Stunning setting for our holiday.

Stunning setting for our holiday. The cottage is set overlooking Loch Earn and is a short walk from the local pub. Communication and access to the property were excellent and the cottage had all the amenities we needed but with plenty of extras. Comfortable beds , relaxing sofas and beautiful surroundings all made for a perfect week away.

What a great location, situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with magnificent views of the loch and nearby mountains. The garden was private and attracted lots of birds and a couple of neighbourhood rabbits. The kitchen was well equipped and the lounge very spacious with a great aspect. The whole property had a lovely warm, homely & comfortable feel about it. We had come for a pre-Christmas break which included some hiking so were ideally based, either walking straight from the door or travelling a little further afield. Weather was mild for the time of year with some spells of rain; being able to hang our gear in the garage was a bonus.Excellent communication with the owners, providing useful information and an additional unexpected surprise ! Thanks so much Andrew and Suzanne, weñ€ℱll definitely stay again next time we are in the area. We canñ€ℱt recommend your property enough, it definitely exceeded all our expectations; it was perfect.

Geweldig!

Een gezellige (misschien iets te overdadig) en compleet vakantiehuis met een fantastisch uitzicht over Loch Earn. We hebben een heerlijke week gehad met ook nog eens fantastisch weer. Ik beveel dit huis van harte aan. Het enige minpunt was dat je niet via de site van Vrbo kon betalen en de communicatie met cottage.com (waar je de betaling moest doen) wat stroef verliep. Maar uiteindelijk is ook dat gelukt.

This is a beautiful cottage , so homely .

This is a beautiful cottage , so homely . Stunning views over the loch . Lovely peaceful setting. We thoroughly enjoyed our week there. The cottage has everything you could need . Will miss having my morning cuppa sitting outside taking in the scenery. Would highly recommend .

It’s a big house with lots of space.

It’s a big house with lots of space. It feels very homely and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and when we arrived the first day of our stay we found ourselves a lovely big welcoming-treat with tea, coffee, milk, cookies etc. The view on the lake is wonderful and when the weather permits it’s lovely to sit in some of the many seats available on the terraces.  The owner was very kind. Thanks for letting us stay here.

We loved this place! Three bedrooms, fully furnished, fully equipped with everything including the internet, TVs, washing machine, dryer etc. etc. The balcony overlooks Loch Earn and despite the road below, is very quiet. A great spot for evening drinks or breakfast. Ideally situated on the A85 for Stirling, Perth, Dunblane and Doune.

The house has stunning views (pictures on this site don't fully do it justice!). Such a peaceful location. The house is very spacious, comfortable and excellently equipped. An superb location for exploring the Trossachs and Highlands. Very easy to communicate with the owners. We had a wonderful week.

Fabulous cottage, well equipped and high spec. Perfect for our holiday. Clean and comfortable. We were impressed by the thoughtful touches, such as the books & DVDs provided by the owners. The location couldn't have been better. All in all, we couldn't fault it and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family.
