Denna otroliga lägenhet finns att hyra till ett överkomligt pris! Dessa lägenheter ligger en kort promenad till Las Vegas Strip, mellan Hard Rock Resort och Planet Hollywood Resort. Anläggningen har 3 pooler, en är en vuxen endast pool. Bekvämligheter tillgängliga med andelslägenhet är användning av träningsrum, pooler, badtunnor, företagscenter och fritids rum.

Dessa lägenheter finns att hyra är en två sovrum - två badrum inredda lägenhet. Dessa lägenheter har ett fullt utrustat kök med spis, ugn, mikrovågsugn, kylskåp, diskmaskin, köksredskap och maträtter. Fantastic Host & Communication

Great communication about checking in and went over details about our reservation. Matt also was very helpful in getting us a few additional days added when weather changed our plans last minute. Wonderful host to work with!!

Great location-excellent view of The Sphere

My husband, his mother and I stayed at Club Wyndham Grand Desert in Las Vegas. We were on the 8th floor with a perfect view of The Sphere. We, especially my mother-in-law enjoyed this view. The timeshare was clean and comfortably furnished. My husband and I enjoyed the gym. We were able to walk the 1.1 miles to Thomas and Mack Arena for the Mountain West Basketball Tournament, which we appreciated. The only negative was the check-in process where we were highly pressured to participate in learning about buying a timeshare. We rented this unit through VRBO and had no interest in buying a timeshare. The salesperson needs to be able to know when the person isn't interested, which we told her upfront and several times after she continued talking.

Great place for an extended stay

Easy, no-hassle check-in. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of parking at the property and within walking distance to The Strip. Layout of the room was nice as well, the bedrooms and bathrooms were separated with the living room and kitchen in between. On-site spa was excellent as well. Would stay here Austin.

Vegas - off the strip

Property was great. Being off the strip has its pluses and minuses. The room was great, clean, as depicted. The grounds were great, pool area was very nice. The primary reason for not giving it 5 stars is the lack of accessible restaurants. The property has only a small cafe and some convenience/coffee shops. The fitness center was also small for the size of the property. Also, the sales activities for the Wyndham Vacation Club dominated the lobby most days/all day. Was annoying to have that activity constantly going on.

Excellent Choice

My family had such a wonderful time. For one set of my family, it was their first time ever in Las Vegas and they couldn’t be happier. They loved the location. They enjoyed the property, and friendliness of the staff. They couldn’t stop saying great things about it. And for those who had been to Vegas before, they loved the ease of checkin and location. Central to everything!

Great Vegas Option

It's close to the Strip but away from the madness. There is no casino on the property and close to food options. The suites are perfect for families and the children loved the spa tub. Communication with the host was amazing. I will stay here again.

Vegas!

The condo and property were just what we were looking for! Free parking, free shuttle to Horseshoe, 2 pools, washer and dryer in condo, full size refrigerator and nice sized kitchen. We had a wonderful time and the owner mever failed to communicate or answer questions in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

Good value and location

Had a little bit of an issue checking in but overall everything went well. Good communication with the property manager. Completely avoided the timeshare people as we were here on business and did not do the secondary check-in for wristbands to gain access to the pool and the gym facilities. This is where they get you for the timeshare propositioning.

Hitting the strip, grabbing food at great restaurants, hiking in the desert or golfing, this location was awesome. The property was recently upgraded and very clean and nice.

Affordable Quality Lodging for Group or Family

Great property with good amenities super close to The Strip and Airport. Room is well furnished for a family or group. The only negative is the high pressure time share pitch and the Concierge. Just say no a million times!

Great location and great room - beautiful and clean :)

All was well and we very much enjoyed our stay. Great location close to the Strip but far enough to have peace and quiet. Well stocked amenities in the room (full kitchen, plenty of dishes, pots/pans, toiletries, washer/dryer,etc.). Pool area looked gorgeous but we were too busy to use it. Lobby market had a decent variety of things to grab for snacks and drinks. And check-in staff was nice. Overall a beautiful property and room. Only complaint with the room was that the sheets were pretty abrasive - my cheap Walmart sheets are WAY softer - lol :) Not a huge deal though. The person renting us the unit warned us about the aggressive timeshare sales folks so I just avoided them altogether. You do NOT have to do a secondary check-in with them if you don't want to - though the front desk makes it seem like its a normal part of the check-in process. We had access to all the resort amenities and didn't need to waste our time with them. You get a wrist band from them, a few drink comps, and a hard sales pitch to meet with them - could hear it all while I was checking in at the real front desk :P No thanks. They did try to get me over to the "Member Services" desk several times and even called our room a few times, but I just kept saying "No, not right now. Maybe later" and walked away each time. Worked fine :)
