Munn Street Mews Àr ett privat charmigt hus i centrala Merimbula i en vacker trÀdgÄrd inom nÄgra minuter platt och lÀtt promenad till Merimbula butiker, klubbar, restauranger, kaféer och biograf. Huset ligger pÄ ett stridsbyblock, trots att dess centrala lÀge Àr fri frÄn störst trafikbuller.

Den nÀrmaste stranden ligger pÄ Spencer Park som Àr en tio minuters promenad frÄn huset och perfekt för familjer. Spencer Park har en stor lekplats för barnen och Àven grillmöjligheter och toaletter. Andra strÀnder Àr bara minuters bilresa bort.

Huset rymmer upp till fyra personer i tvÄ rum med modern inredning och utrustning. Allt linne levereras, bortsett frÄn strandhanddukar.

Den omvÀnda cykeln luftkonditionerade vardagsrum / matsal ser ut pÄ en grön reservat dÀr du kommer förmodligen se kÀnguruer. Det finns en platt-TV och Blu-Ray DVD-spelare tillsammans med tillgÄng till on-line underhÄllning, inklusive Netflix.

Det moderna köket Àr fullt utrustat med diskmaskin, mikrovÄgsugn, kaffebryggare och smörgÄsmaskin. Det finns en gasbrygga och ett uteserveringsomrÄde pÄ verandaen.

Everything you need and more

This is a lovely house. The owners have taken a great deal of thought and care to ensure guests are comfortable. We loved our time here. We have been travelling around Victoria and NSW over the past month, staying in many different houses, and this is the best home we have encountered - by far. It is exceptional and we cannot recommend it highly enough.

Merimbula magic.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Merimbula Mews. The house is well maintained , clean, tidy and spacious for one or two couples. We appreciated all the extra touches that make a stay more pleasant, such as plenty of heating and cooling, comfortable furniture and beds, modern appliances, tvs etc. The location is excellent with close proximity to the town centre but still a quiet street.

We were really pleasantly surprised when we opened the front door. The layout of the property is very family friendly and it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bedrooms are spacious and the decor is very coordinated and thoughtful. There are lots of lovely artworks throughout the house and the stained glass windows are a real feature. The kitchen is also thoughtfully organised with sharp knives, some basic pantry supplies, and a great strange of kitchen utensils. The fresh milk, shortbread and wine were really generous. Thank you! We loved the outdoor setting options and the views. We got to see some wonderful Aussie wildlife including a blue tongue lizard, kangaroos, kookaburras, parrots, wrens and loads of dragonflies. The location is in walking distance to shops and cafes, playing fields and a very short drive to the beach. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it.

Clean, spacious and close to everything

The hosts have thought of everything to create a comfortable and homely get-away. We didn't want for anything. The property is very clean, spacious and well laid out, with lots of thoughtful touches. Air conditioning, wifi, clean kitchen and BBQ, plenty of cookware and pantry supplies, privacy, peaceful green outlook, and a short walk to shops, cafes, parks etc. Nice and warm on the cool autumn nights and mornings, with the sun streaming into the living area. Good as a base for exploring or to cosy up and stay home. Definitely recommend.
