Entre vie de village et séjour à la campagne dans une région magnifique

Maison vraiment agréable au cœur du village avec peut-être la meilleur vue de Ramatuelle grâce à sa terrasse. Terrasse sud-est très chaud l'après-midi (parfois le matin aussi) mais parfait le soir. Il y a du monde dans le village et du bruit (on entend les voisins dans la rue) mais c'est tout à fait acceptable, on n'est pas envahi par la foule. Emplacement ideal pour visiter la région, nous avons pu la découvrir par des petites routes, souvent sans trop de circulation. Saint Tropez est très proche par voiture, si l'on visite tôt le matin, hors jours de marché, il n'y a peu de monde. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Pictureseque Apartment in Ramatuelle

The property is located in a historique street in the village. It would be difficult to find on your own; William met us and showed us the way. Once shown the location it is easily found, and is a short walk to the village center where there are numerous restaurants, and shops. The beach is a short drive, under 10 minutes , a car is a necessity. The apartment is essentially two floors, the first floor containing the kitchen/living room and bathroom, and the upper floor is the bedroom with an outdoor terrace. The bedroom area is air conditioned, which was needed as it was unseasonably warm. The online picture of the bedroom is a little deceptive as the ceiling height above the bed area is about 3 feet. This was totally comfortable, and required just a little getting used to. I am 6 feet 4 in (193 cm) so I had to be a little more careful than most. We totally enjoyed our stay, Nathalie and William were easily reachable, any questions or concerns we had were quickly answered. It was unseasonably warm during our stay, it might be a good idea to provide a fan on the first floor to move the air around. Also, a drying rack for clothing on the patio would be useful, drying the towels on the guard rail caused some rust spots. Summarizing, a clean, well equipped apartment in a great location, ideal for a couple.

Gemütliche Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick

Kleine, gemütliche Wohnung im alten Kern von Ramatuelle, tolle Aussicht von der Terrasse mit viel Sonne. Parken auf der Straße im Dorf. Saint Tropez 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Netter Kontakt zu den Vermietern. Ausstattung gut, aber leicht verbesserungswürdig (z. B. hätten wir uns einen kleinen Tisch und Stühle auf der Terrasse gewünscht). Teilweise sehr enge Durchgänge mit niedriger Decke, schmale Treppe ins Schlafzimmer, daher für ältere und "große" Leute eher suboptimal.

Tres jolie

Située dans le centre historique de Ramatuelle, cette petite maison de ville offre une grande ambiance intérieure ainsi qu'une vue fantastique sur la Mer et la côte. Rien ne manque et vous pouvez aussi rester confortablement à la maison. Nous reviendrons !

Wunderbares Appartement in der Nähe von Sain Tropez

Das Appartement bietet einen großartigen Blick auf die Bucht von Pampelonne, ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und perfekt gelegen. Tolle Terrasse, nette Vermieterin. Ramatuelle ist ein sehr hübscher Ort.

Wonderful stay

We spent a wonderful and extremely relaxing week at this lovely place in the heart of Ramatuelle. It is tastefully and high-quality furnished – just exactly what the photos show. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the sea. The kitchen is well-equipped and even spices, vinegar, oil, Nespresso capsules, e.g. are provided. Nathalie and William are very nice, friendly and reachable without any problems. We look forward to our next stay! S & N

Most amazing little townhouse in Ramatuelle

This was truly the most amazing and relaxing holiday, I had for a long time. The little townhouse is right in the city of Ramatuelle, with the most astonishing view. It truly felt like home and there was everything what we needed, Nathalie even provided us with washing powder and Nespresso capsules. She and her husband were very welcoming and I am very much looking forward to coming back very soon. I truly recommend this place. Thank you so much for having us and best wishes from Berlin, Lina x

le bien être à deux

Appartement cosy très agréable dans un état impeccable. Décoration branchée; épurée. Idéalement situé au coeur de Ramatuelle. Wifi, literie au top, sanitaires simples et fonctionnels, cuisine parfaitement agencée Une terrasse de rêve au second étage avec vue imprenable sur les plages et cette si belle campagne Aucun bruit avec les voisins. Que de calme à quelques mètres des cafés, des commerces, du marché... Et des propriétaires qui ont le souci constant d'améliorer année après année leur bien Prenez en soin car obligatoirement vous y reviendrez En tous cas c'est ce que nous comptons faire Bravo!

Un séjour inoubliable et dépaysant ! Coup de cœur

Nous avons passé 1 semaine dans la Maison Sarrazine. Les descriptions correspondent parfaitement à tout ce qui était indiqué. Les vues sur mer la décoration de la maison étaient encore plus belles qu'en photo. La maison est décorée avec beaucoup de goût. La chambre avec la terrasse est très romantique. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien dans cette maison si chaleureuse, propre, atypique, et très jolie. Nous avons eu un gros coup de cœur pour la maison Sarazine et pour Ramatuelle qui est tout simplement magique. Un village avec un charme fou, une boulangerie avec des croissant chaud, nous étions à proximité de tout. Les restaurant sont à 5 min à pieds, les plages 10 min en voiture. Nous vous conseillons la plage de l'Escalet qui est magnifique et d'aller marcher un peu pour avoir une vue imprenable, mais aussi Port Grimaud. Nous avons passé des vacances inoubliables et nous tenons à remercier Nathalie pour sa gentillesse; Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir l'année prochaine dans la maison Sarazine c'est un réel coup de cœur. Wunderbares Quartier

