Wonderful stay despite internet/communication hiccups

This place was a great choice for our family of 4 in the area for a wedding. The house is nearly pristine and a great location on a quiet street a 10-15 minute walk to the beach or downtown Sag Harbor. The only issue was that the internet service to the house was down during our stay and the cell service in the area is known to be weak. Ronald was very apologetic and followed up with the cause and resolution to prevent this from happening again. These hiccups aside, we would highly recommend Ronald's place and intend to stay there ourselves the next time we are in the area.

Stellar property and location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous little house. Three spacious bedrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining room, living room downstairs were perfect for our family. Location is fantastic - main street is close enough to walk to, but far enough for privacy and quiet. Communication from the host was fantastic before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again (and hope we have the opportunity to do so, having fallen in love with Sag Harbor!).

5 Star stay!

I had the best vrbo stay ever at this special house. The house is pristine and very conveniently located in Sag Harbor. The owner was accessible, gracious and easy to reach. It was a pleasure to spend time at this rental - well-priced and a true Hamptons jewel.

Perfect sag harbor getaway!

The house was extremely clean and was fully stocked with anything we needed during our stay. Host was very responsive, nice and so helpful! Perfect location to easily walk into town. Pretty street and cozy home! Would definitely stay again!

Perfect location - this home was equipped with everything

We celebrated my 6oth with family in sag harbor. This hike was perfect in every way. Easy to get everywhere in the Hamptons. We will definitely return in our next trip to LI.

Excellent Home and superb location !

The home was perfect for our group of 6. Meticulously clean, fantastic layout and very comfortable. Gathering areas were great for dining & late night movies. Upper level has ample room & privacy for anyone who wanted to sleep in. The house is extremely quiet (well built), despite being centrally located and close to town! Great A/C, awesome grill. Will definitely be back !

Gorgeous House!

House was absolutely gorgeous! Immaculately clean and very spacious. The listing doesn’t do the property justice. Porch and backyard were perfect for having some great conversations and card games. There are lots of things to do in the town within walking distance. Owner responded to questions right away. I have nothing but great things to say! We would love to stay at this property again!

Amazing Getaway with Friends

Ronald’s house is so amazing! Spent the weekend with close friends in beautiful Sag Harbor. Everyone was raving about how beautiful, clean and spacious the house was, and a just a quick 10-15 min walk to town! We spent a beautiful day at Wolffer estate vineyard which is about a 5-10 minute drive from the house as well. Ronald was so accommodating, provided us with all the information we needed about the house, and always answered promptly. We are already looking to rebook for next year! Thanks again Ronald!

Stunning Home, Central to Everything

My group of 5 had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property recently for a wedding at the Bridgehampton Beach Club. The photos do not do the home justice. It was spacious with an open floor plan, large kitchen, and immaculately clean. We could immediately tell this home is well cared for in a quiet neighborhood. It came equipped with everything you'd need for a great stay. Location - We took the 10 minute walk into Sag Harbor Village one morning (.5 miles) which was beautiful. There are so many cute shops, coffee shops and restaurants in the Village. Home is also only a 10 minute drive from the Bridgehampton Train Station, Wolffer Estate Vineyard, and Bridgehampton Beach Club - these are a few places we visited. Host - Ronald was so great to work with and was so communicative leading up to our stay as well as available at all times during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. He even offered us a late check-out without having to ask which was wonderful. Nothing but great things to say about this property. I hope to stay here again when we return to the Hamptons.

Fantastic home located close to everything.

I visited this property with my wife and 4 young kids for 4 nights. It was perfect for us. The house was clean upon arrival and is very well maintained. It had everything we needed for a great vacation. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was great even though we didn't put it to much use given the house was so close to the village. The living room was very spacious and comfortable with a very modern TV which we rarely had on. The kids played for extended periods in the beautiful backyard which was equipped with a grill. It was minutes from a playground for the kids adjacent to Sag Harbor Elementary. We walked to the village everyday to enjoy browsing, shopping and dining. The owner, Ronald made himself available by phone in case any issues arose and there was also a local caretaker made available too. Everything was perfect and there was no need for either. Out of the mouths of babes, my two older girls commented that it would be great if we could lift up Ronald's house and replace our house with it. We will definitely return.

Beautiful home perfectly suited for our family's last minute getaway.

My family stayed at Ronald's Sag Harbor home in mid-August after deciding to visit the Hamptons for our last summer getaway. It had been 9 years since we last visited the area and were not familiar at all with Sag Harbor, so we decided to concentrate our 5 day stay in that area. This home was beyond what we expected for our family of five. With 3 daughters ages 8, 11 and 17, it was exactly what we needed. The bedrooms were all roomy, comfortable and nicely furnished, especially the master suite with its beautiful master bathroom. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of the necessities for cooking and cleaning. We used both the island and the dining room for our meals, and enjoyed baking chocolate chip cookies every night. The living room was our family movie night location with the large TV (we brought our Firestick). The sunroom provided a nice spot for our girls to nap or do their summer reading without any distractions. The house is supplied generously with bath, hand, kitchen, and beach towels, toiletries, paper towels, and cleaning products, an ironing board and iron, and hampers! The beach chairs were perfect for our two outings to Foster Memorial Beach and Southampton's Cooper's Beach. The village area for shopping (including Schiavoni's Market for groceries) and dining is less than a 10 min drive from the house too. We appreciated Ronald's great communication and kindness throughout our stay, and we would not hesitate to return to this beautiful Sag Harbor home for another visit.

Quick visit to Hamptons

The house had a perfect location, walking distance to town and harbor. We walked in the morning for smoothies and donuts and to dinner each evening. Close to Easthampton and Montauk for outings. Cute backyard for relaxing. We were there a bit off season, but took advantage of beach towels and chairs. Great kitchen and grill which we would have used had we been there longer.

Delightful & charming in Sag Harbor

Excellent house in fantastic walkable Sag Harbor location! Host made all of our check-in/checkout so easy… Great communication/communicator. House is nicely and comfortably appointed with easy flow for a family sized group. I could see where it would also work well for just two people. Shower in master bath is truly terrific! Very comfortable beds/bedding. Highly recommend.

House is beautifully furnished and well maintained. House is 10 minute drive to Ocean Beaches and 1 to 2 minute drive to Harbor Beach.
