Gorgeous, rymliga fyra sovrum, två badhus. Mindre än hälften av mil till Sea Street Beach och 3/10 mil till Raycroft Beach. Detta hus har nyligen köpt i 2016 och har uppdaterats med nya trägolv, färg, badrum, rostfria vitvaror och nya möbler hela. Skölj av efter att ha varit på stranden i en utanför dusch. Den öppna planlösningen på huvudnivån har ett stort allrum och äter i köket. På övervåningen nivå har 3 stora sovrum och ett badrum. Den lägre nivån har en extra familj / rum med platt skärm smarta TV och fjärde sovrum. Gå igenom köket till ett stort däck med gasgrill och utomhus matbord, inklusive ett paraply för de alltid rikligt soliga dagar. Efter middagen sitter vid utsidan av eldstaden och njut av några s'mores, ta en promenad till söndagsskolan för en varm fudge-söndag eller gå till en av de många barer eller restauranger.

Nya Central AC, tvättmaskin och torktumlare och uppdaterat kök och utomhusdusch. Vi investerar ständigt i vårt hem eftersom vi älskar det. Vi har ett bra grannskap och vi njuter av gångavstånd till stranden.

Nice house with great owners

This property is very nice. It is obviously a rental home because there are many areas for improvement. The house is a bit run down inside and out. The kitchen is adequately furnished but needs things like dish towels, pizza cutters, a complete set of wine glasses, ice trays. The bathrooms are dated. But the owners are terrific and so cooperative! The bedrooms were great and really comfortable. The house is one block from a very small public beach. The laundry facilities were great! There are two separate living areas and a really nice outside patio with nice furniture and grill. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Great little house!

This house is oh so Cape! The space was really nice for both family time together but a degree of separation when you want it. Supplies for the beach were great! Location close enough to a lot of things to do and short drives to many beaches. Fire pit was added evening fun.

Family Thanksgiving Trip

An absolutely perfect weekend. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. The property was prefect and exactly as presented online. The house is loaded with everything you could want. The layout of the house was ideal allowing plenty of space for family members to spread out- tv/sports in the basement those that wanted to talk play games etcc. had the upstairs. The walk to Raycroft beach was quick and easy- while it's a very small beach at this time of the year you can enjoy both sunrises and sunsets from the same spot

Cozy Family-Friendly Cottage

We had a pleasant experience staying here with our group of friends and our young kiddos. Check in process was straightforward, and location was easy to get to. We brought our bikes and had a fairly easy time getting to the Cape Cod Rail Trail (some streets have a fair amount of car traffic to be mindful of). Highly recommend Wolfie's and Sundae School for delicious treats.

Cape Cod Wedding in November

We wanted to stay in house for a November wedding at the cape and found this gem! It was very comfortable and just what we were looking for. Although the weather was not that great (except for the afternoon of the wedding! :), we did as much as we could and will definitely come back. Our hosts were more than accommodating, touching base with me along the way, answering my questions almost immediately as well as during our stay. Thank you!

Great Location and

We had an overall great experience! The property was well maintained and we loved the beach theme of the home. The property managers were friendly and helpful during our stay. Family trip

We attended a family member’s wedding, and decided to extend our stay a few days and rented this place. We could not have been more happy with the location, the size of the home, the amenities provided, and the so easy communication with the owners! If ever back in the area we would stay again!!

PERFECT PLACE FOR OUR FAMILY REUNION

We were seven adults who hadn't seen each other since 2019, and this beautiful house on The Cape could not have been more perfect. The property is well maintained. There are plenty of amenities from the gas grill with a spacious deck, to the fire pit with plenty of chairs for everyone, to the comfortable living room where we all enjoyed a few games of Jenga! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and for us, the best amenity was the incredibly short walk to the beach. We will definitely be back!!

Lovely weekend

We had a lovely stay. With 4 adults and 4 kids, we had plenty of room. We were very close to the beach (walkable), close to ice cream and restaurants (also walkable) and made use of the grill and fire pit. Owners were very responsive. Thanks for the great memories!

This is our second time renting from Rob, to say it was perfect is an understatement.

My family came in from all over the country and Mexico for our Annual Cape Cod Vacation. We ended up having a Marriage Proposal in our family, Our oldest Daughter got engaged on the beach, it was so nice and perfect and to come home to a house was exceptional !! We couldn't have asked for a better memory for our daughter.

Great visit

This house was perfect for two families and children. It’s a short walk to the beach and a great set up so everyone has their own space back at the house. If you do have small children one recommendation would be to bring two gates as there are staircases leading to the upstairs bedrooms and downstairs bedrooms.

Great family reunion!

We rented the house for a week reunion with extended family to meet our 1 year old after a year of distancing with covid. We had a great time and were thrilled with the location, the house, and the communication. We were 7 adults and a baby, with other family who visited for the day and stayed elsewhere. The house was wonderful for family bbqs and the ease of being a few minutes from multiple small beaches and restaurants made it a wonderful central location for an incredible week. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfy Beach House

Nadine and Robert were wonderful hosts. They made us feel very comfortable at their place, home away from home. Instructions for the check in /check out were easy and they promptly answered all of our inquiries. The place was very close to the beach, about 3-5 min walk. We all loved it!

Just Right

We had a great time at this house. It was perfect for our little get-a-way. We had a family of 3 (2 adults and 1 child) and another couple (2 adults) and the layout was fit us just right. The upper portion of the house had the family of 3 since there were 3 bedrooms and a bathroom and the bottom floor has a bedroom and bathroom as well as little den area. It was great to have our own spaces but then the middle floor has the kitchen, a living space and the porch, which was great to mix and mingle. The outdoor firepit was a nice additional spot. This house is close to a couple beaches but several of them are more private and not very welcoming but after a little exploring we found the beach on Inman St and Sea St which were much more inviting. The owners are very responsive to messages and helpful with recommendations. They really went above and beyond and notified us that we left a purse behind after our stay and made arrangements to send it back to our home. Side note - Wolfies bakery/coffee shop is AMAZING!
