Rustik sjö vid sjön idealiskt belÀgen för att utforska historiska New England. Huset ligger i slutet av en privat vÀg pÄ en 1 hektar skogsmark. Huset ligger pÄ en halvö och omges av vatten pÄ tre sidor. De flesta rummen har utsikt över vattnet. Det finns en sandstrand som innehÄller en docka. Den gradvisa lutningen pÄ stranden Àr idealisk för smÄ barn. Huset sover 8 i sovrum och har en drottning bÀddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Det finns lÀtt tillgÄng till Boston via bil eller kollektivtrafik. Huset har ett rymligt stort rum med gaspis, stor matsal och ett fullt utrustat gourmetkök.

Sommar och höst Àr utmÀrkta tider pÄ Äret för att njuta av att simma i sjön eller koppla av och njuta av reflektionen av höstlövverket i dammen. PÄ vintern finns det lÀtt tillgÄng till spÄr för lÀngdskidÄkning. SkidÄkning och snowboard finns pÄ Wachusett Mountain Ski Area som Àr en scenisk 30 minuters bilresa. The location was very private and peaceful. There was an area downstairs for hanging out together, playing pool, or just watching a movie. Upstairs our group of 5 adults and 3 kids were able to eat together in the dinning room or lounge in the living room, talking, reading, or working on the puzzle we brought. There are some items on shelves and in cabinets that seem breakable, so maybe be aware of that if traveling with small children or pets.

The space was perfect. Beautifully located on a small lake. The power went out on our first night but it came back quickly. The kitchen was well stocked but there were no supplies in the bathroom (soap, shampoo, etc). Debra was very prompt in getting back to me. Very nice property

Everything about our family's stay exceeded expectations! Plenty of room for the whole family, very well equipped kitchen as well as the outdoor grill option. Out 1 yr. old granddaughter loved the toy box and we loved the baby gate. Everyone including the dog loved the private beach. We brought kayaks and enjoyed paddling on the pond. Were pleased to find so much to do nearby as well.

Vacation

Great vacation week at this house. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is huge. It was great having air conditioning. The property was beautiful, nice and shady, and we were able to do a lot of fishing, kayaking and swimming by the dock.

Perfect Spit

3 generation family a dog. While the pond was a bit muddy (this its nickname) the kids and dog swam from sun up to down. The beach, seating area, dock, fire pits were all perfect.The house fit our needs. The family bedroom was a plus for extra space and bedrooms were huge. We asked for access to the rowboat on site which we rented and was easy to do. Probably wouldn’t bother next time as we rarely used.Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Boston Marathon Stay

Beautiful house and grounds! Very private with lots of room along with homey touches. Kids loved the toy cabinet and the pool table. Easy access to Boston. We thoroughly enjoyed our Easter weekend there!

Beautiful home and property. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Had all the conveniences of home. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. Sitting down by the lake was so peaceful! We have adult children - using the firepit and sitting around talking was my favorite part. Would 100% recommend this home.

So much potential...

The house is very spacious, so there was more than enough space for our group.. The location was great in terms of the private beach. It's just that the beach and dock were covered in goose poop and some feathers. The outside of the house look like it needs some cleaning to remove yard debris and mildew. Additionally the only AC in my bedroom didn't, was just a fan. It was just disappointing. This location has so much potential. It just needs some attention for it to be an ideal vacation spot.

Christmas with Family

We had a wonderful Christmas at this beautiful house. Dusting of snow and beautiful views made it the perfect place to celebrate the Holidays. The house was well appointed and beds were comfy. Host answered questions quickly. We would definitely stay here again.
