Wake up with birdsong in this well-planned family friendly house in Mae Phim which is placed right by the saltwater-swimming pool in the well-kept area Blue Mango. Absolutely one of the best communities in Mae Phim. Enjoy a beautiful large garden with many trees and flowers. About 250 meters away you find the ocean and kilometers of white sandy beaches. The village contains many restaurants and shops side by side. Seafood, Western and Mediterranean, and of course fabulous Thai-food. The house, 125 square meters contains a large outdoor patio under roof for your shadow. It has two bedrooms, one master bedroom with a king size bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. Comfortable matrasses, air-condition and fans in both of the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large wide slide door facing the patio directly from your bed. And you have a lot of space in the wardrobes for your clothing in both bedrooms. But you don't use much clothing in Mae Phim. Shorts and swim clothing will be your favorite fashion. Sometimes a better shirt if you planning some fine dining or visit Bangkok or Rayong for shopping. The living room in the house is large, an open solution with a good equipt kitchen. You find the music box and a cable-tv in front of the comfortable sofa. Wide slide doors to the patio give it an airy feeling and the room gets nice lightning during da as well at evening. No real insight to the house, because of the beautiful garden gives you a feeling of privacy in the even if there is a lot of windows. A large parking place for your car or motorbikes and two bicycles you are free to use. If you need some help, contact the office two minutes away and they will take care of you. The village has a 24/7 guardedness system that also is available for your help or needs if you do so. The community with all the about 70 house in different sizes is well kept and taking good care of all the current areas possible to use. So why not play a game of badminton on the grass lawn by the swimming pool or some boule at the lane nearby.

I work as a photographer, and done so all my working career. First time I arrived in Thailand in 1990 I really liked the country, and I have been here doing editorial work a lot since then. I bought this house about ten years back. Then it was no garden, and the village was messy because of all construction work. Today everything looks fine, the gardens are well-kept and all the houses taking good care of in the community. That's one of the reasons I love Mae Phim. To get out of Bangkok, slow down and listen to the quietness and the birdsong in the garden. Get on your motorbike, and a few minutes later you can enjoy fresh seafood or a Pizza made from open fire oven. Or just enjoy a drink by the sea. Welcome to Mae Phim and my house and feel at home:)

The house is well-planned and good taking care of. Comfortable beds and AC and fans in every room, as well as in the patio. You live very close to the pool area, and that makes it convenient to relax with a swim whenever you feel so. There a full equipt kitchen in the house, so if you want to be your own chief after visiting the market, just enjoy and do so.
Or give a call and make an order for delivering to the house if you feel lazy and want to spend time watching your favorite movie. The morning walk by the beach is really something to recommend. You cant have a better start during the day. Then back home to the house for a cup of coffee or a swim.

Mae Phim gives you a feeling of living in the countryside. But still, you have possibilities to do shopping. Jump on the small bus from the main road and spend a day in Rayong shopping mall. Or visit Klaeng for an ice cream and a coffee. Spend the day by the beach with a good book and watch the kids playing while you now and then cool down with a swim. Just sit in a restaurant with a fresh seafood dish and a cold beer. Mae Phim has the most of everything, in the village or nearby. Why don't you take some time to discover by yourself or with your family? You will not regret it.
