Cotton Cottage är en charmig vintage hem ligger fem kvarter från historiska Old Time Cottonwood. Stugan har genomgått en totalrenovering som inkluderar nya apparater och både nya och vintage möbler. Detta en nivå stuga är en perfekt get-away för två eller fyra personer. Verandan välkomnar dig att sitta och koppla av.
Hemmet har ett rymligt vardagsrum, kombinerad matsal och är möblerat med en utspelar modern vibe. Det öppna köket är väl utrustat med en mängd artiklar och redskap för matlagning eller uppvärmning. Det är en ö för ytterligare mot rymden. Det stora sovrummet har en queen size tryckavlastande madrass säng med en stor byrå och rymlig garderob. Det andra sovrummet har två enkelsängar som är tillmötesgående för två vuxna eller två barn. Badrummet har ett badkar / dusch kombination.

Den stora terrassen på bakgården har en grill och bistro set, vintage Shell stolar perfekt för att njuta av utomhus. Mysteriet vintage tenn skjul är din fantasi. Varvet är inhägnad och hundar under 25 pund är välkomna för en ytterligare återbetalas $ 40. 00 Deposition för husdjur.
Hemmet ligger inom gångavstånd till Gamla Stan historiska distrikt där du hittar antikaffärer, prisbelönta restauranger, kaféer och konditorier, gallerier, specialitet shopping, kajakpaddling turer och vinprovning butiker. Cozy & Convenient

Great location, quiet neighborhood and a short walk to Main Street. Comfortable, clean accommodations for two couples or a family of four, furnished with everything we needed! (And Safeway or Fry's not too far away!)(The door lock/combination pad was a bit tricky - usually took us 2 or 3 attempts - but our son was more successful on his first attempt).

Easy access to all verde valley has to offer

We like cottonwood for centrally located spot and this clean cottage with well stocked kitchen was perfect! Easy access to all the area activities, easy check in-out and good communication with owner and well serviced amenities (WiFi-tv/Netflix). Thank you for a nice, easy stay!

Great Little Vacation

The house was great. Awesome location that allowed me and my family to walk to Old Town and easily drive all to other locations in the Verde Valley. Check in and check was a breeze. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to experience Cottonwood and the Verde Valley.

Cottonwood vacation

We loved the house, great quiet neighborhood and so close to Old Town Cottonwood. We loved sitting on the front porch and the back patio. Loved being able to walk to Old Cottonwood. Would like to come back and stay again.

Cottonwood Cottage

Location is in a neighbor hood a few blocks from downtown "old Cottonwood" which is full of nice shops and restaurants. The house was well equipped and met our needs well. We appreciated finding a nice bottle of wine when we checked in. The cottage has our recommendation.

Great with a few exceptions

Please looks at the following small issues with the property: -The lock on the back door is nor working properly. -The kitchen water faucet is dripping. -A very loud, water running type of noise comes on at all hours and sometimes last for an hour - possibly the hot water tank. -The most concerning thing was that the neighbor (a woman) who lives on the right side of the house, made several unwanted comments regarding our coming and going, and it was unnerving and made me feel less than perfectly safe.

First poor stay, VRBO encouraged posting

do not book. host changed dates of stay before talking to me about this, was not honest about approving. gave too much unsolicited personal private info about previous guest. other reviews accurate about neighbors not being str friendly, other unsafe neighbors too. not afraid of bugs personally but LARGE (3 inch+) bugs. claimed unreasonable damage i couldn’t have possibly done for an amount not reflective of damage, likely how she pays for maintenance. scam. many local hotel or str options for a better stay with hosts who have integrity nearby. must have had other reviews deleted because i’ve never had such a poor experience. vrbo encouraged this post for others to know about this experience, usually don’t bother and am not nitpicky but this was awful at every juncture.

Such a cute house, perfectly clean, nicely decorated, stocked with everything you could think of or need. Temperature was perfect (A/C worked well.) Secure parking, nice neighborhood, easy to find, GREAT communication. We instantly felt comfortable there. We liked the queen bed, very comfortable (didn't need/use the twin beds in the other room). We'll be back!!

We had a wonderful stay at this exceptional and charming cottage! Everything was spotless and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we especially appreciated the lush, high-quality towels. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked with everything we needed, and the appliances were modern and easy to use. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended!

The home was in an older neighborhood conveniently located right off main street. The house has been updated, was clean and comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property.

Tub should have something on nottom of the tub. Very slippery and dangerous. Curtain missing on win

Needed more counter space in bathroom. No curtain on window in front living room. If there were no trees, ppl could see in as I was walking in to the bathroom. Very nerve wrecking. Tub very slippery!!! Blinds were filthy (dusty) It served the purpose. My twin bed was comfortable I wish it had a keurig coffee maker available but the Mr coffee was ok

Walking distance to town, trails and creek

House was cool, comfortable and quiet. Its convenient location allowed us to explore downtown Cottonwood. We were pleasantly surprised to discover back trails to the Riverfront park which we visited each evening.

Great place close within walking distance to old town

Wife and i enjoyed our time at this rental. It was spacious enough for the two of us and within walking distance of old town. Nice, private patio in the back and overall great experience!

I am a Arizona native with a deep love for nature. Arizona is home to one of the natural wonders of the world, the Grand Canyon, which never disappoints me when I visit. I frequently visit Antelope Canyon and I think it’s either abstract art or not real, the beauty of Antelope Canyon is something everyone should visit while in Arizona.
In the real world, I manage and counsel potential owners that are interested in setting up VRBO properties. I personally own and manage two additional VRBO properties located in Flagstaff, AZ. All my properties carry a VRBO five star rating which I think is awesome due to the overwhelming VRBO competition in my area. I love to bike, hula loop and roller skate. Arizona steals my heart.

Jerome is a short 10 minute drive that has several wine tasting shops. Sedona is 30 minute drive with endless hiking trials and Red Rock beauty. Wine country galore! Check out Cornville for wine tours.
