Hundvänlig stuga nära alla bekvämligheter och Filey beach,

Vår fastighet är en välutrustad bekväm gammal fiskarstuga som ligger i hjärtat av Fileys centrum, med en kort promenad till alla Fileys många affärer, barer och restauranger.

Vi är en mycket hundvänlig stuga där du kan gå din hund till stranden som bara är några minuters promenad.

Stugan har gratis WiFi och består av 2 sovrum, det första sovrummet har 1 x dubbel och det andra sovrummet har en trippel våningssäng, båda med gratis utsikt TV i båda.
Loungen har 3 x tvåsits soffor, platt-TV med fri utsikt, DVD-spelare och en eldstad effekt elektrisk eld.
Nedre våningen erbjuder också en separat matsal med gratis TV och ett fullt funktionellt separat modernt kök.

Excellent, central position near beach, shops and restaurants. Towels and bedding were spotlessly clean and kitchen was well equipped but there was no dishwasher or washing machine therfore I have given it 4 stars.

House was okay.Could do with some deep cleaning windows bathroom woodwork also the light cord in the bathroom is not hygienic at all.Some tidying up in the back yard would be a great improvement.Did not like the area so we will not be using this property again.

We have just returned from a week in this delightful cottage. Louise has provided everything that you would need, especially the helpful plugs on the dressing table, excellent idea! I must mention the wonderful shower too, which was so powerful.The place was spotless and looks even better in the flesh. It’s perfectly situated for the town, bus/train station and supermarkets. Having the dedicated parking space was a huge bonus too.Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again if we ever returned

Comfortable 3 night stay

Two oldies' with our 5yrs old grandson. The cottage was very clean, comfortable, well-equipped and conveniently situated for shops and beach - though a steep walk coming back up! Considering it is so near shops, restaurants etc it was very quiet at night. We enjoyed our stay. The owner was very understanding when I told her we couldn't leave the cottage as we had found it as I had broken my wrist the previous day. Beware of seaweed-covered rocks at Robin Hood's Bay!! Would stay again.

Lovely weekend in Filey

Nice little property, handy for all amenities, shops , restaurants, pubs, takeaways etc. Very clean. If it were mine, I would spend a couple of hours in the back yard with a sweeping brush/ power washer/ weed killer. It really would make a big difference, as the back yard is a proper sun trap.

Ideal location for a great weekend

The property is tucked away just of the Main Street in the town centre. Perfect for access to all amenities and the beach. We were able to lock the car up and walk everywhere. The property provided everything one could need for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend.

Weekend break

Great location. Easy access to amenities. Accommodation clean and comfortable. For time of year central heating within the accommodation needs to be appropriately set as cold at times. Directions for parking needs more clarification.

A comfortable house close to amenities

Don't let the lack of photos of the front of the property put you off. True it's in a very narrow side street and the outlook is far from pretty, but it's in a very convenient location. Inside there's everything you need, and the property is well cared for. It's literally a couple of minutes' walk to the sea. Shops, pubs, restaurants all handy. We arrived during very bleak weather, strong winds and driving rain. Once that cleared, Filey didn't disappoint. Surely one of the best traditional sea fronts anywhere! And that beach! Wow! If you get a chance to walk out to the end of the Brigg and look around the corner towards Scarborough, the cliff scenery is magnificent (quite reminded us of Cornwall). The people were friendly (what do you expect, it's Yorkshire!) We'll certainly be back to Filey.

We are a hard working family who love nothing to unwind by visiting Filey and taking our dogs Marley and Doris for a walk on the beach. We have family in Filey and love to visit them as often as we possibly can. the kids love to body board in the warmer months. This is why we purchased in 2008.
We decided to rent out our cottage so that other dog walkers, couples and families can have the same enjoyment as we do.

This property appealed to us as it was near all amenities and the beach. It has been a long hard graft getting the property as we would like it. The property was old and needed a lot of modernization.
