En specialbyggd B & B & konstgalleri / studio mittemot Cromarty Bay Road trädkantade strandreservat vid Soldiers Point, Port yourll upptäcker den lugna delen av 'Bay', samt Australiens berömda undervatten med blått vatten och delfin / val titta på kapital, allt bara en 2 timmars enkel bilresa norr om Sydney, NSW.

Renoverad juli 2017 rankas Bayviews fortfarande konsekvent i regionerna "TOP 10 B & B's" och fortsätter att erbjuda 4-stjärnigt boende för upp till 4 gäster, med två queen-size sovrum, två privata badrum och frukost / lounge rum, alla med polerade trägolv och fläktar i en rökfri interiör. Gästerna kan njuta av avkoppling utomhus i tropiska anlagda omgivningar, med parkområden runtom och Cromarty Bay tvärs över den förbipasserande vägtrafiken ... bara lugn och ro ... ändå ligger fastigheten bara några minuter till alla regionens attraktioner, stränder, affärer & bekvämligheter...

Bayviews är en av de få B&B som fortfarande accepterar en bokning på en natt (utan straff på två nätter) .... Vår tariff på $ 90 per rum per natt (inklusive privat badrum, kontinental frukost, terrängparkering och alla avgifter) kvar samma stora värde som per vår öppning i december '02. Vi är inte riktigt lämpliga för barn under tonåren, men vi kan rymma familjer / grupper (upp till 4) som reser tillsammans, vill ha kortare och längre vistelser ...

Cromarty Bay Road, Soldiers Point, betraktas som den "tysta" delen av "Bay" och påverkas verkligen inte av jäkt och jäkt i jul, påsk och andra semesterperioder ... Med trädkantad strandreservat tvärs över vägen, (bra fiske) och nationalpark-landar vardera sidan. Bayviews är också ett bra ställe att "basera" din Port Stephens-vistelse ... Vi är bara 2 timmars enkel körning norrut av Sydney, med enkel tillgång till Hunter-vingårdar och vingårdar, Barrington Tops regnskog, Morpeths stadsmarknader, och Newcastle och Maitland är bara 30-45 minuter bort.

Perfection

Excellent stay and lovely owners

The property is excellent, clean and a lovely breakfast. Kate and George are very hospitable and Kate is an excellent painter and George fascinated us with his music stories. Would definitely stay there again and great value.

Accommodation was lovely, beautifully decorated and so clean. We had the use of the small lounge area and bedroom, with our own bathroom. There was an internal stairway that linked the owners, but we were given our own space and felt very comfortable in the accommodation. Continental breakfast was also fantastic, with lots of choice and more than we could eat. The owners are lovely and spent time welcoming us and sharing their local knowledge of the area. We highly recommend this property, it is excellent value for money and a lovely, relaxed location – we will be back. Thanks George and Christine.

Aussie Gem Hidden in Sweet Port Stephens

For my first time using VRBO platform, I feel I struck gold with this property. The hosts George and Christine were the talent behind designing, building and decorating this fabulous spot. They were charming to meet, chat with and after giving me the tour of the place, they also set me off on a grand adventure of the area starting with Tomaree Summit. My only regret is that I could not stay longer, but will for sure be going back and recommend for clean, cool and wonderful place to stay. I can't thank them enough for the experience.

A night away

We were made feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Chris is an exceptional artist and ever wall is tastefully covered with her work. George and Christine were extremely friendly and made our stay very enjoyable' The only minor downside was the steepness of the driveway which for older folk could cause an access issue. Not withstanding that I'm 84 and with a little help coped quite well.

Outstanding hospitality

Linda and I had a delightful and enjoyable stay with Christine and George. The attention to detail was impressive and we appreciated the various treats. Very comfortable bed and spacious floor to our selves. We also enjoyed the many chats but they also respected our space which was reciprocal. Great stay

George and Chris have a lovely home. Clean, beautifully presented, breakfast was great ad they are very welcoming. The only drawback would be the steep driveway for those who have mobility issues.

We will be back. George was very helpful and nothing was left to chance George even had the heater on when we got home from dinner. loved having a whole floor to ourselves. Waking up to a fresh muffin and full continental breakfast was a real treat.

Perfect B&B

A real gem of a place. George and Chris were the perfect hosts and the B&B lived up to all expectations. The bed and living areas were comfortable, the area was quiet, the breakfasts were sufficient with some special touches of chocolates and muffins. George and Chris were happy to chat and also happy to give us our own space. Special mention to Chris' artworks throughout the house and the gardens were a delight. Above all, the value of the stay was second to none.

Beautiful place - Beautifully hosted

Simply the best B&B we have ever stayed at. George and Christine have a stylish, spotless and serene home. The lower floor, including a chill-out room and a lounge/breakfast area plus large veranda overlooking a vivid, stunning garden; is all exclusively for guest use - so we felt free to relax with none of the 'creeping about' one can sometimes feel is needed. They are on hand for recommendations ('Fighterworld' an absolute bonus - thanks George) and cheerful, interesting conversations (Christine's paintings and passion are inspirational - a dauber like me now wanting to get at a canvas) . Our chats became the best thing about our stay. Even better than the very comfy bed AND the kookaburra family coming to breakfast with us - which is saying something!! Thanks to both of you for offering us sight of the campfires of gentle people. H&N x

Christine and George’s place is a great base from which to explore the stunning Port Stephens area. The full downstairs of the property is used for B&B guests - it offers ample room decorated to a very high standard. Croissants in the mornings was a lovely touch.
