Gorgeous Property

The house was as special as advertised. The weather was awful so having the ability to have so many activities inside the home was a great plus. Biggest perk was that all kitchen and dinette areas were adequately supplied with necessary cooking equipment for larger groups, something not always achieved.thank you for a great stay!

PHENOMENAL HOUSE

The house was perfect and just as described on here. The bowling alley and basketball court were the most amazing amenities I've ever had in a house. :) Very clean. Very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Horrible and Misleading Home. STAY AWAY!

HOME/OWNER IS HORRIBLE. The owner shared misleading photos and working features. Here is a long list of issues: broken/spotty wifi, broken pool fence, broken bowling, broken pool heating, dirty pool, broken theater seats, broken washing machine, broken ice machine, broken fridge, etc, etc. The owner was full of excuses when I submitted complains, and would not entertain a refund in anyway. None of the property management companies will work with this home/owner, which says a lot. I strongly recommend booking anywhere but here. Don't let this ruin your vacation.

Excellent Spot for Large Groups

We couldn't have had a better time staying at this wonderful house! From the incredibly responsive hosts and property managers to the amenities and activities abound, can't recommend this spot any higher for big groups!

Beautiful place I would however make it a bit easier for your guest to find certain items maybe provide a guest book of info, if it was there I did not fid it.

Spacious family friendly home

The home was perfect for our mini weekend getaway for our sons 13th Birthday with his friends. They really enjoyed the entertainment at the home, the basketball court, pool, bowling alley and arcade. The adults also enjoyed the same amenities but truly appreciated the elevators after a long day at the amusement park!! There was a problem with the front door code, but we managed to get into the home and contacted the owner for the new code. All in all I highly recommend this home for family vacations.

Some disappointment!

While we can say this home provided many fun activities that our family enjoyed for our annual Christmas trip we had some issues. One was that several of the showers had no hot water. Someone came it worked a few hours and it would quit. The kitchen never had hot water. Dishwashers had to be worked on. The biggest disappointment was Christmas night the main refrigerator with all our food quit. Food was not still cold when we discovered so food for 15 people for 3 days had to be thrown out. Manager response was there are other refrigerators as if we would have a way to know it would break in advance.. They sent someone and he did something and said it would start to cool again but it never did. Really feel they must have known there was some kind of problem because they had a small white refrigerator in the dining room which we thought was odd. We used it for drinks. Would have perishable food there if we had known.

Beautiful Home, but not well kept.

We took our leadership team on a retreat to the home. We loved what the home offered for our entire team. However, we were not pleased with the lack of care of the home. For example, one room had an old leak stain on the ceiling, while a stone brick was holding up another room's bed. My team created a list of things such a beautiful home (& for the price) should not have. I rated the home a 4-star because it is a beautiful home and it offered everything the listing communicated. However, I will be very clear that the home could use better ongoing care and TLC.

Not worth this much a night

Tons of stuff did not work in the house. Took a very long time to fix. We first came in and the internet didn't work for the first two days of our stay. We were paying several thousand a night and to not have internet was ridiculous. Then the ac stopped working properly on the bottom floor. Was 80 degrees the entire time on the first floor in the house. Likely not enough ac for a house that size. Sauna, internet, AC, didn't work properly. Lights at the pool at night didn't work either. This house is managed by the owner himself and very hard to get in touch with during the stay. One bowling alley didn't work for the entire duration of our stay. Apparently, once a serviceman comes to fix it twice they start charging additional to fix it again. In conclusion, i would never stay at this house again. It's a large house has alot of amenities but the cost and issues above make it not worth it.

This home was such a disappointment for our family.

