in the square.

Winter break

This was my second extended stay at the apartment and again I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. As I stayed for just over a month, the apartment has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal as it's right by the paseo for lovely walks and right opposite the bus stop for exploring the island. The complex is quiet with plenty of sun loungers by the pool. Helen is an excellent host with excellent communication before and during the holiday. Would thoroughly recommend this apartment for a relaxing stay in Costa Teguise.

Fabulous winter stay.

I stayed for over four weeks at Helen's apartment and was very happy. Helen was very efficient at responding to my questions and reassured me in these Covid travel times. The apartment is very well located with the paseo outside the gates and the local bus stop directly across the road. The apartment has all the facilities required for an extended stay and was very much my 'home from home' in Lanzarote. The balcony is fabulous and I regularly enjoyed my morning cuppa watching the sun rise. Would thoroughly recommend this apartment as a base to explore the lovely island of Lanzarote.

Séjour formidable

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. L'appartement est très clair, très calme avec une vue superbe sur le jardin et la piscine. September get away

After a false start due to my wife breaking her wrist we finally made the trip to Costa Teguise in September. Helen was very understanding and re-arranged the trip as requested. Helen was a great help throughout. The apartment was spacious, clean and quiet. It was a short walk into the centre of CT and the nightly walk to the restaurant was a pleasure. The apartment had everything required to make a very pleasurable holiday and I would recommend it without hesitation.

Sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Appartement

Uns gefiel der großzügige Balkon mit toller Aussicht, die modern eingerichtete Küche, die geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Check-in und Check-out waren unkompliziert, der Empfang durch Valeska herzlich. Viele Dinge zeigten, dass Helen, eine sehr freundliche und engagierte Gastgeberin, für den Gast mitgedacht hatte: so standen Getränke und Kekse zum Empfang bereit, im Schrank Gewürze wie Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Essig und andere Kleinigkeiten. Bemerkenswert auch der große Pool, in dem man herrlich ungestört seine Bahnen schwimmen konnte. Überhaupt war es in der Anlage und in der Umgebung angenehm ruhig. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden gerne wiederkommen!

Ein fantastisches Appartement

Die Eigentümerin Helen ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin! Sie beantwortete vorab per Mail alle unsere Fragen detailgenau. Wir durften am letzten Tag auch bis 15 Uhr im App. bleiben, da unser Flug erst um 18.20 ging. Nochmals vielen Dank dafür, Helen! Das Appartement ist wirklich genau so schön wie beschrieben. Es hat eine hervorrragende Ausstattung und bei unserer Ankunft waren im Kühlschrank Getränke und ein paar Kekse und Chips standen auch bereit. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Es waren Gewürze, Salz, Zucker usw. da, an Kochutensilien alles, was man braucht. Alles sehr sauber und apettitlich. Die Betten waren auch gut und das vom Schlafzimmer aus gelegene Bad super. Es waren Fläschchen mit Shampoo und Duschbad abgefüllt, ein Fön war vorhanden und alles war bis in die kleinste Ecke blitzeblank. Der Traum war natürlich die Aussicht! Am Frühstückstisch sitzen und den Pool, die Palmen und das Meer genießen...Herz, was willst Du mehr?! Veruska, die uns das App. übergab und auch auscheckte, ist ebenfalls eine sehr nette Person, die nicht weit entfernt wohnt und die man auch bei Bedarf kontaktieren konnte. Wir waren allerdings vollkommen zufrieden und so gab es nichts, was wir zu bemängeln hatten. Wir können das App. zu 100% weiter empfehlen! Danke Helen und danke Veruska.

Our review

Top floor well appointed apartment with a large balcony and a splendid view over the huge pool and the sea beyond. We found there were plenty of sunbeds around the pool to relax and the cafe bar was an added bonus. Bus stops right outside and it is a 20 minutes walk to the centre of CT along the wide promenade. We were well looked after by Verushka who manages the apartment and will definitely be going back.

Wundervolle Wohnung

Sehr saubere, schöne Wohnung mit einem wundervollen Blick über die Palmen bis zum Meer. Vom Balkon konnte man den Pool ebenfalls sehen. Die Lage ist excellent und man kann Geschäfte und Restaurants zu Fuss erreichen. Ebenso erreicht man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten nach einer kurzen Autofahrt. Die Wohnung ist we beschrieben und kann zu 100% empfohlen werden. Der Kontakt zu Helen war hervorragend ebenso check in and check out.

Agréable séjour inoubliable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, 4 jours dans cette location très bien située, au calme , proche des commerces et restaurants. La promenade est très agréable. La vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique. L'accueil de Veruska a été parfait, elle nous a donné de bons conseils. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute
