Det ligger i ett lugnt område inom 5 minuters promenad från centrum av Dalyan. Denna charmiga villa ligger i ett mycket bekvämt läge mot byns centrum med alla lyxiga bekvämligheter, inklusive luftkonditionering och kallt vattendispenser.
Två lounger - bottenvåningen har 3 lädersviter. Stor källarsalong med 50-tums TV / DVD / med fler kanaler, program och lådor som du kan föreställa dig.
2 tvättmaskiner, diskmaskin, kyl / frys, spis / ugnar, mikrovågsugn, matplats, grill,
10 solstolar (extra stora 90 cm breda) solid kastanj med tjocka vadderade solstolar och 2 paraplyskuggor.
Ätområdet är täckt och det finns en skuggad upphöjd sittgrupp kosk (uttalad kirshk) på baksidan av villan för att koppla av eller läsa en bok.
Denna vackert inredda villa ligger i palmerna trädgårdar med enastående upplyst pool med angränsande grill och terrass belägen mitt i detta naturskyddsområde.
Visa bergen från trä "Kirsch" på baksidan eller koppla av läsning eller avkoppling.
Alla rum har luftkonditionering och eget badrum. Master jacuzzi 4 poster extra king size i källaren som är väldigt cool på sommaren. Bottenvåningen
är handikappvänligt. 2 lounger, en på marken och en i källaren, tillåter vuxna och barn att ha sitt eget privata utrymme.
Cyklar att använda runt byn men alla bekvämligheter ligger inom 200 meter.
Villan ligger på 3 våningar.
Källaren har 50 "platt skärm DVD. Sovrummet har en extra king size-affisch, eget badrum med dusch och jacuzzi-badrum. Det finns ett sjätte rum som används som butik men har wc och handfat men ingen dusch.
Bottenvåningen har huvudsaklig öppen planlösning / matsal och kök plus 2 sovrum, en tvilling som är handikappvänlig (duschstol vid behov) och en kung båda med badrum med eget badrum. Det finns privata ingångar till dessa sovrum med en ramp som leder till pool och matplats.
1: a våningen har 2 sovrum, en kung och en dubbel båda med eget badrum. Det finns en gångväg till en betongbalkong med glas- och stålskenor och bekväma sittplatser för 12.
Uteplatsen har ett teakbord och bänkar och platser 12. Det är täckt men det finns sällan regn i juni, juli, augusti, september plus en utomhusjacuzzi.
Barer och restauranger ligger bara 5 minuters promenad bort och den antika staden Kaunos ligger tvärs över floden med Turtle Beach, en förtrollande flodtaxitur.

Fabulous

Perfect villa for large family group. Everything you need is provided, all very good quality. Yes, I can believe they are the best sunbeds in Dalyan, exceptionally comfortable. Great location, everything within short walking distance. Third visit to Dalyan for my husband and me - won't be the last. Two more generations now introduced to its magic, all of whom also intend to return in the future.

Beautiful villa in an excellent location

The villa was beautiful, really spacious with air conditioning in each bedroom and living areas. Each bedroom has an ensuite. There is a large dining area and the outside area is beautiful with a shaded area under the balcony for really hot days and plenty of sun loungers. The villa is in walking distance to a large number of restaurants and family friendly bars. There is a harbour close by which offers amazing boat trips. The villa owner was really helpful with advance information and organised transfers to and from the airport. A hire car wasn't necessary as the supermarket is in walking distance with a taxi rank outside. The rep looking after the villa on behalf of the owner " Durmus" was really helpful and was always at hand to answer any questions. He organised two private boat trips (which were excellent), spoke really good English and was a lovely man. We stayed as a family of 11 ( age range 15 - 73yrs) and really enjoyed our stay. Dalyan is a lovely town with really friendly people. I would highly recommend this villa and will definitely return. e ouside area is beautiful with a shaded arand plenry of sun loungers.

