Wayzata bara en kort promenad till kaférestauranger, parker, busslinje, shopping, vagn och sjön Minnetonka, båtliv, bad. Hemmet har en stor inhägnad trädgård, 3 nivåer färdiga stora gourmetkök, formell matsal, 1/2 bad, lerrum, stort huvudvåning familjerum m / fplc 60 "platt skärm Övre nivå master svit, king size-säng 50" platt skärm master bad stort badkar, stor dusch för 2, fåfänga stor garderob. Ytterligare 2 sovrum ett med en queen size-säng och stor garderob 3: e sovrummet erbjuder en queen size-säng och en uppsättning våningssängar med fullständig bad & laudry rum. Lägre nivå har stort familjerum med 50'-platt-sovrum med dubbelsäng, badrum. Jag har också 2 drottningar som spränger sängar för extra gäst. We had a great stay at this wonderful property. Excellent location, close to Wayzata shops and restaurants. Very clean, nicely decorated, loved the provided snacks, coffee and beverages. Beautiful Wayzata home

Colleauges/friends and I stayed at this property while in town for a work and event and we couldn't have been happier. The house was immaculate, very comfortable and an easy walk to restaurants. Dede was a great communicator and responsive host. We wpuld happily stay here again.

Excellent Trip

Wonderful experience management very accommodating. House clean and included snacks and drinks. Great back yard, we took advantage of the fire pit and enjoyed the fall evening. So much room and comfortable for 6 adults and 3 kids. Highly recommend!

100th birthday celebration

We enjoyed the house location. It was central to my aunts, uncle, and granmother. The family church was right across the street. We had the family .wet at the bkuse to celebrate my grandmothers 100th birthday. Thank you so much for this beautiful and amazing house. We will be back.

Beautiful house!

Loved the house and the extras the owner provided! We were surprised to see the outdoor fireplace had wood, lighter fluid, and everything we needed for a bonfire. Appreciative of the thoughtfulness put into a comfortable and accommodating stay!

Great Time in Wayzata

We had a great time! Wayzata is a great town. The house was great for our family. The fenced backyard gave the grandchildren a safe and fun place to play. We had plenty of room, it was a great vacation.

Beautiful Home in Wayzata

Family stayed here when they were in town for our wedding. House was so beautiful and a perfect place for our family to get together while they were here. Have stayed at many VRBOs, but this was the nicest and most accommodating. Thank you Dede!

Perfect house

Ladies’ Weekend

Some of my family and friends stayed in this beautiful home for a ladies’ weekend and we had the best time! Dede was so kind and easy to book with! The house is clean and has plenty of space and the backyard with the fire pit is great! It’s also in a great location. We definitely want to come back again!

Reunion

Me and 3 friends from college met for golf and some lake time. The house is in great shape and is a 15 minute walk from Wayzata which is a fantastic little lake town with enough restaurants and bars to entertain for days. The owners were responsive and friendly. We had a great time.

Family wedding

We were in town for a family wedding and stayed with 6 adults and 3 children. This was the perfect home for our family to enjoy. This was the best stocked home we have rented with a large fenced in back yard for our kids to play safely in. Dede was very helpful. We walked to the rehearsal dinner on the lake front. Perfect!

Immaculate Home

This home was absolutely lovely, modern, new and super clean. Large enough for our family of 8 adults and an infant. Plenty of living space to hang out, large, well appointed kitchen, and an awesome backyard with fire pit, which we used one night. 4 bathrooms that were very nice! The host provided a drink fridge stocked with water and soda, and snacks upon our arrival. 1/4 mile to beach and super cute shopping area. I can’t say enough about how lovely our stay was!!

Exceeded Expectations

My family of 7 enjoyed this home while we were in town to celebrate our sons wedding. Dede and Jeff have thought of EVERYTHING. This house offers plenty of room for gathering indoors and out, while also providing privacy with a full basement living area and three nicely sized rooms upstairs. We had plenty of room to sprawl. There were so many thoughtful gestures including a stocked fridge of drinks, fruit and muffins, that kept us until groceries could arrive. Dede was easy to work with and quick to respond to questions. I highly recommend this place. I'll admit that I was a tiny bit concerned because there weren't picture online for all bedrooms, but there was no need, because everything was awesome. We would definitely stay here again.
