Salt Ayre Beach House Retreat är ett lyxigt modernt hus som kan rymma 8 till 10 personer. Funktioner inkluderar modernt granitkök med rostfritt stjäla apparater, stort öppen planlösning, 3 badrum i granit, 2 privata stora sovrum på övervåningen, alla med sina egna TV / DVD-spelare, badrum, luftkonditionering och balkong. 2 sovrum ligger nedervåningen, 1 rum med en dubbelsäng, det andra rummet har två enkelsängar och luftkonditionering. Ett tredje rum på nedervåningen har en TV och brädspel för hela familjen att njuta av. Det mysiga vardagsrummet har en PLASMA-TV, DVD-spelare stereo, modernt matbord och takfläktar. Stig utanför till de stora timmerdäcken för att njuta av en stor uppvärmd spa, grill, uteservering, solstolar, perfekt utformade för att underhålla eller lägga om att koppla av.

AKTIVITETER

Njut av lugnet på denna vackra ö. Var omgiven av det naturliga djurlivet och den infödda floraen. Följ vandringsleder genom naturliga områden i buskmarkerna för att utforska de 27 km vita sandstränderna. Hitta din fantastiska fiskeplats eller bara slappa av i solen och koppla av.

För de mer energiska, cyklar och en kanot ingår i huset för dig att utforska ön. Broschyrer är i huset för dig att boka en sjöflygplan, South Stradbroke Tours eller så kan du boka en vattentaxi till fastlandsaktiviteter och de lokala temaparkerna.

Simning finns i både lugnt vatten och surfstränder (2 km promenad eller cykeltur till surfstranden. Alla badplatser patrulleras inte av livvakter).

Restaurang och bar finns på Couran Cove Resort intill bostadsområdet. (600 meters promenad).

We had a long weekend at this amazing property. It was child/teenager friendly. The host was very helpful. The house was really clean. Their was so much to do in a close proximity. Best to have your own water transport if you want to explore around the waterways. Otherwise relax and unwind on the beautiful deck or in the spa.

Great getaway

Had a great time away with family. Pick up from the marina was a nice extra not having to lug everything to the house. House is huge with plenty of room for everyone. Spa was great. Nice and quiet with a lot of wildlife.

Great place for large groups

We had a great weekend here with our sons and some of their mates. It was easy to get around on foot or on the bikes provided and there was plenty of things to do to keep them busy. The house has plenty of room so everyone can find themselves a place to chill. The spa and back deck were great. We'll be back!

Beautiful property

Such a beautiful house - the photos don’t do it justice. The host’s were lovely and really responsive. Huge house, perfect for a large group. Perfect location, great facilities with the bikes and canoes. The deck and spa is amazing.

Perfect Home For A Family Holiday!

The hosts of the property were absolutely amazing throughout the whole process, they were great at communicating when booking and made sure we had everything arranged for our stay. The home was absolutely beautiful, couldn’t have asked for anything better. Was so peaceful waking up every morning and seeing the wallabies right out our door. We will 100% be back.

A great getaway

Our family of 6 had a fabulous week away at Salt Ayres. The house was just as described and more than large enough for 6 adults. Communication with the owner was excellent. We can't wait to return!

Perfect location, beautiful house!

Salty Ayre is perfectly located at Couran Point. A lovely walk across the grass to the pontoon, and plenty of things to do for a weekend get away. The house was beautifully designed with an amazing living area, rolling into the deck. Protected nicely from the sea breezes. Highly recommend Salty Ayre!

The Most Relaxing Getaway

We booked this beautiful property for a quick getaway for my mother’s birthday and it was the best getaway we’ve ever had (including international travelling… I know!) The location of the property is perfect, so close to the jetty and canal, far enough away from other properties besides the house behind which was empty anyway. Every morning was a joy to wake up to wallaby’s bouncing over the land either side of the property and faintly heading the waves crashing from the surf beach. The amenities are everything you could need or want and the house is the perfect size. The outdoor spa just tops everything off and the perfect way to end the day after fishing, boating/jet skiing or bike riding around the island. The owners were extremely helpful, attentive and communicative especially with our reservation being hindered by a snap lockdown but Suzy was amazing and quick to work out a solution and help our getaway get back on track. If you’re reading this and considering booking this property just do it! You won’t regret it.

Island getaway

The house is very clean, fabulous layout for privacy to gathering areas. Everything you need from all kitchen utensils to. Cupboard full of games. And bikes to explore. Communication with the host was always prompt and very clear on what’s needed for your stay Highly recommend booking this house for an island experience
