LÀgenheten var mycket bra! Bra AC samt hÀrlig terrass för avslutning pÄ kvÀllen. Bra lÀge i Portixol med nÀrhet till strÀnder, restauranger och matbutik. Vi rekommenderar andra att hyra denna lÀgenhet dÄ vi trivdes vÀldigt bra hÀr.

Underbart hus med perfekt lÀge

Ett mycket charmigt och vackert inrett hus i Portixol, ca 2,5 km promenad lÀngst strandpromenaden till katedralen och centrum av Palma. Vi Àlskade den fina takterrassen, dÀr vi Ät vÄr frukost och tillbringade mÄnga eftermiddags- och kvÀllstimmar. Stor mataffÀr finns inom 250 m, lyxig frukt- och brödbutiker ca 500 m frÄn boendet och massor av caféer och restauranger inom promenadavstÄnd. Mycket nÀra till busshÄllplats dÀr bussen till Palma avgick regelbundet. Liten hÀrlig strand ca 100 m frÄn huset och en större strand pÄ andra sidan hamnen. Vi uppskattade vÀrdfamiljens trevliga bemötande, vÀlkomstgÄvan i form av lokala delikatesser och smÄ detaljer som strandhanddukar, tandkrÀm, duschtvÄl, kryddor och kökstillbehör. Aitor, sonen till Àgarna tog emot oss pÄ utsatt tid och svarade snabbt pÄ vÄra frÄgor. VÀrdparet vinkade av oss och kÀndes engagerade och mÄna om att vi skulle trivas. Vi kommer gÀrna tillbaka!

Lovely place in Portixol

The house is situated in Portixol, a very nice place in walking distance from the city. And very close to the busstop. Portixol is beautiful with its harbour and very alive with a lot of restaurants. Close to a very good supermarket. The house is very well equipped with a modern kitchen, three bedrooms with lot of space, two very fresh and modern bathrooms. The living room and the roof terrace gives lots of possibilities to relaxing and enjoyable moments. The welcoming from the owners were very nice. We really enjoyed our stay in Portixol.

Perfect Stay

Our favorite by far was the 3rd floor large balcony overlooking the Palma marina. We could see both sunrise and sunset. But the house as a whole was also fantastic. Bedrooms had all we needed; the 2nd floor bedroom had beautiful sliding door closets with drawers inside and the kitchen had whatever we needed to cook in.

A real gem

The property was perfect for our stay: my husband and I took the bedroom and bathroom on one level and our guests each had a bedroom and shared a bathroom on a different level. We stayed 7 nights and there was plenty of space so that we were not cramped and there is plenty of storage. Sunrises and sunsets on the terrace were marvelous. A supermarket is less than 10 minute walk and there are plenty of restaurants. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed to cook two dinners rather than go out. The view of the marina and the hotel next door are also pluses. Aitor is a great host and we had no problems at all with communications and access to him when we had questions. We honestly have nothing negative to say about the property, the host, the location, and Palma.

Amazing house and location

Everything was perfect with the house and location. Beach, bars and restaurants on the doorstep. East walk to Palma city along the back of the main beach. Not a single negative.

We had a super time here. It’s a fabulous location over looking the harbour. The layout is great with the roof terrace. Apartment was very clean, and really well equipped kitchen to be able to cook no problem. Communication with Aitor was great also, super responsive. 10/10.

The apartment was clean and beatifully decorated. Aitor was a brilliant host. We loved the area with a lot of nice restaurants. We rented bicycles and we loved to visit a lot of nice places.

Awesome stay in a great location

From the first day to the last everything was great, comfortable beds and plenty of room to relax, top floor porch was great with nice views of the city and the harbor. Aitor was very attentive and the oranges, lemons and limes were appreciated. Did not want to leave!

Rooftop dining with the marina view...LOVELY!

We really enjoyed this property. It's incredibly clean and beautifully decorated. It's right by the marina and has a beach close by not the nicest one we went to, but definitely convenient. Beautiful hotel and restaurant next-door so you can walk over and have fine dining. About a 45 minute drive to all the attractions so if you rent a car, you will be all set. Parking was not hard at all. We loved staying here. I would definitely recommend it.

Perfect place

We had a perfect stay in the duplex in Portixol. The duplex is just as lovely as you can see in the pictures, and Aitor is a gentle, serviceminded and welcoming host. We loved the Portixol area! In walking distance of Palma center and the Old town, yet quiet and with very nice local restaurants and cafes. You can take walks by the sea, rent a bike or a car to explore the island. I would be happy to return.

Beautiful Home

We enjoyed a wonderful stay with an amazing view of the marina. The home was very well maintained, very clean and very comfortable. There were many restaurants within a few minutes walk. Our hosts were very accommodating and kind. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Great apartment

Great location where we were able to park nearby for free (we visited at the end of September). The apartment itself is spacious, well equipped and clean. The sunny terrace is a nice bonus. Close to a supermarket and some lovely restaurants. You can walk into the centre in approx 20-30 mins. Would recommend!
