Comfortable stay on Malta

All of the family were happy about the quality of the apartment. The beds were comfortable. The equipment was in good condition and in sufficient amount available. The location enabled us to reach different bus stops within 5-10 min. We all take a positive memory on this week on Malta with us

Beautiful apartment.

The apartment was more than suitable for two couples; clean, comfortable and very well equipped.The arrival instructions were confusing but Robert the host easily contactable and put us right. It was really useful having the car parking space. The apartment is in a quiet, residential area but an easy walk to bars, restaurants and the sea front - although all uphill on the return. A cafe just on the corner did gorgeous breakfasts and there is a small convenience store too - handy for supplies. Highly recommend this apartment.

A great stay

The apartment is very beautiful and spacious. It perfectly matches the description and is equipped with all the comforts. The garage with direct elevator access to the apartment is not to be underestimated, a significant plus for the center of Sliema. The location was very good for me, both for reaching St. Julians (where my daughter attended an English course, just 10 minutes walk) and the main road to move around the entire island. Robert's support was excellent, from the information at our arrival to his prompt assistance throughout the entire stay. Definitely highly recommended.

Amazing Stay in Malta

This was a prefect stay for us, when we arrived in Malta Robert had a driver waiting for us at the airpot, the driver showed us in the apartment. The apartment was perfect for our family of four. Its in a central place with easy access to transportation. I highly recommend this flat if you are visiting the lovely island of Malta.

Beautiful apartment, great week!

We spent great week in Alexandra's apartment; spacious, bright, quite equipped and functional, we spent there excellent week! Of more the apartment is very well situated; bus stops nearby allow to move in every corner of Malta, and you can also join balluta bay on foot, what is very pleasant. Alexandra is very available at any time, and thoughtful; I recommend ! Thank you for everything

Casa molto accogliente e moderna

Ci siamo subito trovate a nostro agio e la casa era molto ben organizzata con ampi spazi. Molto moderna e la proprietaria si è dimostrata disponibile nel momento in cui il piano da cucina non funzionava. Trovandosi in una posizione strategica tra vita notturna, spiaggia e autobus ci ha permesso di sfruttare ogni momento.

Magnifique appartement neuf et spacieux

Nous avons passé de super vacances familiales dans cet appartement. Sandra est conciliante et serviable. Il est largement assez grand pour 7 personnes. Tout y est neuf et la literie est excellente. Il est très bien situé. Une épicerie à côté, un arrêt de bus à 2mn, Balluta Bay à 10 mn, et comme il est dans une impasse, il n'y a pas de circulation, les soirées sont calmes. Par contre, il y a des travaux dans la résidence et autour de la résidence, certains matins sont animés ! Globalement, nous le conseillerons à nos amis et nous y retournerons avec plaisir pour éventuellement d'autres vacances familiales

Beautiful apartment with top quality furnishings.

We loved staying at this apartment. Our contact Alexandra was lovely and friendly and the taxi transfer she organised for us was driven by a accommodating and polite man 'Gino'. The apartment was brand new (we were actually the only people staying in whole building) top quality furniture and furnishings. Slight issue with running out of hot water but staggering showers fixed issue. Quite and safe neighbourhood, a wee corner shop 1 minute away. Not much else in close proximity but we walked to St Juliana every day in less than 15mins. Would definitely stay here again.

I love holidays and therefore understand what guests expect when they're away from the daily chores for a week or two. It's the first time I'm listing my apartment here hence I have no reviews but you can look me up on other hosting platforms and you can see I achieved and maintained a super host status there. Don't worry, your vacation is in good hands!

Varför värden valde detta boende

Our apartment is centrally located and ideally placed to get to the various attractions. Balluta and Spinola Bays are only a 10 minute walk in either direction of the apartment. From Balluta Bay you can walk along the seaside promenade all the way to Sliema or in the opposite direction to Spinola and Paceville. Valletta is only a 15 minute bus ride. Alternatively you could walk to Sliema ferries and get a ferry across the Grand Harbour to Valletta. Bus Stops - The nearest bus stop is only a 5 minute walk away. You can view the detailed bus routes by clicking here. Airport Transfers - Malta International Airport is a 20 minute drive away from Balluta Bay. We will gladly organise your airport transfer. We always use the same family-run company which is familiar with our apartment. If you are arriving late at night, the driver will hand you the apartment keys and quickly check you in. You'll be relaxing in our lovely apartment within an hour of landing in Malta.

The apartment is situated in the heart of St. Julian's yet it's located in a quiet cul de sac. The large balcony overlooks Balluta Valley and sunsets from there can be quite special! The apartment is very spacious and fully air-conditioned with a very large living area fully equipped with all mod cons including an Xbox One hooked up to a 4K TV all using super fast broadband and Wi-Fi. A lock up garage is also available free of charge and is accessible directly from the apartment via the lift.
