Thanks for the feedback Richard. We sincerely apologize for the WIFI issues you guys experienced during your stay. The issue unfortunately required service from the internet provider which led to a longer than expected resolution. Obviously, issues this severe are pretty few and far between. We also appreciate your patience regarding the trash, and were more than happy to get that taken care of for you. Again, we always value guest feedback, and we'd love the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Thank you. We appreciate the feedback. We are already aware that the bathrooms and fixtures need some updating. Other work on the house was recently required, delaying any updates. It's still one of our favorites for the living space, though. We do not advertise this house as ski in/ski out. You may have read it in a review and certainly people do hike up to the Union Pass lift, but we cannot guarantee that access. We hope to see you all again in the future. Please give us a call then and we'd be happy to discuss alternate options and details with you.
