Njut av en kort 3-4 minuters promenad till de vackra stränderna i Seacrest när du bor på "Lazy Magnolia," ett tre sovrum, tre badrum hemma ligger i Magnolia Cottages by the Sea. Denna stuga med en våning har allt du behöver för en perfekt familjesemester eller långhelg med dina vänner. Inbäddat i sanddynerna och den naturliga borsten i Seacrest kommer du att njuta av stugans naturliga och lugna miljö. Förfalskade gator lägger en grann känsla i hemmen. Strax norr om 30-A är du bara några steg från den privata strandpromenaden (300 meter!).

"Lazy Magnolia" sover åtta personer. Sovrum: bekväm fast king size-säng med privat badrum och jacuzzi och 46 "Samsung TV. Gäst sovrum: Kudde-top queen-size säng med privat badrum och ny platt-TV. Våningssäng: Fyra bäddar med väggmonterad TV.

Jenn-Air / Bosch apparater och bänkskivor i granit hälsar dig i köket. Det är fyllt med det nödvändiga du behöver för att komma igång. En tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek tillhandahålls också för dig.

Du kommer att älska det luftiga och fridfulla vardagsrummet med en ny 55 "Samsung 4k-TV med digital kabel och premiumkanaler. Ett inbyggt högtalarsystem som enkelt rymmer en iPod och en höghastighets wi-fi-anslutning är ytterligare uppgraderingar du kommer att njuta av.

För friluftsälskare kommer du att uppskatta den största skärmad verandan som Magnolia har att erbjuda. Detta andra vardagsrum kommer med en fullstor soffa, kärlflygflygplan och stol. Ljusa kuddar och året runt korg kommer att sätta lyckliga i happy hour! Det finns också ett bord och stolar för ditt morgonkaffe.

Den delade poolen ligger bara några steg från vår stuga eller ta en kort promenad till stranden. Ta en av de fyra cyklarna och ta en kryssning på 30-A cykelvägen. Gå till Rosemary Beach eller butikerna på Seaside på eftermiddagen. Eller cykla till en lokal park för en noggrann titt på naturen. Ta med dina golfklubbar för världsberömd golf på banor i området. Och glöm inte shoppingen på 30-A såväl som de berömda utköpsköpcentren i Destin!

Åh, och stranden! ...Njut av att använda solstolar och parasoller som tillhandahålls åt dig!

We loved this area , we had never stayed this far down 30a before but it was really easy to access 98, it was close to a Publix and the beach was a really short walk.

The perfect beach get away for our family of 6! We absolutely loved our stay! The house is beautiful, comfortable and in the perfect location. Being across from the pool was a huge plus especially with kids. We also loved that the house provided everything we needed for the beach, chairs, umbrellas, a wagon and bikes! It made our beach days so easy because we didn’t have to pack or rent all the extras! The owners really thought of everything to make the stay convenient and enjoyable! We had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again!

Spacious and comfortable 3 bedroom 3 bathroom with large screened in porch. Accurate listing, clear instructions. Close to the beach, nice community swimming pool. Four nice bikes. As a bonus there is a good pizza place at the end of the street which also has wine and coffee.

This was our first visit to the 30A beach area. The home was very comfortable, clean and the kitchen well stocked with unexpected extras. The communication with Dan was always prompt. We made use of the beach chairs and beach umbrellas- Thank you! We chose a one level house because of a knee problem and were very disappointed with the steep stairs - 54 steps- on every beach access all along the strip near the rental. Not recommended for seniors or people with beach buggies.

2nd time staying here. Liked it so much last year we stayed again. Clean, all the amenities you need in the house, steps to the pool and short walk to the beach. 4 bikes, and 6 beach chairs are a huge benefit. Other beach gear in the shed as well. Easy bike ride to all of the local hotspots. Dan is a super host and responds instantly. Perfect stay.

Cute cottage

Charming beach cottage! Cozy, clean, and just steps from the sand. Loved the peaceful mornings on the porch and quick access to great local spots. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. Great communication, would definitely stay at again.

It was a perfect option for our family. The location was ideal and easy to get to the beach and pool. There was nature around the neighborhood not just buildings so it felr more private and secluded but still close and convenient to everything.

Great Family Spring Break

This was perfect for our family-close to the beach and the community pool was a hit with the kids. Great location for families with young children, the neighborhood seemed very family oriented and safe. It was great to have beach chairs, umbrellas and wagon to use for beach days. We also enjoyed the bicycles and there are great bike trails close by.

This house is wonderful—we’ll-appointed, cozy, and an easy walk to the beach! We loved our week with family and friends. Super convenient to Alys, Seacrest, Rosemary, and the new Watersound Publix. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property! Wonderful location! Great hosts!

What a wonderful home perfectly located a block from the beach and across the street from the swimming pool. Hosts were so kind to accommodate with our early arrival and then we never needed a thing. Easiest sweetest vacation. The cottage is perfectly equipped with anything you can possibly need. Great family room and screen porch. We will definitely stay here again!

Great spot!

Great house! We have been coming to the area for 10 years and always stay in the Secrest area. The house was great: clean, comfy, and the use of the bikes and beach toys was a huge plus.

Great stay!!

Great peaceful little neighborhood. Loved the screened in porch. Kids loved the pool and it was close to the house. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad. There is a place that sells ice on your path to the beach which was great to fill the cooler.

My wife and I live in Franklin, TN. We have 7 children between us, ranging from 25 to 37 yrs old. We are passionate about running, cycling and playing tennis. We try to spend as much time as we can in PCB and the 30A area.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We had a lovely condo in the Panama City Beach area, but found ourselves spending the majority of our time in the 30A area running and taking bike rides along the miles of paths running from Rosemary Beach to Destin. We eventually decided this is the area we needed to be in and started looking for the perfect beach house. After over two years of looking, we finally found this great little cottage in the Seacrest area. We love this cottage because it is in a perfect location, between Rosemary Beach and Seaside. It's in a great little beach neighborhood right off 30A and only 3 minutes to the beach, steps from the pool, and right on the bike path. It represents everything we were looking for in the perfect beach vacation!

Family friendly home with an open floor-plan. Large screened-in porch is a wonderful bonus! The cottage is close to pool and only steps to the beach!
