Sin rätt på floden och bara en kort promenad till stranden, butiker och kaféer. Själv innehöll "par boende". Din Aireys Inlet studio är mycket mer än ett Motell svit på ett mycket mer konkurrenskraftigt pris. Det är modernt med privat badrum och en utmärkt outlook.

Njut av nyöppnade fyr, buske, stranden och klippa promenader, paddla på floden, ridning och mountainbike till hands. Det är en vacker del av naturen här och en sådan stor del av Great Ocean Road. I närheten ligger staden Lorne känd för sina vattenfall och café band.

Varför denna reträtt byggdes och hur man kommer dit.

Ägare / chef för A River Bed, Wendy, semestrade i området som ett barn och,
loving minnen, flyttade hit år 1997. När du arbetar i turism / Boende branschen i många år, såg ett behov
för modern självständiga "par" boende. Så skapade en flodbädd, studio för två.

Vägbeskrivning:

Ta Princes Highway från Melbourne, genom Geelong och följ skyltarna till Great Ocean Road. Kör igenom Anglesea och vidare till Aireys Inlet. Aireys är en lugn badort på den vackra södra kust Victoria.
När du anger staden Aireys Inlet, kör förbi affärerna på vänster och hotellet på höger sida. Ner för backen och längst ner, sväng höger in Bambra Road sedan vänster in River Road, vänster igen in River Reserve Road. Andra till vänster, ser du din bil utrymme på framsidan av studion.

Plats och vad finns i närheten

En flodbädd ligger nära Lorne, Anglesea, Torquay och Otways men rätt på Great Ocean Road och Surfcoast. Det är så praktiskt för dagsutflykter och en perfekt bas för din semester eller helt enkelt en helg eller övernattning.

Peaceful location

Such a great location with so many walking options - beaches, lighthouse and local eateries. I enjoyed overlooking the creek opposite for its birdlife and occasional kayaker. The property was well presented and clean with basic cooking facilities. I spent a few days here on my own and felt very safe and comfortable. I’d be happy to stay here again to enjoy this beautiful area.

Lovely quiet location by the river. Comfortable bed, lots of hot water, well equipped. There was an issue with cleanliness. A dirty towel was left in the bathroom and the kitchen hadn’t been cleaned properly but the manager was very good and we reached a solution.

Airy's Inlet studio unit by the river

Quiet location close within walking distance to surf beaches, places of interest and other amenities. Wendy has provided a very clean modern Studio unit. The exterior surrounds are well maintained too which all made our stay very enjoyable and relaxing.

Short and sweet

My partner and I wanted a get away and could not have found a more cosy and sweet place to stay, from the understanding of the host to the cleanliness of the studio and easy to follow instructions we cannot recommend this place more. On a quiet stretch of road next to a lovely river, it was the perfect place to base ourselves as we travelled around the area!!

Stunning Peaceful Location

We loved the quiet peaceful location right on the lake. The apartment was comfortable, however a little sparsely set up e.g. no shampoo or facial tissues. Otherwise, a really gorgeous place to stay!

A peaceful River Bed

This a compact but spacious studio. Its key feature is the glorious outlook onto Painkalac Creek. This view out to the water, visible from the veranda and inside the studio, is deeply soothing and peaceful. We fell in love with an egret that visited on occasion. At one point we needed to contact the host of the property and her response was timely and helpful. We hope to return.

Very enjoyable. Quiet and peacefull location. Walking distance to shops and beaches.

The property was very clean and ideal for couple or single person stay. Had all amenities available for stay. Have stayed here previously and plan to come back again.

Not the best

When we arrived the utensils in the draw, the cups and bathroom mirror were dirty & there was a little bit of sand in the carpet. The bed was hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. The music at the pub close by was so loud on the Friday night that we were unable to sleep until after midnight and we had to be up at 6:30. Overall it wasn't a pleasant experience.

A relaxing riverside retreat

A beautiful little studio on the banks of Painkalac Creek with picturesque river views from the big open windows, as well as the front porch. Situated in a wonderfully quiet location whilst still nearby to cafes, restaurants, and attractions such as Split Point Lighthouse and Great Ocean Road, and only a couple of hours drive from the CBD, it's the perfect weekend getaway for couples or singles looking for a relaxing escape from a busy metropolitan Melbourne!

Relaxing sojourn

Some restful time out with my 17 yr who is in yr 12. A beautiful location with a view of the river both within the studio and sitting on the decking. Comfortable space for two set up with everything we needed. The location tucked away from the main highway yet close enough for walks to the inlet, along the river and for a coffee. This is our second visit. We will book again.

A River Bed Studio - everything that's promised!

We found 'A River Bed Studio' spacious, comfortable and clean. The cooking facilities are perhaps best suited to couples who wish to eat out some of the time. The Studio is well-situated in a peaceful, appealing and convenient location within easy walking distance of the Aireys Inlet lighthouse precinct. As there are many great beach, clifftop and forest walks in the vicinity, we definitely hope to return.
