Gite in Provence in an idyllic setting

For your holidays in Provence, we will welcome you in our charming gite. Ideally located between the Marseille and Cassis town centre, we rent out all year long. In the surroundings, you will find a large variety of cultural and sporting leisure activities for all tastes. For those who prefer to stay at home, the pool and its luxuriant garden will offer you a well-deserved rest.


The house is in the middle of a luxuriant garden of 1 000 sq.m, in the heart of Marseille and in a quiet place!

You can enjoy our beautiful beaches (Cassis, Saint-Cyr) or the crystal clear water in the (coves) calanques. You will discover the beauty of Provence while walking around the Sainte-Victoire, the Sainte Baume or the Hills of Garlaban.
Finally, while sipping a Pastis, you will end your day under the shade of a plane tree in a small Provencal village (GĂ©menos, Allauch Le Castellet, Saint-RĂ©my-de-Provence, Les Baux-de-Provence). And if you have enough energy left, you can try the 'PĂ©tanque'!
You won't miss either the Provencal cuisine and the discovery of our world renowned wines and why not visiting some vineyards.

You will also have the privilege to attend many theatre festivals (Aix-en-Provence, Avignon) and music festivals (Voix du Gaou, La Roque-d'Anthéron).

In one word, our villa offers you rest in a green setting but also many activities for all tastes and all ages.


When you need to buy food, you can do grocery shopping by foot. For your leisure purchases, the mall of La Valentine is 5 min away by car; there you will also find a cinema and restaurants. You can reach the town centre (tram stop 100m away) in 20 min, but also Cassis, Aix-en-Provence, Pagnol's landscapes, Marseille's Calanques by quick access...and let's not forget the training centre at the Olympique de Marseille (15 min away by foot) and the Golf courses of La Salette and Allauch 10 min away by car. This house is also 15 min away from the hydrotherapeutic cure centre of Camoins-les-Bains. The owners' villa is nearby.
The pool is closed on Sunday and shared with the owner.

Beautiful property tucked in quiet neighborhood

We loved the pool and beautiful setting where we could eat outside. Spacious kitchen and nice layout, comfortable bed.

What a lovely place!

We spent a week here, and had the most wonderful relaxing time! Not least because the owners are really lovely, helpful and friendly people, and had planned and thought through every little detail in the property so that you had everything you could possibly need. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the peaceful surroundings. Loads of convenient facilities nearby, with good access by public transport to Marseilles, and by road to the lovely Cassis and the Calanques. Nicolas (who speaks pretty good English too) was very helpful, giving us plenty of really useful advice about the good things to see and do and how best to get there as well as the things to avoid. There were also loads of guides and useful printouts of all the things we could need for our holiday in Marseille. The place is really well equipped with a very good quality kitchen/diner and shower room. Perfect for a couple (like us) or a small family. Very comfy bed too! We got a lot more than we expected out of this property and would love to stay here again. We would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful place to stay in Marseille.

Logement conforme Ă  la description voire mĂȘme mieux en vrai que sur les photos. Un coin calme et paisible proches commoditĂ©s. Tous les avantages de Marseille sans ses inconvĂ©nients. Belle piscine pour se prĂ©lasser au soleil. On se sent comme Ă  la maison. Et les hĂŽtes sont trĂšs sympas ce qui nous poussera certainement a renouveler l’expĂ©rience. Un Ă©crin de verdure en plein Marseille

Nous sommes venus passer une semaine dans la maison de Nicolas. Le lien est idĂ©alement situĂ©, au calme, proche de tous les sites touristiques (avec la voiture), bien desservi Ă©galement par le tram. La maison est trĂšs propre et bien Ă©quipĂ©e, nous avons mĂȘme pu bĂ©nĂ©ficier d'une chaise haute et d'une baignoire adaptĂ©e Ă  bĂ©bĂ©. On a pas pu vraiment profiter de la piscine Ă  cause de la mĂ©tĂ©o mais elle Ă©tait comme sur les images, spacieuse et entrevue. Le jardin luxuriant rajoute du charme Ă  ce lieu.Les propriĂ©taires sont sympathiques et trĂšs discrets. Nous recommandons cette location.Les p.

Great holiday, really nice place

We had a very nice week at this lovely little annex and big pool. We love it and also love Marseille and Cassis near by, wow to both nature and city life in the area. The rental was great, the pool fantastic and both Nicholas and Cecilie is very Nice and so helpfull. We will love to come back.

Nous avons énormément appréciés notre séjour au sein de la propriété de Nicolas. Le logement est super bien équipé, fonctionnel et la literie de bonne qualité. Les propriétaires sont trÚs discret, arrangeant et agréable. La localisation est vraiment géniale dans une rue trÚs calme mais aussi avec le tram à 300 mÚtres, une petite gare à 1km et un supermarché juste à cÎté du tram. La piscine est vraiment superbe, grande, propre et bien entretenue. Merci encore pour ces quelques jours au soleil. Anita et Alexandre.

Clean tidy small Gite with lovely pool

Welcomed on arrival and shown round the property,which was well equipped and clean.The weather was fantastic and I personally made full use of the pool.If going into Marseille advise using the tram and metro, [1 euro 60] single fare.

Perfect place for a quit relaxed holiday!

We enjoyed our stay at this place very much. A beautiful swimmingpool, a proper house with all the luxury you need. Nicolas spoke fluently English en helped us with tips to do. Nice small towns in the area 30 minutes drive. For us a place to come back to.

A lovely place ideal for families with young kids

Ideal for young families secure clean and with very helpful owners on site. Car parking outside the property but good value for money and access to all areas around Marseille. Cassis worth the visit and use tram underground for the old port. Cheers Deano

Very nice place!

We've enjoyed our stay very much. The pool was great, the house is beautiful decorated, the kitchen is perfectly equiped and the garden has got a very nice atmosfeer. It is a little paradise, with al the facilities nearby: small and big supermarkets and of course the tram which brings you to the center of Marseille. We've enjoyed our stay very much, thank you Nicolas en CĂ©cile, for your hospitality and your enthusiastic advice for where to go to in the area!

Nice little villa in Marseilles

We spend one week in this nice little villa in Marseilles. Easy accessible in to the city center with the tram just outside. The owners of the villa were very friendly and helpful. The villa is fully equipped and the pool is lovely. In the garden there was a pavilion where we could rest and seek shadow from the sun, very nice!

Sublime!!!

Magnifique petite villa trÚs propre ,fonctionnelle avec tout ce qu'il faut pour se sentir à l aise et au calme . Une piscine sublime idéal pour adultes et enfants dont nous avons profitais pleinement . Les propriétaires sont trÚs charmant et discret . Un véritable havre de paix ou nous retournerons sans hésité !
