Ground Floor: Accessible through the main entrance, this level offers an inviting open-space kitchen and dining area with rustic furnishings and garden views. The cozy lounge area with plush sofas (one of which isa sofa bed) opens onto a shaded patio, perfect for relaxing.

First Floor: The upstairs bedrooms are bright and spacious, featuring two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, each designed with a blend of rustic and contemporary decor for a comfortable and elegant atmosphere.

Second Unit

Kitchen and Dining Area: A separate entrance connects to a fully equipped kitchen with traditional furnishings and a pizza oven, leading to a dining area perfect for al fresco meals.

Bedrooms: The unit’s two additional double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms, provide private access to a panoramic terrace, making it an ideal retreat for relaxation and enjoyment of the beautiful views.

Private Chef and Catering Services: All external services, including private chefs, must be pre-approved by Feeling Italy. Unauthorized services are not permitted.

Wood Oven Usage: For a traditional Italian pizza experience, only professional chefs provided by Feeling Italy may use the villa’s wood oven. Please inquire for pricing and availability.

Accessibility: Due to its multi-level layout and outdoor pathways, Villa Mimosa may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility or wheelchair users.
