Vandringsleder, fågelsång, träd för vindar och ett mysigt mysigt utrymme för avkoppling och sömn. Det finns en labyrint, bönhjul och en boccia bollplan - bara väntar på att du ska använda. Isolerat men ändå en exklusiv stadsdel i närheten.
Ditt utrymme i vinlandet är en 400 kvadratfot studiolägenhet ovanför ett separat garage i mycket lantliga Eugene. Vissa har liknat det med en italiensk villa. Privat trappa utanför ingången, 1 drottning sovrum, 1 drottning bäddsoffa, full storlek kylskåp, "box" spis och ugn, 1 badrum. Det finns en liten vedspis för extra värme på vintern, trä tillhandahålls för dig. Utsikt över dalen från privata söderläge däck. Bistrostabell för uteservering, grill och 2 bekväma stolar för avkoppling. Tyst, mörk stjärnfylld himmel i virtuell tysthet.
Boytan är ett stort rum med kök, matsal och relaxavdelning, även där bäddsoffan är belägen. Det finns ett separat sovrum där badrummet ligger. Stort garderob också.
Vatten kommer från vår brunn och är välsmakande. Färska ägg tillgängliga från våra ekologiska kycklingar på sen vår och sommar.
Bara 1. 5 mil längs vägen finns två vingårdar - Silvan Ridge & Sweet Cheeks. Några mil längre är det hyllade King Estates. Det handlar om en 20 minuters bilresa till nästan var som helst i Eugene. Vi kan ordna och rekommendera restauranger för dig.

Paradise

This was our second time staying here and we were so happy to return. The guest house was very comfortable and spacious for the two of us and had everything we needed for our six day stay. It sits on a stunningly beautiful 45 acre property 15-20 minutes from Eugene. There is a nice walking path around the property and places to sit and take in the serenity of nature. No neighbor noise, no road noise, just the sound of birds and the breeze. The best part of our stay were our hosts Bev and Mike. Such generous people and such good human beings! Bev was very attentive to our needs and questions yet at the same time gave us our space. Whenever we were to be near the Eugene area we would without a doubt stay here again.

Charming proprty

We enjoyed our stay while visiting Eugene and the University of Oregon. This property is very rural but very scenic. About a half an hour from the campus.

Serenity at the villa

Such a pleasant stay at the villa. Beautiful property and lovely hosts. If relaxation is what you seek, this is the place to be. Also enjoyed a walk on the hiking trail through the oak savannah.

Tuscan-like setting

We had a lovely, relaxing stay in this homey, comfortable garage apartment. The owners were a pleasure to talk with, their dog a friendly hoot and the winery down the road a generous perk of our stay. Oh yes, fresh eggs, too!

Always great

This is our third or fourth time to stay at Redfeather and we just love it there. Incredibly peaceful and excellent hosts. Love the fresh eggs and hearing the peacocks from down the road. A nice way to retreat, hustle and bustle elsewhere.

Perfect Stay

I had a great stay while in town to move my son home from UO for the summer. Bev and Mike were warm and welcoming and communication was excellent. The neighborhood and property are beautiful amongst rolling hills and large trees. The unit is perfect for 1 or 2 people, well stocked and comfortable. It is about a 25-minute drive to UO, but if you’re not in a hurry it is worth it – the setting is beautiful and peaceful!

Getaway for Two

Incredible Location - Wonderful Stay

This property was one of the best VRBOs I have been to in Eugene. Yes, its a ways out of from the bustle but that's exactly why you book this place. My family and I loved the stay, loved the amenities, and the location was so remote and quiet. Bev and her husband were incredible hosts. We will be back.

Awesome place for us

We arrived late and Bev was so very helpful. She even offered to help us carry in our stuff! She brought up wood and had the wood burner all ready for us on our second night. We really loved it here and look forward to more stays! Bev is definitely a Super Host!

Peaceful setting in the hills

Located in the hills southwest of Eugene, close to the airport (15 min) but a bit farther to downtown. Owner (Bev) over the top with communication. Upstairs apt has A/C but we had to use an extra fan in the bedroom due to unusual heat in the Eugene area during our visit. Site is somewhat hard to find so pay attention to directions and arrive during daylight. Nicely appointed and comfortable

A perfect quiet getaway for two

If you're looking to unplug, unwind and recharge your soul, this property does not disappoint! From the moment we booked, Bev, Mike and JuJuBe (our host corgi) were simply wonderful. This rural property is peaceful, relaxing and comfortable, yet close enough to be a great home base for area exploration. Wine tastings, farm stands, chickens, nature hikes, stargazing and tons of wildlife all made our stay memorable. It's the exact break from our busy lives we needed.

Beautiful inside and out

Everything about our stay was lovely. The unit is wonderfully designed and appointed with everything you need, including, thoughtfully, yogurt, bagels, fruit, and fresh eggs to have with your morning coffee. The host was very responsive; we texted her a couple of times and got immediate responses. The location is a 22 minute drive from town (on good roads without traffic). You look out onto oak trees and moonlight. We’ll be back.

The Solitude of Nature

When my wife and I are going to be in Eugene I always try to find a place out in wine country. The villa is near several wineries but off the beaten path and very secluded. Access is down a long natural driveway surrounded by large trees shrouded in curtains of lichen. When you pass through the gate into the large courtyard, you are met by myriads of flowers and greeted by maybe a chicken or two. Entrance to the villa is up a set of stairs to a covered open-air porch. All the windows were cranked open when we arrived and we never saw a reason to completely close them even when it was raining (We are from NM and water deprived). We fell in love with the villa immediately and really wished we could have had more time to enjoy it. If you need to have television or watch video on your computer, this is not the place for you. Sit on the porch and have a glass of wine. Enjoy the wildlife. Listen closely and enjoy the sounds of silence. Listen to falling rain, the wind in the trees, the sounds only nature can make. And I worked in midtown Manhattan.
