Ett fullt utrustat kök med ugnspis diskmaskin frig och mikro tillåter matlagning hemma eller underhållande. Alla rätter, vinglas och grunderna i köket tillhandahålls, tillsammans med sängkläder, handdukar och basartiklar. Det finns en parkeringsplats tillgänglig om det behövs av gästen. På första våningen men flera meter över gatunivån är Apt tyst och bekvämt. Det finns brickor och torktumlare längs en trappsteg under Apt. Westfield Y ligger i närheten och vi kan erbjuda en veckas gratis tillgångskort till dem som gillar att simma eller träna. Det finns också ett dussin andra yoga- och andra träningsanläggningar i närheten. Med över 300 företag och tjänster i närheten finns det ingen anledning att lämna staden. Vi har en fristående Lord & Taylor Dept-butik två kvarter bort, en restaurang runt hörnet och över 20 restauranger, barer och andra livsmedelsanläggningar i närheten. Från god mat till Chipotle eller Pizza behöver du inte laga mat såvida du inte vill. Apt har värmevatten basbord värme som du kontrollerar och i varm väder luftkonditioneringsapparater som servar utrymmet. Verizon Fios med snabbtjänst för TV och WiFi tillhandahålls inklusive flera nya streamingalternativ för de senaste filmerna och sporten om du gillar att titta på filmer.

Wonderful place

This is the perfect place to stay. Right near the train to NYC and in the downtown. The apartment is wonderful.

Convenient to downtown

We recently stayed for Thanksgiving week while visiting family in a neighboring town. The apartment was clean and very comfortable for a family of 4. Updated with all the amenities of home including wifi, Netflix and a full kitcken. The owner, Joe was great. He met us and made sure we had everything we needed, including a welcome bottle of wine. The house is walking distance to excellent restaurants and shopping. Located in a nice little suburb called Westfield. Would definitely recommend!

Our apartment was indeed comfy and convenient. We chose it because it was near restaurants and shopping in downtown Westfield NJ and a quick stroll to the commuter train to midtown Manhattan.The layout of the apartment was fine. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable and despite facing the street, was remarkably quiet!The living room sported a large, virtually new TV with a variety of options which made for enjoyable evening viewing from a comfortable couch and loveseat positioned around a nice, solid coffee table.The kitchen offered a complete array of options for in-apartment cooking. The new microwave and an upscale coffee maker were special. An adjacent dining table was perfect.We showered in the tub but overall, the bathroom met our needs.We used the washer and dryer in the basement a couple of times during our two weeks stay.. They were coin operated, clean and efficient.The apartment was quite clean. There were some small concerns that needed attention mainly dusting, but they did not detract from our stay. There was ample closet space but other than a desk there was no bureau.The apartment was secure, and we could count on a parking space in the private lot behind the building.Communication from booking to the check-in and check out processes was seamless. The renter responded immediately to our few questions.Of course our apt. was not a hotel room, but rather a nice place for us to live for two weeks. We would stay there again!

comfortable and convenient in downtown Westfield.

This apartment stands out for it's convenient location, in walking distance of so many shops and eateries in downtown Westfield, as well as near the train station and bus lines. The furnishings are comfortable and the kitchen has pretty much everything you will need if you want to cook in. For groceries you need only walk across the public parking lot next to the building to arrive at Trader Joe's. The small designated parking lot behind the building is also a bonus, although a bit tight for a large SUV or truck. It took me awhile to figure out how to start the shower. (Hint: the ring at the outflow of the tub spout pulls down.) Note : mobility could be an issue as there are a few steps leading to the back porch entry even for the first floor apartment. If you are not accustomed to the early noises of a bustling downtown area you might want to have earplugs available for sleeping. The bedroom A/C unit can also be used with just the fan to mute outside sounds. We enjoyed our stay there and would rent it again.

Great Stay

This is the second time my wife, daughter and I stayed at Joseph's place. Everything was ready for us when we arrived, and he checked in on us halfway through the stay. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Great to have the easy access to NY, or NJ's various towns and cities in NJ PA area. The town of Westfield has great parks and public recreation possibilities. Our Apt offers the benefits of a kitchen and possibility to entertain and save money on restaurants, or the opposite to go and enjoy the multiple eating and drinking spots within a two block walk. We have hosted multiple people coming into the area for family weddings and various guests that have come on business or simply to experience what the real "America" feels and looks like. Sometimes visitors from abroad are intimidated by NYC or large metropolises. This provides the perfect option to experience the best of both worlds. By train or bus NYC is only 40 minutes away. By car similar time to drive. We are close to Newark Airport now called Liberty only a 15 minute ride without traffic. Easy access by Bus, Train, car, or UBER our Apt is comfortable and affordable.
