Excellent PropertyThe owners were very welcoming and took time to show us around the apartment which is very secure, comfortable, spotlessly clean and well equipped. It was particularly helpful to be provided with extras such as coffee, tea, laundry and dishwasher products etc. The flat is well located for supermarkets and restaurants and around a 20 minute walk to the centre. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Simply a perfect apartment and wonderful host!

We had a wonderful stay at this centrally located apartment in Toulouse, which is just a few steps from the River Garonne. Michel was a fantastic host and explained every aspect of the apartment, building security, waste disposal and recycling plus local amenities, supermarkets and restaurants. We have never stayed in such a well equipped apartment with hand soap, cleaning products, toilet tissue, kitchen roll, cling film, aluminium foil, washing powder and dishwasher powder. There was also a good supply of cooking oil, salt and pepper, vinegar and herbs as well as pods for the coffee machine. The apartment itself was immaculately clean with fresh bed linen (plus spare sheets) and sets of towels for 6 guests. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with cookware, cutlery, crockery and glassware all of which were very high quality. TV and WiFi worked well. The spacious balcony was a real bonus for al fresco dining. Overall we felt very lucky to have found such a wonderful apartment and host and are hoping to stay again next year!

Elegant, modern, comfortable

The proprietor was welcoming, thorough, a wonderful gentleman. We managed the language barrier easily. The place is elegant, well equipped, with plenty of space. It has style. A place to park a car. Access to all of Toulouse. If you were not comfortable and happy staying here, something is wrong with you.

The couple who own the property met us in the parking lot and made sure we were settled in My wife and son loved the property Nicely located and walking distance to the city center.

Perfect!

This was my second stay at this wonderful apartment. The apartment is equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay. The hosts seem to have thought of everything. Upon your arrival they are there to answer your questions and to go over how things work (detailed written instructions are also provided). Furthermore the apartment is ideally located. It is close to the city center (for restaurants, stores and entertainment), as well as the river and canals (for walking or cycling). I have loved my two visits to Toulouse. I look forward to coming back and hope to be able to stay here again.

Lovely stay in Toulouse

Our week in Toulouse was made easy and enjoyable because of all the amenities travelers hope for: an easy location for sight-seeing on foot, comfortable beds, a kitchen with high quality appliances, parking, and a host that made certain that we knew how to use and access all the amenities. It is also a lovely home. We often cooked our evening meal and sat on the balcony, a nice end to a busy day.

Home away from home

Beautifully appointed, clean & well located apartment. Short walk to important sites in Toulouse. So close to supermarket for easy grocery pick up or just water & wine! Our only disappointment, which has nothing to do with the host, was that nearby apartments had smokers. We couldn't enjoy the lovely terrace due to that. There were also two evenings that cigarette smoke filled the living room area. Again, this is no fault of the hosts! And if cigarette smoke is no bother, then we 100% recommend this beautiful VRBO property.

Wonderful Stay in Toulouse

We were very pleased with the apartment. Everything was as described in the vrbo listing. Michel is a gracious and accommodating host who gave clear instructions about entry, parking and appliance use, etc. Beds were comfortable including the pullout. Air conditioning was lovely and my husband enjoyed the complimentary coffee.

Great Apartment

Michel and Josette have a wonderful property. The apartment is just as described and is in a perfect location close to shops, restaurants, public transport, and the beautiful Garrone River. Everything you need is provided and the building is modern and secure. We would definitely stay there again if our travels take us back to Toulouse.

SĂ©jour parfait ! A home from home!

Notre sĂ©jour dans cet appartement s'est trĂšs trĂšs bien dĂ©roulĂ©. Les propriĂ©taires Ă©taient trĂšs accueillants et ont pensĂ© Ă  tout, mĂȘme le parapluie et le sac de courses dans le placard! Les chambres Ă©taient confortables, la cuisine trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e et la loggia nous a servi pour manger le soir ou prendre le petit dĂ©jeuner. Il y a une "vraie" climatisation centralisĂ©e et trĂšs efficace et aussi un canapĂ© confortable pour les soirs oĂč on n'a pas envie de sortir. Nous avons adorĂ© le quartier aussi. Il y a une station vĂ©lo Toulouse tout prĂšs et on peut partir Ă  pied le long de la Garonne pour dĂ©couvrir le centre ville. La rĂ©sidence est trĂšs calme et sĂ©curisĂ©e avec beaucoup de verdure. Nous avons bien fait de croire les avis trĂšs positifs, effectivement, c'est une location parfaite, loin des air bnb impersonnels et sous Ă©quipĂ©s. Merci beaucoup !

A few days in Toulouse

This apartment is small but sparkling and very well equipped. We had some trouble communicating with the host due to my very rusty French but we made do. If we had no French at all, it would have been tricky. In case you care, by US standards it is not 1.5 bathrooms. It is 1 split between 2 rooms: one has a toilet only; the other has a sink and tub/shower. The tub is very high and there's no grab bar, so if you have any accessibility issues, beware. It's a short and lovely walk along the river to the center of things, and there's a lovely porch which we used a lot.

Super spacious, with parking and a large terrace. Beautiful 20 min walk along the river to the city center. Blackout shades helped immensely. The hosts were kind and patient with our poor French. Overall would recommend! FYI toiletries like shampoo are not provided, so be sure to bring your own

A nice property in a great location

Michel met me outside the building and directed me to my parking space. He then guided me to the apartment and walked me through all the things I would need to know. He's very helpful and was accommodating when I arrived early. I've stayed at this apartment twice now and I hope to do it again next year. The neighborhood is quiet, close to the river and walking distance to everything you would want to see in the city. There's a new Tunisian restaurant downstairs that is very good as well.

Excelente ubicaciĂłn junto al rĂ­o Garona y en el centro

Los propietarios nos recibieron gentilmente, con mucha amabilidad y tuvieron detalles con nosotras. El apartamento estå muy bien ubicado, céntrico y la plaza de garaje es un punto a su favor, porque facilita mucho entrar y salir de la ciudad sin preocuparse de buscar aparcamiento. Las habitaciones confortables, la cocina muy bien equipada, no le falta detalle, y tiene un balcón del que no pudimos disfrutar porque era otoño y hacía fresquito, pero en primavera o verano debe ser formidable. Sin duda muy recomendable, si regresamos a Touluse volveremos a repetir.Gracias
