57 Hempstead Road i Holt är en fantastisk och rymlig viktoriansk end Terrassstuga - beläget bara några minuter från centrum av den vackra Norfolk-staden Holt. Fastigheten renoverades och ominreddes under hela september 2018 och rymmer bekvämt upp till 6 gäster och 2 fyra benvänner.

Bara några minuters promenad från Holt centrum och en 15 minuters bilresa till Cromer och den vackra norra Norfolk kusten - 57 Hempstead Road erbjuder lite lyx i Norfolk.

Platsen är utmärkt - några minuters promenad till det vackra Norfolk centrum av Holt och bara en kort bilresa till Cromer, Clay-Next-The-Sea, Balakeney och Sheringham - och resten av den vackra norra Norfolk kusten.

Ett mysigt men ändå rymligt vardagsrum, stort kök och matplats som leder till en stor och säker uteplats och trädgård. Det finns en toalett nere. På övervåningen hittar du två stora sovrum - ett med en king size-säng och det andra med en dubbel - sedan finns det ett tredje sovrum med våningssängar i vuxen storlek. Great location

Good communication, very good location, property had everything we needed to make for a lovely weekend away. 10 mins walk into Holt, 3/4 mins walk to the country park and plenty of places to visit within 20/30 mins drive. Would definitely look to book this property again.

Home from Home

My sister and I stayed with our families over Christmas as our parents live a couple of roads over in Holt. This was the perfect bolt hole for us when not visiting family. The check-in was seamless and instructions for our stay were very clear. The home was very clean and the beds were comfy. The host had left a very kind box of goodies for us to enjoy.Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and have recommended for other visiting family.

Wedding getaway

We were in Norfolk for a wedding and so stayed in this property as it was just 15 mins away. It is a lovely property and everytime we contacted Mike he came back to us in super quick time.

Holt cottage

House was lovely, just a few stains on bedding. Mike was so helpful and got back to us very quickly, no complaints there. Front garden a bit shabby, dead plants, needs a good tidy, let’s the house down.

Enjoyable Short Break

We had a lovely time in Holt and North Norfolk and Mike the property owner gave us all the information we needed prior to our arrival. The accommodation was very comfortable and the welcome pack was very much appreciated. It is only a short walk from the property in to Holt with its shops and pubs. The property has a lovely kitchen area that we utilised and all 4 of us were very comfortable in the bedrooms. A trip on the North Norfolk Railway to Sheringham is recommended and you cannot fail to enjoy the lovely coastline.

Perfect location

Home feeling, perfect location as a start point to test of norfolk coast, holt is a lovely town with great shopping and food, great dog walks close to the property. Very good experience

SPACIOUS IDEAL HOME AWAY FROM HOME

Thank you Mike for your diligence, friendliness and support, it was much appreciated at this challenging time (Covid 2021). Thank you too, for a wonderful stay. It was great to finally get away after seeing the same four walls for over a year. The home and location was ideal - for the pretty town of Holt, seaside towns and local places of interest. We couldn't fault anything and will definitely be back.

Stay in Hempstead Road Holt

whereas the property is very spacious,there are issues.It is situated on a main road and in the mornings it is extremely noisy also it is not the most pleasant walk into Holt.Regarding the cleanliness,I would say it is average at best (in these times of covid I would expect it to be 100% )The soap dispensers in the toilet and bathroom were left half full from I assume previous guests and in fact the downstairs toilet was not even anti-bacterial.Perhaps the taps could do with some lime scale remover.Finally when we came to strip the bed before leaving , we noticed there was no pillow protectors(I thought this was mandatory in hospitality) and both the duvet and mattress were stained.

Great base for a holiday.

Property was clean, lovely secure garden for the dog to run around in and location was great with a very short walk into Holt. We had everything we needed and it was clear everything was being done to reduce risk regarding Covid-19; which was reassuring. If you're a light sleeper, it's worth bearing in mind that the 2 bedrooms at the front of the property face the road, which is shared with an industrial estate and industrial vehicles come and go very early in the morning and are quite loud. Can't fault communication with the property owner and nothing was too much trouble.

Family break

Property is brilliant. Like stepping into the TARDIS, it just keeps on going! Large rooms, really lovely garden space too. There’s been a lot of effort put into the spec of the property and it just makes it a great place to wake up in and come back to of an evening. Definitely will be using again!

Spacious, clean, well equipped and ideal location for walking into Holt.

The only negative was that the TV reception on some channels (including BBC1) was poor, so these channels were unwatchable. Apart from that it was a perfect place to stay

Weekend stay

A really nice house that had benn refurbished to a high standard, very comfortable, well kitted out. The only issue we had was that iione of the beds had not had the linen changed. We emailed the owner who had the situation sorted the next day and was very apologetic so it was resolved quickly. We would come again to this property as we liked it very much. A couple of minor things, no teapot! Also hooks on the bedroom doors for dressing gowns would be useful. Overall we were very happy with our choice of the house fo r our stay in Holt .

Lovely clean property, suited 5 adults quite well, with separate sitting areas inside and out. Modern kitchen and bathroom. An easy walk to Holt which is a fascinating town.

Lovely home

The home has clearly been recently renovated to a high standard. It's warm, spacious and comfortable. It's only a short walk into Holt and well situated between the popular coastal tourist spots. Recommend staying here.