Lovely Villa In A Quiet Area

Dalyan Diamond is a lovely spacious villa which was perfect for our family group of 10. Inside is well equipped and has everything we needed for our stay. The upstairs area is almost like an apartment on its own. We didn't use the tv room in the basement much as there was so much else to do. The outdoors area is just perfect and the pool was seldom empty during the day. The location is great, it's in a quiet residential area but has small shops and some restaurants nearby. The town centre is only ten minutes walk away and has everything that we wanted, loved it. Negatives... Power cuts pretty much daily but I gather this is a local authority problem, nothing to do with the villa. Water pressure in the showers was pretty poor, certainly on the ground floor. None of this spoiled our holiday though. Would certainly recommend the villa to anyone who is looking for a family holiday in a lovely tourist resort.

Excellent holiday with friends.

The villa has very good facilities throughout. Good workable kitchen. Situated in the basement is a second, large lounge with big tv screen with sat. stations and lots of soft seating for everyone. Garden and pool area have comfortable lounges and we love the outdoor eating area which is big enough for all to enjoy. As you can see, the overall listing description was spot on. The property was clean with good customer service. Well situated for the very good selection of restaurants and bars with friendly and attentive staff who help to make it a good night out. Some restaurants, such as Sahil's, situated on the riverside with lovely views, will pick you up and take you back to the villa free of charge. Plenty of activities and visits if you want if want a more active holiday. We have already recommended this villa to our friends and family. Can't wait for our next visit to Dalyan.

Lovely villa in great location

We have just returned after a spending 10 days in Charlie’s villa , we had everything we needed and more and any problems where dealt with immediately, although we didn’t stay at the diamond as there was a slight problem with pool we where put in the villa jewel in a great location with shop and bistro just around the corner which we used a lot , a nice stroll into the gorgeous dalyan town about 15 minutes and the Saturday market right on the doorstep , the pool and garden in the jewel are stunning spent many lovely days lazing around on the sunloungers , the views are amazing never tired of it , my only complaint is that we are still not there but will definitely be returning, thanks to Charles for always being on hand with any advice needed .

Everything you could want for your holiday!

What a fantastic villa for a group holiday, be it family or friends. Open plan living space with an exceptionally well equipped kitchen, free WiFi and air con in all rooms. All bedrooms of a good size with en suite bathrooms and stylish decor. ‘Charlie’s Bar’ a shaded sitting/dining area is perfect for enjoying outdoor eating , whilst enjoying the beautiful gardens. For evening cocktails, we sat on the upstairs terrace and enjoyed the mountain views. As a bonus, the sun beds have to be the most comfortable you will ever find anywhere. We love Dalyan, the walks and cycle rides, the boat trips and relaxing way of life. You can walk to the centre in five minutes, either along the river bank or through the streets. All in all this is a fantastic villa, which is why we keep returning and highly recommend it.

fabulous Villa

The Diamond was everything the listing said it would be. Location perfect. a few minutes walk to shops and restaurants . The villa was clean and well looked after. The kitchen had everything anyone could need, the lounges and bedrooms were comfortable , made special by beautiful covers. Charlie was very helpful and informative. we went to some lovely restaurants, especially Ramazzan Hans whose Chicken Bombay is a favourite, and Sahill where Kemals liver can't be beaten. Thankyou Charlie and Glynis for a great holiday we would highly recommend your villa to all. will certainly be back this year.

A Diamond of a holiday

I have stayed in The Dalyan Diamond for the past 14 years and it is still as well maintained, as on my first visit. The bedding and towels are of a high quality and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make your stay a home from home. Breakages are replaced as soon as they are reported, and the owner is easily contactable to help with any problems, which may occur. It is in a fabulous location, with a five minute stroll, along the river bank, into the town. Dalyan is a small, friendly town with many places around and about to visit. We hire bikes every year and Dalyan is safe, with plenty of places to cycle to. We have visited lots of the restaurants during our visits and particularly like Sahil, right on the river bank, and Ramazan's in the town itself. We love Dalyan - the location, the people and the weather, make this a holiday destination to go back to, time and again. Staying at The Diamond is the icing on the cake.
