VILLA APOLLO is a charming and typical 12-person villa in a peaceful location, a short distance from the famous Piazzetta di Capri. From Villa Apollo you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and the greenery. It’s around 130 m2 in size and comes with a private pool, private terrace, private garden, fans, heating, rechargeable portable internet key.

Villa Apollo is found in Capri, around a 20 minute walk from the famous Piazzetta di Capri and from the centre, where you’ll find restaurants, shops, and public transport. The closest beach is just 3 km away.

You reach Villa Apollo by walking along a public walkway which crosses the village.

Along the path you’ll be able to enjoy the dreamy panorama of the bay of Marina Piccola and the city. Once you reach the property gates, there are 109 steps that will bring you to the villa’s main entrance. From the gate you reach the villa climbing along a winding private path for about 200 m. Just a few metres from the villa there is a small supermarket and a restaurant. It is possible to arrange porter service, upon request, for a fee.

It will certainly be worth the effort because once you arrive you’ll be amazed by the garden and the panoramic terraces, the private pool, and the immeasurable kindness of the owners (a well known professor of Latin and Greek, as well as a lover of art, literature, and good food) who will welcome you.

The outdoor spaces are immense, around 600 m2 of garden and terraces. The terraced garden is well kept, with wonderful trees, plants, and flowers typical of the region. A vast pine forest surrounds the property.

A few steps away is a large paved terraced, furnished with sun umbrellas, tables, and chairs. Here you’ll also find the swimming pool and outdoor shower. The pool is 8 x 4 m and the depth varies from 1 to 2.5 metres. The pool area is fitted with deck chairs, sun loungers, and sun umbrellas and is available from May until the end of September.

From the terrace and the pool area there is an unforgettable view of the island: Castiglione, Monte di Capri, and the bay of Marina Piccola. The atmosphere becomes even more romantic at night, when the entire village lights up and the moon and the stars reflect on the sea.


MAIN VILLA

THE LOUNGE is spacious and bright, furnished with antique wooden furniture and beautiful pictures. There is a double sofa bed, television, sofa and a dining table for eight people. From the lounge, through the three large windows, you’ll be able to admire a gorgeous view of the garden. You’ll also have access to the open dining room with a table that seats ten people. The lounge is fitted with fans.

THE KITCHEN is fitted with a four-hob gas stove, an oven, a fridge-freezer, toaster, dishwasher, moka and other small appliances.

THE FIRST BEDROOM contains a double bed and is fitted with a fan. From the bedroom you have access to a small private terrace with a small table and chairs and a beautiful view of the sea.

THE SECOND BEDROOM contains a double bed and is fitted with a fan. From the bedroom you have access to a small private terrace with a small table and chairs and a beautiful view of the sea.

THE THIRD BEDROOM contains two single beds and is fitted with a fan.

THE FIRST BATHROOM is a small bathroom, fitted with a sink and a WC. Here you’ll also find a laundry area with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

THE SECOND BATHROOM is fitted with a sink, WC, bidet, shower cubicle, and a hairdryer.

THE THIRD BATHROOM is fitted with a sink, WC, bidet, shower cubicle, and a hairdryer.


THE OUTBUILDING

THE FOURTH BEDROOM contains a double bed and a fan. Here is also a small lounge with a television and a small sofa. The room is very well lit by the two French windows that look out onto the lush vegetation. From this lounge you’ll have access to a private terrace furnished with a table and chairs.


Important things to know

- Damage deposit: 300,00 Euros. The damage deposit will be returned prior to your departure unless there are accidental damages to the property.
- Upon arrival the owner will give you an Internet Key that you can charge in a near shop.