This home was such a disappointment for our family. First off, the house was absolutely filthy upon our arrival. There were large pieces of gold glitter on the floor, there is dirt and a q-tip on the basketball court floor— not to mention we couldn’t use the court for the first day as the balls provided were completely flat and they did not supply an air pump. When our kids went to look around the home for the first 10 minutes, their white socks were black and filthy. The home has not been taken care of and is in need of major maintenance. There were sharp, broken kitchen floor tiles that were dangerous to walk barefoot around as they would pop up. Many of the kitchen doors were hanging off the hinges or completely missing hinges. There were not adequate kitchen utensils to cook for more than 2 people at a time, not to mention, all that was there had to be scrubbed clean by us as they were dirty and greasy. The upstairs AC did not work and it was 80 degrees in the house. Even when they came to “fix” it a day later, it still did not work. The sauna that was advertised did not work at all. We planned to use it after the long day and relax only to find out it did not work which the owner would have known as there is a giant hole in the ceiling of the sauna. The steam room smelled of very strong mildew and there was mold growing in the corners. To top it off, there was a disgusting amount of flies and gnats stuck to the wall, some dead and some still flying. The spa/hot tub was also not useable as the water was green. There is an ant infestation in the kitchen, so if you have bagged bread sitting on the counter, consider it ruined on the first day. The tile in one of the main bathrooms is completely missing grout, so has filled with dirt, there were food splatters on the cabinets, some of the outlets were taped on the wall instead of screwed in and installed correctly, some were broken and some missing faceplates. Something that should be there especially in a place if you will have kids around. The beds were terribly uncomfortable and they put queen sized pillowcases on king size pillows. The pillows also did not have pillow protectors, so that seemed very unsanitary especially considering the pillowcase did not cover the entire pillow. The first day we woke to someone power washing the entire house. This was not told to us before our arrival. This was loud and a nuisance.

No regrets

This home is fabulous!! All the amenities are great, the bowling alley was a hit with my family. It is so much to do that you don’t have to leave. I have to give a shout out to the HOST. My family tripped the emergency shut off sensor and I contacted the host and someone was there within a couple of hours on thanksgiving day. I highly recommend this home.

March Spring Break

Beautiful and fun home for all ages!! This was our second time staying here in the past year, and we were quite happy with some of the upgrades they have done since our last trip. The Theatre projector didn’t work again, but that’s fine. All in all a great trip!!

One of the most insane houses I’ve ever stayed at. So manys rooms that we kept getting turned around at first. Perfect place for a bachelor party of gathering of friends. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall great stay with friends and family!

Although we had a fabulous time, it would have been nice if we were given a heads up that games were already broken, one of the dishwashers did not work, the sensor lights in the bathrooms resulted in the bathroom lights staying on all night in two of the bedrooms, the water did not work in one of the dual sinks of the bathrooms. One of the slat supports to the bed kept dropping. A high rental property with top of the line cooking appliances needs to be better equipped with cooking supplies. For example, we could not find bowels and there were lots of lids to pots, but barely any decent cooking pots. The grille needs to be fixed so that all burners work. On the positive side, the children were entertained all weekend. The bowling alley and the basketball court was awesome! Pool was great. There was plenty of room for 3 families. Management was very attentive and friendly.

Over promised and under delivered

On viewing the pictures and video on this villa on line , we were excited to stay here with our family and friends . The cost to stay here was astronomical for what we actually ended up living in . The villa is very tired , in need of renovating to keep in line with its Neighbourhood . Outside pool area very dangerous , uplifted tiles , sharp edging , unkept patio , ripped, mouldy chair cushions dangerous steps . Blinds did not work , kitchen equipment minimal and some not working . Kitchen damp with evidence of leaks on ceiling and doors . Deco unprofessional painted , no books to work anything , no instruction Manuel to guide you around the villa , two days with no hot water ,some even had no water due to faulty heaters , water poured through ceiling in one guest room , one lift wasn’t working , no brooms ,hoovers , mops for 5 days , small fridge in main kitchen not enough room for large families regardless of other kitchens in the house , bowling balls became regularly stuck , cinema didn’t work , ripped chairs in entertainment area , missing light shades , lastly we had cockroaches !!! All in all a very disappointing stay . I would like the owner to know of these problems so someone else doesn’t have this dissatisfaction. We have stayed on reunion for many years and at many beautiful villas with our family and this has to be the worst . I wouldn’t of paid half of the money to stay here and would like some kind of refund for our misery . On a more positive note the management of this villa was helpful as they could be , Rafael in particular was apologetic and helped as much as possible but eboni’s problem are not skin deep and are in need of some real TLC .