Die Wohnung liegt in der alten Stadtmauer von Ramatuelle mit einem wunderschönen Blick über Weinfelder zur Bucht von Pampelonne. Die Wohnung ist behutsam saniert worden und geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Sie ist klein, aber für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend und war sehr sauber. Am schönsten ist die Dachterrasse in der Morgensonne. Ramatuelle ist ein hübsches, mittelalterliches Dorf mit einem guten Bäcker und einem sehr netten Metzger, der ein leckeres poulet rôti anbietet. Natalie und ihr Mann sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit gewesen und haben uns gedulgig zur Wohnung gelotst. Der Mail-Kontakt mit Natalie war sehr unkompliziert und zuverlässig. Das Auto parkt man kostenfrei und der Nähe der Wohnung. St. Tropez und die Strände sind - zumindest im Mai -mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Wir können dieses Appartement sehr empfehlen. Merci Natalie, pour une semaine très agréable!

Séjour très agréable

Location très agréable dans le charmant et agréable village de Ramatuelle. La description de la location et son descriptif correspondent complètement à la réalité, l’accueil est très cordial. Il y a tout le confort que l'on peut souhaiter et plein de choses à voir dans les environs. Location chaudement recommandée.

DETENTE ET FARNIENTE

Nous avons séjourné 5 jours en avril 2015 dans cette coquette maison de village très fonctionnelle. Terrasse bien exposée avec une vue plongeante sur la plage de Pampelonne. Cadre agréable et reposant. Accès aux plages en 10 mn en voiture. Les commerçants du village fort sympathiques, nous vous recommandons le boucher...qui saura vous satisfaire et vous raconter.... Super...

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans cette belle petite maison. Ramatuelle, très jolie village, très silencieux, avec toutes les commodités. Location très propre et bien équipée. Photos et descriptif correspondent bien à la réalité. Superbe terrasse avec vue sur la mer. Bon accueil des proriétaires. Beaucoup des parkings près de la maison. On y retournerais.

Sehr schöne Woche in Ramatuelle

Die Wohnung ist freundlich hell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und in einem sehr gutem Zustand und sehr sauber. Von der Wohnung hat man einen fantastischen Blick. Obwohl sie zentral liegt, ist es sehr ruhig in der Wohnung. Kleinere Geschäfte (die großen Einkaufszentren befinden sich in Saint Tropez oder Cogolin) und Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, der Strand von Pampelonne in ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Das Schlafzimmer befindet sich in der zweiten Etage und heizt sich tagsüber auf. Es gibt aber eine leise und programmierbare Klimaanlage. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Schlüsselübergabe klappte problemlos. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Beautiful old house with top modern facilities

The house is carefully renovated with top modern facilities, it is perfect for two people and has everything you might need. The terasse if wonderful and we spent most evenings up there. The location is great and it was easy to find parking, also very easy to get to the beach. Nathalie has been very friendly and helpful.

Séjour charmant - Juillet 2012

Nous sommes un couple de jeunes Grands Parents attirés par un séjour au calme et sous le soleil généreux de la cote varoise. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour pendant 2 semaines en Juillet 2012. La villa Sarrazine est située idéalement dans le village de Ramatuelle à 2 pas de la place (Boulangerie - Café de l'Ormeau - Marché - Pharmacie - Restaurants du village ....). L'orientation Est permet de profiter du soleil dès le matin face à la longue plage de Pompelonne. Les plages et criques de l'Escalet sont à 10' en voiture. La Villa est très calme la nuit et la location correspond en tous points au descriptif du Site Abritel. Nathalie la propriétaire est charmante et accommodante. Nous nous sommes évidemment portés candidats à un nouveau séjour à Ramatuelle.

Little gem

We stayed a week in the property. It is an enchanting (little) apartment over two floors. It is part of a row of houses which form the 'wall' of Ramatuelle's old village. The apartment is 400 meters from several nice restaurants in the village and from the market place, bakery and butcher. It has fabulous views over the wine fields towards the sea. The apartment is excellently decorated keeping the historic details with a modern tasteful finish. Everything is brand new and in good order and very clean. The roof terras is great with comfortable loungers and super views. The views from the downstairs living room are equally nice.We stayed there during very hot weather and benefited from the airco in the bedroom which is very quiet and which we kept on a low stand during the night. The bed is comfortable with a good mattrass. There is a low beam at the end of the stairs leading up to the bedroom which need to be minded when going up. Parking can be done on the street close to the apartment. The owner Nathalie is reliable, helpful and friendly. We intent coming back next year.

Charme de l'ancien et confort moderne

Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve dans cette très jolie petite maison au cœur du vieux village de Ramatuelle. La vue est réellement magnifique. Sentiment d'être seuls au monde en sirotant l'apéro sur la terrasse. Quelques minutes seulement pour se rendre sur les plages de Pampelonne ou de l'Escalet ; idéal aussi pour découvrir les caps sauvages ou pour faire une virée à Port Cros. Maison très confortable ; la clim dans la chambre est un vrai plus quand il fait chaud. Les propriétaires, Nathalie et William, sont charmants. Nous recommandons chaudement cette location. Elisabeth et Ivan (+ bébé de trois mois, ravi également)

Très bonne location

Location très propre et bien équipée. Bon accueil des proriétaires. Photos et descriptif correspondent bien à la réalité. Belle vue sur la mer. Très joli village surplombant la mer avec toutes les commodités : boulangerie, boucherie, presse, épicerie, restaurants... Belles ballades à faire à 1/4 H en voiture de la location. A recommander pour un couple aimant la mer, le calme et la nature.
