Lovely Quiet Studio lägenhet i Country Barn Conversion mycket nära den vackra staden Henley on Thames och bara en kort bit till Reading station med snabba tåg till London Paddington. Ett bra ställe att utforska vackra byar runt Oxon-området och lätt att komma till Oxford. Vackra promenader som vi är i ett område med "Enastående naturskönhet" Utmärkta butiker inom en mil från studion. Privat ingång till härligt vardagsrum med plattskärms-TV, soffa. Matplats med kylskåp, vattenkokare, brödrost etc. Järn. Dubbelrum på mezanine med eget badrum. Kontinental frukost kan ges om det behövs. Wifi och dator skrivbord i studion. Många bra restauranger och pubar i området. Vi accepterar också en välskött hund.

The barn studio was exactly as describe. It was clean, cosy, quiet and easily accessible. We throughly enjoyed out stay

Cozy Rural Setting

Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt als Basis für Ausflüge in die wunderbare Natur des Umlandes sowie für Städtetrips z.B. nach Oxford und London. Die Vermieterin ist außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, und die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und praxisgerecht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

A lovely Retreat

Lovely barn in a beautiful part of the South Oxfordshire countryside. relaxing and peaceful, lovely walks easy access to Reading and Henley on Thames. Annie the owner was very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. Rob & Jacqui

Nice place but not very functional

Back a narrow one lane road, it is in a quiet area, nicely furnished and quite comfortable, but hope for a quiet neighbor, as the walls are thin. Absence of microwave and sink make it less than ideal for a longer stay as meals can not be prepared on site.

Loved it. Simple, clean and quiet.

Loved it, would totally recommend it. Annie is lovely, the room is plenty big enough and very comfortable, location suits me, just a little off the beaten track but with all the required facilities accessible.

Lovely, relaxing hideaway

We really enjoyed our stay. The studio is inviting, comfortable and an ideal place to getaway for a few days. It's a very countryside location. There are lots of farms nearby and very little in the way of noise or traffic etc and there are lots of good walks and beauty spots nearby. The host is very friendly and really takes care of you. The quality of furnishings, bed linen etc, all feel like someone's home rather than a high-turnover holiday let. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend if you're looking for a countryside stay.

Thoroughly Enjoyable - Just what the doctor ordered.

A beautiful little get-away... plenty of walks... places to eat... and close to Henley-On-Thames. Annie the owner is friendly and helpful. Would thoroughly recommend.

Great Little Get Away

Really lovely property in peaceful location. There isn't a kitchen, but there is a fridge, toaster, kettle etc. and Annie the host kindly does the washing up for you, and provides tea, coffee and water. Communication from Annie is fantastic and she makes you feel very welcome. Plenty of local information and suggestion of things to do, and there's some great places to eat locally, many of whom are currently offering take-away services.

Fabulous break

From booking til we left we had the best time. Annie is a superb host who is very helpful and offers local advice The studio is spotless and fittings and bed wear etc of a very High quality. Location perfect for a relaxing, walking break with our young dog . Numerous nice places to eat are a short drive away with a couple even in walking distance Thank you. We highly recommend and will Be back

Dog friendly

Lovely studio in a courtyard with owner's house and 2 other rentals. Very clean and well kept, walks on doorstep and also circular walks from nearby pubs. I hadn't twigged there was no kitchen, but there is a toaster, kettle, fridge, plates, glasses, etc. Very helpful owner, answered all questions quickly and provided us with the information we needed. Gorgeous area, would definitely recommend this accommodation.

An idyllic setting

Annie was a welcoming and friendly host to both me and my dog. The studio is well appointed and very comfortable. Lovely quiet surroundings, perfect for a getaway from busy life. Easy access to local walks and nearby to local towns.
