Shingled hem centralt beläget - gå eller cykla till alla!
Byggd 1908, har huset 3 sovrum och 2 badrum. Det har också en separat sovplats (enkelsäng). Två sovrum har en drottning säng och tredje sovrummet har två singlar. Alla rum är på övervåningen med ett renoverat badrum. Nedervåningen är ett stort vardagsrum, matsal, stor äter kök samt TV-rum / Den, badrum och screening i veranda. Härligt stort däck har ett bord som bekvämt sitter 10 +. Hemmet kommer också med en gasgrill och stor trädgård (med grönsakslådor).

Vi har resesängar, massor av cyklar (inklusive 1 med barnstolar på framsidan och baksidan, och en annan med en släpvagn som fungerar för unga barn.

Det är en tre minuters promenad till huvudgatan där du hittar härliga butiker och grunderna som mataffären. En 15 minuters promenad till hamnen och färjan över till HoHum stranden (en fantastisk privat strand på Fire Island som du kommer till med färja (endast invånare och gäster).

Inkluderar: handdukar (bad och strand), sänglinne. Köket har brödrost ugn, mixer, ris spis, brödrost, kaffebryggare.

Tyvärr - inga husdjur eller partier / stora sammankomster på huset.

Perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway

Our family of 4 had a great stay at this comfortably chic home. Beautiful yard & swimming pool, great deck with dining table for dinner with friends and a separate outdoor seating patio with fire pit. The house was spacious, with a separate parlor, cozy living room, large dining room, 3 great-sized bedrooms, and a bonus downstairs rec room with a lot of books. Sunny house with a great feeling & a short walk to the main street of the Village (including Carla Marla's ice cream!). We'd definitely rent here again.

Beautiful in-town home!

Lovely home with great design! It was very clean and well-appointed and a highlight for our group was enjoying meals at the massive outdoor dining table. Playing in the yard was also a big hit and the home is very kid friendly! Our only regret is that we didn’t get to use the outdoor fire pit (but only because we ran out of time!). Communication with Natalie was easy and enjoyable and her home comes highly recommended!

Super Cute Cottage with all the amenities!

We had a great time staying in this cute home. The yard is huge and private with a great deck and separate patio area for relaxing. The bedrooms are large and everything was clean and well kept. Natalie, the manager was super responsive to any questions and easy to work with on all arrangements. We would definitely stay again!

Gorgeous home in perfect location!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Everything was so well thought out from the design of the house and the personal touches to the property itself and the ease of our visit. Our little ones loved playing hide and seek and they really enjoyed all of the fun books and great yard. We cannot wait to come back again. We truly appreciated our contact with Natalie and the wine was such a nice welcome!

Great house!

My family rented the house for a week. Natalie was incredibly attentive, helping us with how to navigate the area and setting us up to travel with two young kids. The house is airy, clean and so charming. And we loved Bellport! It is a wonderful place -- we really enjoyed our time there!

Perfect vacation home

My family stayed at Natalie's for a long weekend. It was the most picture perfect home and location. Walking distance from everything in town and the ferry. We have two toddlers, 3 and 5, and they played in the garden and even took advantage of available toys and boooks. The house is beautifully decorated and had everything you might need. Natalie left us instructions and recomendations on the town and was available to anwer any questions. It was such a nice relaxing stay. We are looking forward to returning in the summer when the beach is open for the season.

Beautiful home and awesome location!

Fantastic, super chic home!

We stayed here for 4 days and really enjoyed our time in this comfortable home. It was expertly decorated, had a stocked kitchen and linen closet, with wifi, and is located just 1 block from town. I have 2 kids who really enjoyed the spacious backyard as well.The owner was very accommodating and left the sweetest welcome basket with an instruction booklet and local recommendations. Highly recommend this home and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful and very stylish_the gem of Long Island

This Bellport (http://www.bellportvillage.org/ny/) (http://www.townandcountrymag.com/leisure/travel-guide/news/g1440/why-everyones-rushing-off-to-belleport-ny/) house is a true gem ! It is in an excellent condition, very spacious, very beautiful, with great kitchen and bathroom facilities, and it is very close to the village and the marina. It is a great place for a family retreat (incl. small children) and to discover Long Island. The owners are very friendly and caring, and very easy to communicate with. And the price is very appropriate, too. We hope to return soon!

With older family visiting from abroad and young kids, we wanted a home that was walkable. We want to be able to ditch the car and walk or bike as much as possible. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
