(Minst 5 natt NYE vecka - 3 natt minimum 1 januari - 31 mars) Vårt stora Killington Home är +/- 5000 kvm. Fötter per stadsrekord (exakt). Det finns en bifogad svärmlägenhet komplett med 2 sovrum, vardagsrum, komplett kök och badrum. Det finns också ett spelrum med 600 kvadratmeter tillsammans med en 20 fot bar. Hemmet är en mysig reträtt året runt, det är i hjärtat av Killington. Main House kan sova 20 personer i sängar mer än bekvämt !!
Nedan beskrivs huvudhuset.
1: a våningen:
Helt nytt kök med bänkskivor i granit, alla apparater i rostfritt stål, en stor centrumö med ett inbyggt kylskåp. Det finns ett litet frukostområde utanför köket med öppen spis; Kökskonceptet är en öppen planlösning som leder från köket till matsalen. Vardagsrummet har en bra storlek sektion, 2 armar stolar, öppen spis och platt-TV. Det finns också ett andra vardagsrum med en soffa / bäddsoffa och TV.

Första våningen sovrum: Det finns en våningssäng som har en full madrass på botten med en tvilling på toppen. (Rummet rymmer 3) av detta är ett privat höl med utdragbar drottning 2 sovplatser (totalt 5 sovplatser)

Renoverat badrum har stående dusch, ny fåfänga med bänkskiva i marmor och nyare tvättmaskin / torktumlare.

2: a våningen:
Sovrum 1 på andra våningen: Det finns en våningssäng som har en full madrass på botten och tvilling på toppen. Det finns också en tvilling och 1 drottning / full. (Rummet sover 6) Rymlig garderob / lagringsutrymme / inbyggd

Andra våningen sovrum 2: Queen / Master Bed (sovplatser 2) Rymlig garderob / lagringsutrymme.

Great spot, need some TLC in some area. Great ski house

Great time, very gracious host. Communicative and flexible to our needs with a big storm affecting our check in! House has charms and its quirks. Not a 5 min walk from house to life, but a 5 min drive. Great times!

Great responsive hosts ! Convenient location good for large groups

Owners were very accessible and helpful throughout our stay. The layout of bedrooms and bathrooms didn’t exactly fit the needs ofOur group - 4 families (each wanting their own bathroom/bedroom combo). There was plenty of space and the game room was great for our NYE celebration.

Large property, great location, responsive hosts

Great space for a friends trip. We had 14 people and did not feel cramped at all. Enjoyed our time at the house and the proximity to the mountain and surrounding bars/restaurants. Matt and Colin were super responsive hosts.

Good for a large group

We stayed here with a group of 18 and had plenty of room/were comfortable! Matt was very responsive. The location of the house is great and so close to everything. Would recommend!

Family had a great time

Like a big family, the property was complicated, rambling and ultimately warm and wonderful. It’s been renovated, but awhile ago. There is some mustiness and moderate wear that greets you upon arrival. But by the first night, neither was noticeable or an issue. The family enjoyed the space and we had a great time. The hot tub was glorious and immaculate. The kitchen and family room were magnets for our group. It’s slightly inconvenient to have separate in-law suite and garage/playroom entrances but it turned out not to be an issue in the end. We all had a fabulous time and that’s the point, isn’t it? The house is warm, clean and it will feel like home within a few hours.

Skiing Vacation

Matt's home was super convenient to the resort and all the businesses/restaurants in Killington. There was plenty of space for our group of 2 families and the game room was a great escape for those that wanted a place to have fun.

Great stay!

Every year we take our 2 boys and their friends skiing and this year we chose Killington. This house was exactly what we needed for 9 boys to enjoy themselves after a long day on the slopes! Plenty of beds, room to spread out and the bar/game room was a huge hit as well as the hot tub. They're already talking about renting this house again next year! Matthew was a premier host - so helpful and such a great communicator. Always available! He gave us so much information on the area for dining and other activities and answered even the smallest questions we had. Thank you for giving us a great getaway with wonderful memories!

New years get away

We booked the house for new years get away with friends. The house was just like the listing…we could have actually had more people. We didn’t even use the inlaw apt. The host was very responsive! I would definitely recommend this house to others.

Perfect spot for a Killington group trip

This property is perfect for a group trip. From the location to the main road with shuttles easily able to pick us up to the Wobbly Barn, to a quick ride to the mountain, the location is great. There is even more space in the property than advertised, you could sleep 20 people in here easily if you wanted. The game room is great, and the kitchen is well stocked with what you need. Good communication with the host, we will be back!

Friends' Ski Trip

Matt and Colin's place was exactly what our group of twelve 29-35 year old guys were looking for on a buddies' ski trip. Plenty of beds, great set up in game room, and close to the mountain and Killington's main strip of bars/restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect Mountain House Minutes from Killington

Matts place was truly amazing for the group of 15 we had. Everyone got a bed (with several to spare). The hot tub was incredible. And Matt really thought of everything, when it comes to amenities and things in the house. Would definitely stay here again.

wonderful holiday break

Matt the owner is wonderful and friendly. Before our stay, he sent over many useful information and instructions. During the stay, he was super prompt in answering any questions we had. The property itself is a gem, has more beds than advertised, more than plenty room for our large group. The independent in-law suite was useful for people who needs a little quiet time. Kids enjoyed the ping-pong table a lot!

House was perfectly set up for a large group trip. We are a group of 30 something’s and really enjoyed the main house, hot tub, party room and large number of beds. Also so close to the mountain. Highly recommend.

Ideal house for groups

Matt’s house was awesome. We had a group of 18 and there were still beds to spare. I would highly recommend to big groups as it’s less than 5 min away from Killington mountain and all restaurants and bars. We would definitely love to return again.

First Ski Trip Success

This was my children's first ski experience and we were joined by my Sister's family who has experience skiing. The house was perfect for all ages with all of the comforts of home. There is so much room and privacy. Location is perfect. Next time we will bring more people!
