Den inre marmortrappen landar på övervåningen. Denna del av villan har ett sovrum med eget dusch, ett dubbelrum och ett tvåbäddsrum som delar in mellan ett snyggt inrett badrum.
Det stora sovrummet har en privat balkong med utsikt över bukten, medan de andra två sovrummen har utsikt över balkonger mot olivlunden och slottarna i Pantokrator.

På utsidan, vackra terrasser, fullt möblerade, utsikt över det öppna havet och erbjuder rysande känslor titta på den magnifika solnedgången vid djupet av horisonten.
På höger sida av huset finns en andra möblerad terrass, med undantag för täckt grillutrymme, perfekt för alla som vill prova sin matlagning samtidigt som de är hemma eller äter utomhus och beundrar den fantastiska utsikten över bukten, som ser ut som en förlängning till den främre charmiga trädgården.

Amazing stay

We stayed at this property for 5 days and had the best time Travelling as a group of friends, this property had it all, great location, amazing views and a wonderful host. Great accessibility to local amenities within walking distance. Would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Absolutely fabulous

We absolutely loved Villa Dersea, accommodation and outside space was fantastic. The pool and view in particular were stunning. We were welcomed on our arrival by the owners who are the loveliest couple, so helpful and kind, they had even made us homemade cookies for us. I would 100 percent recommend this villa and will definitely be back.

We cannot recommend Villa Dersea enough

We recently stayed at Villa Dersea- our first holiday with our 11 month old daughter! The location is great- a short drive to central Acharavi or a 20 minute walk. The view from the villa is spectacular, you can watch the sunset every evening poolside. The villa itself is well equipped and had a great outside BBQ area, which we used a few times. The pool and the surrounding gardens were lovely and private. Acharavi is a fantastic town with a quiet but vast pebble beach, really good restaurants and good supermarkets.The hosts Spiros and Aphrodite were extremely helpful and friendly and bought us fresh eggs and traditional Greek food. We cannot recommend Villa Dersea enough and look forward to returning.

Beautiful home / villa.

We spent a week at Villa Dersea and it was lovely. The home is so spacious and well maintained. There are so many areas to enjoy both inside and out. The view is nothing short of amazing! The little town has a lot to offer for both shopping and dining. It’s a short walk downhill and there is a small taxi station in town to help you get back home should you choose at a very amazing price. The owners of the villa were welcoming and wonderful and communication with the rental company were always punctual and helpful. I would absolutely recommend staying here for some peace and quiet but also a very close distance to the beach and local attractions.

Wonderful stay

Spiros and Aphrodite were wonderful hosts. We couldn’t have asked for more. We spent a relaxing 2 weeks in their lovely villa. Peaceful location with amazing views. Cleanliness was excellent and the villa was cleaned 3 times during our stay with fresh towels provided each time. The walk home from the bars/restaurants was uphill but didn’t take too long. Fantastic beach front restaurants a few minutes drive away from the villa. We enjoyed water sports at nearby Sidari as well as a day at Aqualand water park. Would definitely recommend this villa if you are looking for a peaceful vacation with stunning sea views.

Fantastic views

This is an absolutely stunning villa with the most spectacular sunset views over Acharavi. Spiros was attentive but unobtrusive making sure that everything was OK for us. The villa was equipped with everything needed including a bbq. Pool was just perfect and thanks to Spiros cleaned daily. Cleaner came a few times with clean towels and gave the place a through clean. Checkin was easy. Car not required, everything close by, supermarket, bars and restaurants. Got bus to some local.places nearby Couldn't fault any part of our holiday. We had an amazing time.

A perfect villa

This property is amazing. There were only two of us staying there so we had so much space!! Spyros has built a fantastic property with a simply gorgeous infinity pool with great views. We hired a car to explore the island but you wouldn't need to if you were happy to stay in the local area. There are plenty of great restaurants and cafes / bakery / supermarket within walking distance. The walk back up the hill is steep but coming from Yorkshire this didn't really bother us. Spyros makes sure everything is clean and watered on a daily basis and was really helpful regarding local advice. A very generous and kind man. We loved our time at Villa Dersea and would come back.

Amazing Views!

Villa Dersea is a beautiful villa with the most amazing pool and views. There is a patio/balcony for every view. Cannot express how beautiful the evening sunsets were. There were 4 adults in the villa which had everything we needed for our stay. The only two problems we had were the beds were too hard and the showers. We could only use the ensuite shower between the 4 of us as the other 2 showers were too low. This didn't stop us enjoying our holiday. Spiros was a fantastic host who was always on-hand for any questions we had. Would definitely recommend for a fantastic holiday

Beautiful

There are 4 good size bedrooms in this property Great living / dining spaces. Smart TV so Netflix etc available. Wifi good in the home doesn’t reach to the pool but this worked out great for us with teenagers! Gorgeous pool with sun beds surrounding This property is at the top of a hill so you do need to be fairly mobile. At the bottom of the hill is supermarket/ shops / restaurants/car hire etc. All within a 5-7 minute slow walk . Housekeeping service was great as well nothing was too much trouble, The wind broke the parasol during the visit - email sent to company responded quickly wasn’t a bother and all fixed. Owner popped up daily to see to plants etc so was always contactable. A well priced and beautiful property which allowed for a great holiday.

