Apartment in a strategic location to visit the city and with an amazing view over the Gulf of Palermo.This simple yet elegant apartment of 50 square metres is situated in a historical building with lift that can be also accessed through a large stone staircase. It comes with a room furnished with a queen-sized bed and wardrobe, where also a dining area is to be found with access to a balcony with an amazing view over the Gulf of Palermo that guests can enjoy while reading or sipping a glass of local wine. There is also a small equipped kitchen, in addition to a full bathroom with shower. It is the perfect place for two people with comforts such as free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating.*There is a janitor in the building. Moreover, the building is located outside the limited traffic area and guests can find a free parking lot just in front of it.*Before reaching the elevator, guests will have to take some steps up.*We inform our guests that the building next to the accommodation is currently subject to renovation and painting.
