Avoca, Lakeside & Beachside

Härlig semester hem lämplig för två familjer eller mogna grupper. Inredningsdetaljer polerade brädorna, 2 kök, 2 badrum ett med bubbelbadkar. Luftkonditionerade.

Två lounge rum, två matsalar, två TV / video. Det finns en gas grill och utomhusmiljö på baksidan av huset. Detta område leder ut på en stor gräsyta som omger huset.

Sova arrangemang: 2 drottning bäddsrum och tre sovrum med vardera två enkelsängar. Vi har också två hopfällbara sängar.

Huset ligger i ett bra läge precis vid Avoca sjön och en minuts promenad från stranden.

Huset är mycket säker - det är allt på en nivå, och från gatan (som är en återvändsgränd) och gränsar till parken som omger sjön. Det finns massor av off parkeringsplatser för 6-8 bilar vid behov. Området tillbaka med BBQ och utomhusmiljö är helt sluten för säkerheten för barnen.

Bra tillgång till Avoca Beach

Det tar mindre än 2 minuter att nå Avoca Beach. Chef längs sjön (5 minuter) till affärer och restauranger i Avoca. Promenad längs stranden till Avoca (South) surf livräddande klubb, butiker och café.

Det är bara en kort promenad (1 minut) till fantastiska vyer och av tillträde till Avoca sjön. Njut av utsikten över vattensjöns sjöar från sovrum och vardagsrum.

Great location and heaps of room

The house is set right on the inlet at North Avoca, a great location, close to inlet and the beach. The house has heaps of rooms, enough for 2 families to visit and is very comfortable.

Great Holiday

Great location within walking distance to the beach. It is a older house but it was clean and we had no major issues and it met our requirements. Small quality gas BBQ in the back yard. We had a great holiday.

New Year family getaway

House location close to beach and lagoon was a plus. The bathrooms were extremely old dirty on arrival. Both shower heads needed replacement as water flow terrible. Also toilet flush buttons sticks continue running. Bbq gas empty on arrival. Neighbour blocked driveway with garbage bins every day very annoying to your guest getting in property.

Amazing location, good size house

The house location cannot be beaten - quiet, short walk to beach, shops and dining options, and it was plenty big enough for our group of 6.

Fabulous location

The drawcard for this property is being able to walk to a dog-friendly beach in about 3 minutes! The house and furnishings are in need of some TLC, and a really thorough clean. The upside of everything being older is that with kids we weren't paranoid about things getting damaged! It's a shame you can't open any windows as it can get a little stuffy in the house. The proximity to the beach and lake, however, meant we spent a lot of time outdoors. The house was a good size for 2 families and our Dad, and it was good to be able to separate the 2 ends of the house with the double doors. Bill was very accommodating and communicated well, and we appreciated the towels being supplied and beds made up for an extra fee.

Terrific location and plenty of space.

Well located house in a quiet street super close to the lagoon and beach. The house is well sized internally and tidy enough. It doesn't have a huge amount of bells and whistles, but it was well priced so can't expect the world.

Fantastic location for no frills holiday

The property is in an excellent location - right opposite Avoca Lake and an easy walk to cafes and shops in both North Avoca and Avoca. It's perfect for a dog friendly family. The house is spacious and clean and the kitchen is really well equipped. It is mostly an original 80's house with basic furniture but is ideal for a no frills relaxing beach holiday. The ceiling fans and air conditioning are great and very welcome because most windows cannot be opened.

A lovely holiday place close to the beach abs lake

A nice holiday home for family and pets. Could do with a bit more cleaning and an additional AC as there was only one which is not enough on hot days . That said, my grandsons and dog had a great time there ,

Brilliant location

We had a terrific two week stay in Dec/January with a multigenerational family group. The property was as pictured/advertised. The location is terrific. The house is of an older style but the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and basic items such as salt oil sugar, plastic bags, cleaning products etc etc. The laundry(s) were great. The check in process was easy. The fold out beds proved useful. The fans and aircon were brilliant in hot weather. The pegs had deteriorated on the clothes line, so bring your own pegs. The extra parking spaces were great. It’s a big house with good ventilation but some things could do with more cleaning, however, this did not detract from our enjoyment. This place is great for families because you can hire kayaks, SUPs or pedal boats on the lake. The ocean is also only a short easy walk away and the house is all on one level.

Cleanliness

The house is in the best location a min walk to the beach and lake . The only problem is the house was dusty in the bedroom specially the blinds on the room and underneath the beds I suffered asthma during my stay for 2 nights . The bathrooms didn’t have enough toilet paper we had to go and find shops that are open on Christmas Day to get one . The two kitchen one stove are not working every time we have to cook we have to go all the way to the front door kitchen to cook and all of the appliances for cooking are in the other kitchen .the bed is really soft and the spring make noises .

Pleasant weekend close to the beach

Great location near the beach and walking tracks . Backyard was great for kids and dog to run about. Kitchen well stocked and easy to use. The bedrooms right off the living area is not a usual layout. There was plenty of heating in both living area and bedrooms. Having two bathrooms was essential for a large family group.
