Stig ut bakdörren till din lägenhet på bottenvåningen och på några sekunder står du på en båt- och fiske docka, omgiven av frodigt tropiskt bladverk. Denna hisnande vackra två sovrum, 2 badrumsenhet, nyligen renoverad, ligger i Midnight Cove, ett av de bästa komplexen på Siesta Key. Eftersom Midnight Cove har byggnader på viken och Bay sidan av Midnight Pass Road, har du en privat strandtillgång och tillgång till alla bekvämligheter på båda sidor av ön, som inkluderar en marina, två tennisbanor, två uppvärmda pooler, solstolar, lounger och parasoller. Andelslägenhet ligger på Bay sidan av ön, tvärs över gatan från den världsberömda Siesta Beach, som har pulverformig vit kvartssand (det blir inte varmt på dina fötter). Vardagsrummet, möblerat i Florida-stil, har en utdragbar soffa, kabel-TV, DVD, video. Befälhavaren har en king size-säng och TV, och befälhavaren badet har en badkar-dusch combo. Det andra sovrummet har två enkelsängar och TV med ett halvt badrum precis utanför sovrummet. Köket är helt utrustat, inklusive kylskåp med ismaskin, diskvatten och mikrovågsugn. En kombination av tvättmaskin-torktumlare (två stora brickor och torktumlare) har just installerats i lägenheten. Siesta Cove-komplexet sträcker sig över 11 tunnland med frodig tropisk grönska till det lugna vattnet i Intercoastal Waterway.

Anläggningen har två uppvärmda pooler, två tennisbanor, småbåtshamn och båtbrygga, basketboll, och, viktigast av allt, din egen privata strandtillgång på en privat strand. Inget behov av att komma in i din bil, eftersom två kvarter bort finns en närbutik, apotek, postkontor, spritbutik, småbåtshamn och ett sortiment av butiker och restauranger. Siesta Key Village ligger en mil nere på öns norra ände och erbjuder många pittoreska butiker, restauranger och nattlig underhållning. Very nice condo, great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at Midnight Cove Bayside. The condo was clean, comfortable and cozy. Kitchen was well equipped. The screened in patio was great for meals or relaxing. The location was great. Having the beach access and chairs and umbrellas available was a big plus! The bayside pool was nice, water was nicely heated. No problem getting a chair or lounger. The gulf side pool is usually included, but it is closed due to hurricane damage and will not be available until Aug. 2025. That was a little disappointing, but no big deal since there was the Bayside pool. Easy walking distance to several restaurants, convenience stores and bus stop is right out front for the Breeze bus (free) or the Frog Hopper, which operates on tips. We would gladly consider Midnight Cove for future vacations!

Great condo and great location’

Condo was exactly as advertised. Had all the amenities you could ask for. Location was perfect- right axross the street from the beach, shuttle to downtown in front of the condo and walkability to a market and restaurants.

Great Location, Well Equipped Apartment

This is in a really good location. The apartment is really well stocked, they have thought of everything you could ever need. The bed is comfy and the A.C works a treat. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Little Spot

Property is nicer than what the pictures display. 5 minute walk to the beach. Private beach has a shower, bathroom, chairs, umbrellas, and a minimal crowd. House is well equipped and close to everything you need.

Midnight Cove Stay

Everything was wonderful! Lionel was so organized and kept us up to date on all of the planning, The lanai view was our favorite. Peaceful and quiet, yet reminded us of our boat at home. Great docks! Close to beach and grocery store as well as many bars and restaurants. I'm talking walking distance! Senior daughter in hs and always felt good knowing she was close by. Thanks again Lionel and Sally for a great stay in Siesta!

Wonderful week!!!

Our stay was outstanding!!! Lionel was a tremendous host, in fact he met us at check in to go thru entire condo. Very clean, comfortable first floor unit with an outstanding lanai with an awesome view of the boats coming into the canal. Awesome pool, and private access to the wonderful beach right across the street. 1 block walk to awesome restaurants and stores. Best part of Siesta key is you don’t need a car as there is a free trolley that runs all day to the Siesta village, a 5 minute ride. We had a wonderful week, wish it was longer!! Outstanding condo with a wonderful location!!

Our stay at Midnight Cove was a great experience.Was very easy to book owners communicated quickly with information and instructions.Lionel and Sally met us check in to answer any questions and show a few tips.Easy check in clear instructions made it supper easy.The staff at Midnight Cove super friendly and helpful condo grounds very well maintained.Condo was very clean and well set up great location.Pool close beach across street easy to get to private entrance chairs and umbrellas provided.Can walk to restaurants,shops,bars and ice cream.Having stayed in Siesta Key over years rates are excellent especially for place this nice.Have no complaints only positive things to say about stay.Thank you Lionel and Sally for allowing us to stay at your condo!

