Traditional house in the city center

Great place near the city center of Évora. Would highly recommend to people who want to stay in a traditional house in the medieval city center inside the walls.

Wonderful location within the Evora city walls. Communication with owner was very good, helpful, and friendly. This is a historic townhouse that has had many remodeling updates and it was in good condition. Our family of 4 was very comfortable here. We would stay here again.

Stay was too short

The spot was perfect for our needs as we only needed one night as we traveled to the Algarve. The owners were very helpful and the check in was very smooth. Everything was within easy walking distance. Evora is a must stop location while in Portugal.

A well located comfortable house within the city wall.

We loved this place, especially the large kitchen and the patio. It was within the old city walls and close to the sights. There is not parking on site, but there is a free parking garage about a 5 minutes walk away. Like most of the stairs in old city centers, the stairs to the 2nd floor bedrooms are steep, but this one had a good hand rail. The bathtub is large and the water is hot and we slept well on the beds.

Lovely Apartment

What a lovely apartment. So cute, it had everything we needed and was close to everything. Our host couldn't meet us but sent his dad to check us in. So nice. We only stayed one night but I could see us staying multiple nights there and loving every minute. The beds were hard but, so were all the beds we slept on during our whole trip throughout Portugal.

Excellent location

Location near parking and all the sights was perfect. Bed was a little hard, but if you like a firm mattress, that's ok. Friendly check-in process and helpful map of all the sites provided

Beautiful house with lots of room. Location inside the old walls of the city, perfect! Getting a taxi outside the train station is difficult. They only have a few so get in line quickly! Cheers

Très bel appartement !

Bien que nous ne sommes resté qu'une nuit à Evora, notre court séjour à été agréable. L'appartement était très propre, très grand, bien aménagé. Une belle cour intérieur pour manger.

Great location

Great location in central Historic Evora. David had tourist information available and a handy large plexiglass map on the wall. Cute apartment with little back courtyard. Reasonable rate but we would happily pay more with some minor additions like more hooks in bathroom and bedroom, a wall mount handheld shower, a second bedside table and lamp, for example.

Apartamento completo e confortavel, dentro dos muros de Evora

Apartamento equipado, bem mantido e funcional, com todas as comodidades para 4 hospedes! O David acolhe com grande simpatia e muita atencao aos hospedes! Requer um pouco de planejamento para a logistica pois o trafego de automoveis no interior da parte fortificada da cidade de Evora tem restricoes. Mas uma vez instalados e o automovel parqueado, tudo corre muito bem. Se voce aprecia uma cama 'firme', estara' bem servido. Se preferir algo mais macio, pense em colocar parte das cobertas sobre o colchao.

Central & cozy

David was a fantastic host. He met us upon arrival & provided a tour of the apartment together with recommendations for a dinner spot. The house (& it is a house) is spotless, comfy & close to many fine restaurants as well as Evora sights When we couldn’t find a cutting board or sharp knife, David showed up within 15 minutes with brand new items. Above & beyond what one would expect. Check out the aquaducto hike. The view is amazing & the engineering of the aqauducto is amazing.
