Vår Perth semester Villa är idealiskt beläget på den vackra Sunset Coast i Perth, Western Australia och erbjuder lyxigt semesterboende med fantastisk havsutsikt från ditt rum och balkong över Indiska oceanen i Ocean Reef, WA, med stranden bara tvärs över gatan bildar din villa. Villan har 4 sovrum, två badrum, spa, spel som air hockey, snooker / biljardbord och fotboll / FOOS boll bord och brädspel, fullt utrustat kök och tvättstuga, A / C och gas uppvärmning, dubbelgarage med fjärrkontroll säkerhet. Lakan och handdukar.

Perfekt för vattenaktiviteter som surfing, bad, snorkling, fiske, dykning, båtutflykter och valskådning (i säsong). En kort bilresa bort hittar du en mängd strandnära restauranger och kaféer.

Perth Holiday Villas

Perth villa är utrustad med 4 sovrum. Den övre våningen sovrummet har ett eget badrum och walk-in-dräkt, en balkong med panoramautsikt över havet och ett stort vardagsrum / sittgrupp med en TV. Nedervåningen finns tre sovrum, ett badrum, tre spel rum med air hockey, fotboll / fotboll och snooker / biljardbord och andra brädspel, en modern lounge med en stor TV och stor matplats. Köket är fullt utrustat med kokmöjligheter, diskmaskin, grundläggande bestick, porslin, kylskåp, mikrovågsugn ugn och andra elektriska apparater. Den har stora trädgårdar på framsidan och baksidan, med ett utomhusspa och en utomhusinredning för 8 personer.

WA Getaway

Overall, a really nice home in a great location and everyone felt very comfortable here. Glad we made the choice of this rather than a hotel. Bob & Prafula are lovely hosts and everything you need is provided for.

Excellent accomodation and wonderful hosts

Bob and Prafula were very helpful and wonderful hosts. Bob even drove us to the supermarket to get supplies as we had not yet rented a car. Lodging is very clean, comfortable and excellent location with walking trails along the beach. And also the most amazing sunsets over the ocean I have ever seen from their dining room and porch.

Wonderful views and great size accommodation

Lovely home with large garden. Very spacious accommodation for our family of 5 adults and well presented. Whole of the first floor dedicated to large master bedroom, ensuite bathroom with bath and shower cubicle, separate living area and balcony with great views overlooking the sea. Not within walking distance of the main beaches, shopping centres or restaurants so we hired a car. Just a couple of minor suggestions we have are the addition of some sunbeds for the garden, mirrors for the downstairs bedrooms and a barbecue but otherwise all else provided and we had a lovely stay.

A great location with awesome ocean views. There was lots of space for our large family. The owners were very accommodating. We enjoyed out stay at this Ocean Reef villa.

Spacious House - Great location

Spacious house with comfortable beds and plenty of games for kids/teens. Our hosts enabled an easy check in process and were readily available for assistance if required. Unfortunately the spa was not operational during our stay and the property could use some maintenance and updating. Otherwise this was a great location for all that we wanted to do in Perth at an affordable rate.

Relaxing time in a spacious villa

We had a very relaxing time in this wonderful villa. The jacuzzi and the air hockey were the highlights. A good place for going shopping and sightseeing or visiting the beaches. We missed sunchairs for the terrace/garden and wifi.

Some imperfections. Overall satisfactory.

Location was good. View was excellent. Host was friendly and helpful. BUT, there were a lot of ants on the kitchen table, appearing out of nowhere, contaminating our food stuffs. The last 2 persons in my family of 7, often do not have hot water for shower at the end of the day, so everyone is rushing to shower first! Many door knobs inside the villa (luckily not on the main doors) were filmsy and not able to lock as well.

Stop your search, this is the property.

We just spent a week in this lovely house and it felt like home from the moment we walked in. The house has everything you need to ensure a great holiday. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and only a short drive to all the tourist attractions. It has a lot of things to keep even the oldest kids busy during those down times ( I can't even count the number of pool games and air hockey games I played with my son). The view is outstanding all day but the sunset from the upper balcony is unbelievable. After a full days of tourist activities, it was a treat to relax in the spa and the let the old sore muscles relax and get ready for the next day. The owners, Bob & Prafula are delightful to deal with and were very quick to respond to inquiries, not to mention very accommodating when we made special requests. Having the owners living around the corner was very helpful when I had an issue getting the spa turned on. Less than 5 minutes after my call, Bob was at the house to help and show me how to get it going. If you are a golfer and have your clubs with you, be sure to play the Joondaloop golf course which is only a few minutes away. If/when we come back to this part of the world, I'll be sure to save myself hours of searching, comparing, wondering and just book this property again. Andrew

great family holiday

We stayed over Christmas and the location was excellent, overlooking the sea, good road connections to Perth. Joondalup n Golf complex is very near. Out Party ranged from 18 month old to 91 years old. We were visiting from the UK and we were able to have our family who live in Perth come over to visit. The various entertainments offered including the pool table and the spa were a great success.

Great Property for the whole family

We stayed at the villa at Christmas, we were visiting our family and wanted somewhere that would not only suit my husband and I and my 91 year old mother but also allow us to have entertain our son and his family which included an 18 month old and a 5 year old. The villa is provided with lots of entertainment, including a pool table, and I would recommend paying the extra to take advantage of the spa facility. There are good views over the ocean from the upstairs lounge and balcony, where my mother enjoyed sitting to watch the boats. The Villa is near Mullaloo beach, and Hillary's is a short drive away. Joondalup is a quick drive away and there is a excellent golf course there, as well as an extensive shopping mall. As big bonus for us was that there is an incoming calls only phone, which was extremely useful. Very small downside was that there was no wifi on site. We had a great holiday.

Great Location

The perfect location for a relaxing stay...so close to beaches, marina, shops & only a short distance to Perth, Freo etc...As family accomodation it suited us perfectly and the 3 teenagers didn't drive us crazy once! I would recommend Bob & Prafula's place to anyone and we'll no doubt return from Sydney as soon as we can. Steve & Mandy

This Ocean Reef house was excellent for our family holiday in the area. It was spacious, and well presented.The location has a quiet, neighbourly feel about it, and well suited to family gatherings.It is ideally located close to beaches, yet only a short drive to Perth and other surburbs. First class service...Bob and Prafula were immediately available for any queries or issues that arose. The booking and all related admin was efficient and friendly. The checkin was flexible and without any hassles. Overall, excellent value for our holiday. Big thanks to Bob and Prafula. Hope to see you again in the not too distant future.