Great vacation at Midnight Cove

We enjoyed a return visit to this unit at Midnight Cove. The resort has a great location. It is a few steps from the unit to the canal connecting to the Intracoastal Waterway, and a short walk across the road to the beach. Having access to free beach chairs and umbrellas is a nice addition. The unit is comfortable and has what one needs for a relaxing stay. The beds are comfortable and there are 2 full bathrooms. There is a tv in each room, with large one in the main area. Temperature control works well and there are overhead fans in the 2 bedrooms. The lanai overlooks the canal and the pool is a short walk away. The complex is quiet at night. The location is very convenient. It is 100 yd from the Stickney Point bridge onto Siesta Key, making it relatively easy to get on and off the island. There are shops and places to eat within 2 blocks, and many more options in Siesta Village or across the bridge onto mainland Sarasota. The owners are very responsive should any questions or issues arise.

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed a wonderful, relaxing 2+ week stay in this 2-bedroom 2 bath ground floor condo. It is very comfortable, well furnished, and has all one needs for your stay. The beds are very comfortable. Free Wi-Fi is included. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai looking out at the canal, which is located just a few feet away. Fishermen can throw a line in the water from the pier. If you are not familiar with Midnight Cove it is a very relaxing complex that is on both the Intracoastal(Bayside) and Gulf (Gulfside) right around the corner from the Stickney Bridge, offering convenient access on and off Siesta Key. This condo is on the Bayside, with private access to the beach a short walk across the road. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for free on the beach. There is a fitness center, pool, and pickleball courts on the Bayside, with a tennis court and pool on the Gulfside. The owner is easy to communicate with and very responsive to any issues that might arise. Siesta Key is a great vacation location. The sand on the beach is the softest we have seen, like powdered sugar. There are a number of restaurants and shops on the island, and many more back on the mainland.

Worst rental

I’m sorry to say this was a terrible rental for us due to safety concerns and just a dirty and not well kept condo. There were electrical problems, air conditioner not working properly, rug was replaced at our request but place was not properly cleaned for sometime. Electrical sockets would often not hold a plug would fall out on floor. And one night I ran into a cockroach on the bathroom. I requested help from VRBO but received nothing but a run around. This was a 4 week rental for lots of money but I could only stay 1 week because of condition of the condo lost out on a lot of money. Sorry to say this was a huge disappointment.

The apartment had mold in several rooms as well as ants in the kitchen

This apartment should not be listed for following reason: -excessive mold in one of the bedrooms and inside the kitchen -excessive mold inside the venting system in kitchen, both bedroom -ants all over the kitchen in general an unhealthy environment which needs a big renovation including the venting system -the owner was not willing to reimburse anything and homeaway says this has to be solved with the owner. End of the story is we had to pay for a hotel room for the night we arrived and had to book another place. So we paid double for our vacation!! PS: pictures and videos are available to proof all of my statement and were shared with homeaway. Everybody needs to be aware that homeaway is not responsible for the quality of any property you book (even they state in case of an unsafe environment they will). Any claim has to be discussed with the owner of the property and if he does not agree on anything the only way is going to the court. Klaus

Exceeded expectations!!

What an amazing experience!! Our stay at Siesta Key was perfect thanks to this beautiful property. I cannot thank you enough for sharing it with my family and I. This condo is clean and has everything you need, even beach towels and toys! Midnight Cove is very well maintained and the people are so friendly. This property is at the south end of the island, within walking distance to some great shops and restaurants (even with kids ages 5 and 7). We loved the private beach, very easy to access and comes with chairs and umbrella! The main village is just a short trolley ride or drive down the road, we preferred being closer to the quaint south island village! Spearfish grill and Jake's ice cream shop were our favorites. If you are considering this property it will not disappoint. Thank you, we hope to stay with you again next year!!

Great location!

Just spent a month in this condo, which is conveniently located at the Southern end of Siesta Key. The condo has all of the amenities of your home. The beds are great and the towels were wonderful. Within walking distance of restaurants and grocery. Fishing is just outside your door in a canal off of the intercoastal waterway which provided good fishing. The beach is across the street with complimentary chairs and umbrellas. You cannot go wrong in renting this condo which we are doing again next year!

Wonderful location near everything

I enjoyed the condo very much. The beach cart, cooler and towels helped to make our stay perfect. The private beach was easy to access and was a wonderful place to enjoy the water and the sand. We would like to return to this place next year. We truly had a wonderful time staying a Midnight Cove.

Peaceful Rest

It was everything as promised - the location is wonderful and very quiet. The beach is a short walk from the property and the pool is even closer. Stores and Restaurants within walking distance and free shuttle to the village and Turtle Beach. Everyone we met in the complex was very nice and the front desk people were very helpful. We hope to come back :)

Loved the Siesta Key Beach area!

The condo was in a great area, we loved the water view from the screened in porch. The 2 pools were really nice and the access to the private beach was very convenient. The condo was older but the bathrooms were renovated and they provided plenty of towels including beach towels and other beach toys which is great for families! The washer and dryer were brand new and convenient to have. I would recommend this place for a family to stay.