Holiday gem

Villa Dersea is an amazing place. This was our second time and Im sure we will be going back in the future. The villa has everything you need. Spiros the owner is a very nice man he comes and cleans the pool and has a friendly chat. Lovely to see him again. The view all around is a dream. The pool is a good enough size for swimming and the right depth. The town and shops and restaurants are all within walking distance you dont need a car. The people are so welcoming and friendly everything is no problem. There is a hill to climb to get to the villa but we say you wouldnt have the views if you didnt go up. The view makes it worth it. The villa has plenty of room there was 6 of us Spiros lovely aunt came in the week and cleaned the villa. There is a sun bed for everyone and a large parasol. Plenty of outdoor seating. A lovely BBQ that we used a few times. The air conditioning in the rooms worked really well. It is very well equipped in the kitchen. I have read other reviews about the bed being hard. It was firm but not uncomfortable. We had a great week both times we have been I would highly recommend villa Dersea. Eos travel were very good too. Always replied to any of my questions or requests. Cant wait to go back.

We had a wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay. We felt there was plenty of space and different areas of the house and garden for us to spend time together or separately. (We had 3 adults, 2 teenage girls and 3 boys ) The location was stunning with a fantastic view and well worth the short walk up hill from the town and beach. The olive grove at the front made it feel very peaceful. We easily explored different beaches and villages in the hills behind from the house. We had a great time and would definitely recommend.

Traumhaft

Das Haus liegt oberhalb Acharavis. Damit ist s wunderbar ruhig und man hat einen tollen Blick über die ganze Bucht mit wunderschönen Sonnenuntergängen - jeden Abend! Der Pool ist super. Schön groß und 1,50m tief, sodass man ordentlich darin spielen und schwimmen kann. Mit Kleinkindern sollte man sehr achtsam sein, da er nicht abflacht. Das Haus selbst ist in einem guten Zustand. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, die Betten gut und drei Bäder top. Allerdings sind einige Geräte nicht ganz in Schuss: die Kaffeemaschine ist defekt, der Geschirrspüler funktioniert nur mäßig und der TV empfängt kein deutsches oder internationales Programm. Bei Problemen sind die Eigentümer sehr hilfreich und freundlich und stehen mir Rat und Tat zur Seite. Sie kommen täglich kurz vorbei, um den Garten zu bewässern. Außerdem kommt einmal in der Woche eine Putzkraft vorbei, um das Haus zu reinigen. Top! Man sollte allerdings kein Problem mit Ameisen haben, die unaufhaltsam jede Nacht die noch so kleinsten Reste und Krümel aus der Küche und freie transportieren. Für uns war das kein Problem und inmitten der Natur auch kaum zu vermeiden. Alles in allem war es ein unvergesslicher und traumhaft schöner Urlaub. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Amazing place with a fantastic view

This villa was everything we wanted and more, up on the hill away from the hustle a bustle of the local high street and it has an amazing view. The pool was so nice and youre not overlooked by anyone. The owners were so lovely, popping by to water the plants and clean the pool, very friendly and the house felt like a home from home. The kitchen has everything youd need and the beds were comfortable. The villa is beautiful and we will definitely return!

Villa Dersea was amazing. From start to finish everything was perfect. We had a fantastic week. The villa has plenty of space a wonderful infinity pool. The view is fabulous and what a great sunset in the evening Spiros the owner was very friendly he came in the morning to clean the pool and water the plants. It was nice to have a chat with him in the mornings. The cleaner came back to do a mid week clean very thorough and friendly. Both never intrusive. We had a few BBQ’s in the BBQ area Spiros built himself. Can’t wait to go back

Erg mooie Villa

Rented this 8-person villa with private pool with 6 adults at the beginning of May 2022. Very beautiful with fantastic sea views. Very friendly owners. (Come check the pool in the morning,) Halfway through the week, cleaning will be done and the guests will receive clean bed linen and towels. The villa is located in the north of the island, where you can get everywhere with a rental car. Beach, town, restaurants and bars are within walking distance of the mountain af.Corfustad is an hour's drive.Mooi island with beautiful natuur.Zeker a must for family and friends. Very spacious with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.We enjoyed it very much

Einzigartiger Weitblick und tolle Sonnenunergänge

Diese Villa hat einen einmalig, tollen Ausblick auf das Meer und liegt herrlich ruhig. Die Sauberkeit in der Villa war ausgezeichnet. Die sehr zuvorkommende Putzfrau hat alle 3-4 Tage super ordentlich gereinigt, die Betten neue bezogen und neue Handtücher parat gelegt und war in keinster Weise störend. Der Pool wurde vom Besitzer (Spirous) immer gereinigt, der Rasen bewässert und er war jederzeit hilfsbereit und konnte per SMS innerhalb kürzester Zeit bei eventuellen Problemen helfen. Es war schön das viele Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar waren und selbst zu denen am Strand benötigte man kein Auto. Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Villa Dersea sehr genossen und nichts vermisst.

Mooi zon ondergang

Alles was prima behalven dat vaatwasser kapot was en we kregen geen compensatie. Met 8 personen en vrij beperkte aantaal borden en glazen blijf je afwassen. Woon en eet kamer zijn niet geschikt voor 8 personen. Er zijn 6 uitgeleende stoelen en 5 zit plaatsen in de woon kamer. Toch kun en van d prachtig uitzicht en zon ondergang genieten. Zwembad was heerlijk.
