Familjevänlig!!!
Stora och bekväma 2 våningar, 4 sovrum hem med vardagsrummet öppnar på en stor uteplats (består av ett utomhus kök) med utsikt över den spektakulära vattnet. Högt i tak med trägolv i hela.

På övervåningen består av 3 sovrum (huvud med eget badrum), bra vardagsrum, badrum och ett stort helt nytt modernt kök som alla har utsikt över stranden och sjön. Luftkonditionering året runt samt en långsammare vedeldad förbränningsvärmare.

Huvudsakliga sovrummet - 1 x drottning, 1 barnsäng.
2: a sovrummet - 1 x drottning,
3: e sovrummet - 2 x Tri bunkar

Nedre våningen har vi ett stort sovrum, ett annat badrum, tvätten, samt ett stort rumpus / spelrum som också öppnar på en annan terrass.

4 sovrum - 1 x Tri bunk plus 1 x singel.


LINEN / handdukar levereras utan extra kostnad.

SMITHS LAKE ....

Med den berömda Frothy Coffee Boatshed är det bra för barn och vattensporter som segling, vindsurfing, vattenskidor och simning. Det är stängd för havet mestadels av Sandbar Beach.

Landsbyen har en utmärkt slaktare, bakare, café, butik och flaskaffär. Booti Booti och Myall Lakes National Parks är perfekta för 4WD entusiasten. En bra 9-håls golfbana ligger också i närheten av Sandbar.

STRÄNDERNA...

Boomerang, Blueys, Elizabeth och Amaroo är våra närmaste stränder. Boomerang och Blueys är bra för surfing, med Elizabeth det bästa för familjer och barn, eftersom det patrulleras av Pacific Palms Surf Club. Amaroo Beach är också perfekt för mindre barn eftersom vattnet är lugnt och grundt.

LOKALA KLUBB ....

Bra mat, TAB-faciliteter och gästfrihet finns på både den lokala Bowling Club och Recky Club.

Fantastic place to stay!
We all really enjoyed our stay at this property at Smiths Lake. House is perfect for 2 families. Quiet location with beautiful views. Little shopping village just around the corner. Definitely would love to stay again - it was a fantastic house for families.

Great stay
Patsys was just perfect for our group. The house is spacious and the balcony/bbq area was simple but lovely. The kitchen was really well equipped! Overall we had a great time.

Gorgeous Location and Home
Such a gorgeous home. Very clean upon arrival, the breeze flows throughout the home and with views of bush turkeys, possums and birds we never wanted to leave. The house came with everything neccessary for a flawless trip. Thankyou Angelo for providing us with this lovely home, I will definitely return. Fantastic for the 12 of us on our schoolies trip!

Very nice place!
Thank you very much, it was a pleasure to stay at this house. The house is nicely decorated, the location is perfect and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. Cleanliness is another advantage! The game room did not let us get bored on the evenings, and the large tables and grill allowed us to dine together in a wonderful atmosphere with the birds singing. thank you and I recommend!

Perfect property..
As quite a large group we stayed at this property for a weekend getaway.. I could not rate this property highly enough.. It's a nice a quiet location in a very picturesque part of the world.. The house itself is well appointed and has a good layout.. The beds are comfortable and the house was very clean with spectacular views of the lake and ocean.. The only complaint I could have was that the lounges are a bit dated with minor rips and the TV reception is a bit scratchy and there is no FOXTEL but these are only very minor issues for what was a pleasurable stay.. Whilst there we had a minor issue at the property and the owner Angelo dealt with the issue without fuss quickly for us.. Again brilliant place for a getaway for the family or with mates for a weekend..

Peace and quiet - did I mention the view
We had a lovely weekend at Grandview. Very comfortable and spacious home with room for everyone. We lived on the back veranda and sunroom.

Wonderful and Homely
It was a comfortable and cosy place to stay, and my friends really enjoyed our time here! The view was stunning from the balcony, especially to watch the sunrise, and a relaxing place to dine. It was in a convenient location, close to beaches, and the neighbourhood was lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed everything, the facilities were great and we will definitely come back again!

Excellent House and the View is to die for. No picture can do justice of the view and the environment around this house. Very Comfy house, abundant wildlife (large variety of birds visit and eat out of your hand daily) and the neighbourhood are so nice and friendly.Had a great time, thankyou!
