We are surprised to hear that where was an issue when you requested more toilet paper. All of our properties are stocked with a starter kit and multiple rolls of toilet paper at time of arrival. We are more than happy to replenish items as needed, especially during your week long stay. Hello Chuck, Thank you for the review on Mt. Green 3-D10. I have spoken to the housekeeping manager about the comment you made about the cleaning issues and asked her to make sure that her team pays more attention to the cleans that are being done. We do have a welcome tablet in the unit for our guest to use that gives our guest all the information they need about the unit and the complex including where to put the trash and recycling. I am having the Mt Green Complex information looked at to see if it still says there is a deli it has always had a bar & grill, but it has changed hands. The deli closed and Mt Green Association is in the process of looking at new potential vendors for that space.
