This house was perfect for the 7 of us. We had a relaxing stay with every amenity needed. We especially enjoyed the back patio for morning coffee and evenings after spending the days in the mountains.

We thoroughly enjoyed the kitchen/dining area, living room, patio and yard! Decor and nicknacks throughout the house were delightful! Recommend instructions on how to keep the whole house cool during the hot weather — our basement guests were too warm. Some of the “beds” in basement were hardly more than cots.

Hello, I appreciate the feedback. This is the first summer we’ve had consecutive 100 degree days. Definitely going to have the option to have an AC unit in the basement. The additional futons, I imagined would be for children sorry any inconvenience this may have caused during your stay. Now that we are aware we will be providing a double mattress in place of the futon. Thank you for choosing our home for making memories!!

Excellent home to relax at and enjoy the evens outdoors. Only thing is beware the basement bedroom does not have ant windows and so no way to get out if fire upstairs. But if you do not even that bedroom. Great place

Great Place to Stay

We were in town for a business trip and this house worked out very well for us. Micah is a great host and the house was very clean and comfortable to come back to every evening. I highly recommend it!

Perfect for multiple families

This house was perfect for our multiple families. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. We loved that the property was secluded and quite, but close enough to restaurants and stores.

Family Vacation

Property was as described,; neat, clean, and spacious. Quiet and relaxing location with easy access to the highway. Close to shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment. Short drive to downtown Denver, Boulder, and the mountains. Would stay at this property again.

Colorado stay

We were in town for our daughters graduation from CU Boulder. The house was the perfect location to get away from the busy Boulder life but close enough. The house was large enough to accommodate our extended family

Was perfect for what we needed.

Lovely and comfortable! The farmhouse is nothing fancy, but really suited our needs, and we felt at home.Lots of room, all the beds were comfy, and the kitchen was large and mostly well equipped.Micah was super helpful, and quick to respond to any concerns, questions we had.Will def stay here agsin!

Wonderful week with family

We had a wonderful week with family and friends in town for our daughters wedding. The house was a oeedect base for all of our wedding work! Micah was very responsive and helpful!

Home away from home

We traveled to CO for our eldest son's wedding. This home was just what we needed as relatives and friends visited during the week. We were so blessed by the atmosphere in and around the house. The owner was a great help as we familiarized ourselves with the area's amenities. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

Great house in Mead, CO

Very nice, spacious house set up to house many people conveniently. We slept 8 comfortably-2 levels in addition to main floor was great for 2 families. Host very easy to communicate with-always rapid response back. More rural area very nice too-outside of Longmont. Recommended highly!

A Little Bit of Country

House was a perfect fit for our family of eight adults and two children ages 4 and almost 2. The kids loved playing in the yard and chasing bunnies. The house was conveniently located near the highway so easy to get to everywhere we needed to go.

Winter wonderland

We came to Colorado for my daughter’s 10th birthday. We were fortunate that it snowed the day before we got there. The property was just beautiful covered in snow. The home was big enough to accommodate our party and so comfortable we had a hard time getting out. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to cook all of our meals there. We very much enjoyed our time there and made lasting memories.

Excellent Centrally Located Home

Totally enjoyed our stay. Home was very clean, large and spacious. Well stocked with amenities. Plenty of parking space. Property was centrally located for activities throughout the week. Perfect for day trips to Cheyenne, Estes Park, RMNP, Big Thompson Canyon, Poudre Canyon, Colorado Springs, Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Fort Collins, Denver & more. Would highly recommend this VRBO rental. We had a great time with absolutely no glitches or unpleasant surprises. Thanks

Wonderful Family Christmas

Very well furnished, my bed very comfortable. Kitchen had everything needed, we worked the coffee overtime. Wish we had a different weather so we have enjoyed the patios more.We are horse people so it was disappointing that the neighbors did not want my children to pet the horses at the fence. Estes Park being was an attraction and it was great. We really did need the host but when we had minor question about pellets for the fireplace she was quick and pleasant.

Daughter’s Wedding

The house was spacious, and everything clean. There are lots of bathrooms! The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils we needed to cook full family meals. The rural setting is beautiful and peaceful l. We saw lots of birds while sitting on the spacious and nicely furnished porch. Restaurants and shopping are close enough to be convenient. Micah’s instructions and directions for everything were clear and simple. We loved it and would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Mead rental

Loved the location and home - perfect for our family and Micah was very responsive with communications. We did have a moth infestation that was inconvenient and there were some inaccuracies in the listing regarding the spa/hot tub. The iron did not heat up. Other than those items we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the wonderful backyard and views.

Thank you for the input about the iron did not know about this. Also, sorry about the miss info on spa/Hot Tub. When site was updated, I believe this was an added feature. I did not know about to de/select.
