Retro beach house stay

This was like stepping back in time. A great experience for the family in an original beach house. Easy walk to beach and bowling club.

Beautiful beach stay

This property was awesome and exactly what we needed, easy access to the beach and a short walk to the shops, the house was clean and very homely. Only thing we would have hoped is an aircon, was the house does get quite warm in the summer. Other than that we’ve already booked it again for next year as it was just perfect.

very old place, furniture needs updating for comfort

lounge chairs and dining chairs old and uncomfortable for 2 70 year olds. Main bed very comfy, hot water great. House in great spot, quiet, close to everything. Expensive for what was provided. Had to bring own linen. which was ok, but that was not told to us until after we had paid. Didn't use stove or microwave, so cant comment on that. Lots of crockery, pots n pans provided.

Beautiful little beach shack

We had a really lovely stay!It was comfy and the yard was perfect for the kids.Communication was simple and easy with the landlord and we would absolutely stay there again 🌞

Clean and cosy with a heapful of nostalgia!

Just like the holiday houses of my childhood! Love the originality of it all whilst still having everything you need for an awsome relaxing break. Loads of room for families..but cosy enough for 2, clean, tidy and quiet!

Great little hat head house

This house is a typical hat head holiday house. We were going for a trip down memory lane and this house provided it perfectly. The house is furnished with classic old furniture and has kept its cottage charm. The location is perfect. Right near a beach access and the bowling club. We really enjoyed it and would book this house again for a longer stay

Humble abode

I stayed here with my partner and children aged 9,7and 5. This house was perfect size the yard was amazing and short walk to the beach which was our favourite part. The house itself was clean and tidy. Some furniture a little bit dated but that’s ok as we spent most of our time at the beach. Great stay

Hathead Cottage

The position is excellent and we had a very enjoyable stay. The furniture and carpets are very old and would be a good thing. Hathead is a wonderful place to visit for families, there are lovely walks, good fishing, and the birdlife is prolific

Hat Head is a lovely place

I wasnt to happy about our leaving day as we had work man turn up and block us in and then the lady was hurry us up even though we couldnt get out and it said we could stay till 11am but were hurried out at 9:30am. over all the stay was good and exploring hat head was lovely such a nice place to stay.
