FABULOUS HOUSE CLOSE TO BEACH

We stayed in this property for a week and were impressed with everything the house had to offer. Thank-you Maria for opening your home to us and for a wonderful stay!

I've been holidaying here for a number of years now with my husband & my extended family (9 of us in total) so Maria's house feels like our second home.We all love our stay, even if the weather isn't always the best (we holiday in the middle of the Qld rain & storm season!) as there is plenty of space, a beautiful view, the pool to enjoy and the beach close by. Our family also enjoys a bike ride or run along the path beside David Low Way into Coolum.Maria's home is in a lovely part of Peregian in a very quiet street with a 10-15 mins (?) walk to the shops.We've always found Maria to be an excellent hostess; thoughtful, organised and attentive.

A beach delight!

This three story home in a very quiet neighbourhood, suits my extended family (9 of us in total) just so well. There's plenty of space with multiple wings/living areas and it's only a short distance to the beach for long walks and a swim. It is also one of the highest homes in the area so boasts a great view of the ocean. There is the luxury of a pool as well, which was so appreciated during this very hot summer. Maria is the perfect hostess and has the home well organised, clean and ready for our arrival. This stay was our third and we'll be back again!

Amazing ocean view!

My extended family & I thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at this lovely property. Maria is a thoughtful, well organised host. The house is in a lovely neighbourhood, so close to the beach and a short walk to the shops. One highlight for me was the amazing view of the ocean from the third floor. The house is well organised, clean and well stocked. There are numerous separate areas to unwind & escape, especially around the pool. We've booked again for next year!

The Perfect Early Christmas Family Holiday

We can thoroughly recommend this property to any family contemplating a holiday at Peregian Beach. With four couples and two young children, we were all able to have our own bedroom/living space and bathroom in addition to enjoying family time together in the large, open upstairs living area. The added bonus was the view over trees and to the ocean from the deck where we enjoyed the cool breezes off the ocean. Our host, Maria, was excellent. She gave clear instructions, via email and text, regarding arrival and access to keys and the information booklet that she had compiled was comprehensive and easily understood. The property was well presented and within a short stroll to the beach. When not on the beach, we enjoyed the cool waters of the swimming pool which was shaded by the house in the afternoon. A short 10 minute walk takes you to Peregian Village for a morning coffee, bread and paper. Thank you Maria. We all had a wonderful time.......Perfect!

Ideal family beach house

Maria was very helpful and responsive. Great house for our family Christmas with multiple separate living areas for multiple families. Air conditioning in 3 separate areas but lovely breeze on the top entertaining level anyway. Short walk to nice beach.

We had a great stay

Good position on a slight hill so a nice view and breeze. Also very close to the beach. The house is well suited to two (or even three) families together since it is easily split up with separate entrances. The pool is a welcome addition.

A fabulous place for the extended family

We had a fabulous extended family break for two weeks over the New Year period in Peregian. We had three generations of family spread out across all levels of this great house seamlessly. Everyone had space to spread out and relax, yet also enjoy being all together. It is excellently located for the beach as it is only 2 minutes away. Lovely coffee shops, cafes and restaurants are just down the road and can be accessed by an enjoyable stroll along the beach or a ten minute walk down the road. A great supermarket is also easily accessible a few minutes away. It is the perfect place for groups or large families to come together, especially around the large pool area. Maria was super friendly and very easy to communicate with throughout the booking process. We will definitely be back!

Relaxing warm seaside retreat

We just spent 7 days, many hours spent relaxing on the balcony watching whales perform antics as they swam south with their calves. Perfect house for 5 Uni aged kids. Each had their own room and several places to study. Maria is clearly a kindred spirit in the kitchen... Very well equipped. The beach is remote and beautiful, water warm and only 10 minutes walk to Peregian Beach shops for great coffee, restaurants etc. new IGA had just opened...awesome.

Fantastic house for a family beach holiday

The house was perfect for our family. It was clean, extremely well equipped and in a beautiful location for a beach holiday. Maria, the owner, could not have been more helpful right from the initial enquiry and throughout the holiday. We would definitely book the property again. (We visited in January 2016 but the review site did not have 2016 as an option)

First class property!

We had a wonderful stay. Maria has put so much effort into the finer details such as delightful Christmas decorations to bring a festive cheer to our holiday. The kitchen had everything needed for any type of meal prep from toasties to smoothies to roast turkeys. Plenty of cutlery, crockery and glassware. Fabulous position with ocean views and 1 minute walk to beautiful Peregian Beach. Only 10 minute stroll along the beach to the Village cafes/shops. Only negative would be cupboard space for clothes was extremely limited.

Fantastic holiday

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Peregian Beach House. The view is breathtaking and eating our dinners while enjoying the breeze was special. We enjoyed the closeness of the beach and the fact that the we had the beach to ourselves most days (keeping in mind, it was during December school holidays). The house was clean and well maintained. I will most certainly book the house again as we had a wonderful time.

Perfect holiday location

This home was fantastic and Maria was an absolute delight to deal with. An amazing holiday in a beautiful home perfectly situated close to the beach and shops. we will definitely be back to rent this home for our next family holiday.
