Great Location.

Fabulous views. Beautiful house. Very peaceful. Great for families. So much to do in Rockingham. Hosts were fabulous making sure we had a comfortable stay.

Property is well situated and well equipped. Across the road from the beach and walk to the cafes. Plenty of room for all the guests. Would recommend.

Relaxing stay

First impression of this property was grand. The host provided some thoughtful treats and the living area is very comfortable. The bathroom facilities are not ideal and if you are planning on sleeping in, the window treatments will disappoint. Overall it was an enjoyable stay but I wouldn’t want to stay more than three days.

Genuine Beach House with Amazing Views close enough to shops and Cafe's yet far enough to be out of all the noise. Brilliant little getaway spot only 30 mins from Perth.

A fabulous family get-away location

Nina’s property was perfect for us - a extended family holidaying together. The property was fabulous - well located and very comfortable. Jodie made us feel very welcome and left some treats for us to enjoy. The house is on three levels - kids room with its own bathroom at the street level, three double bedrooms, bathroom, separate shower and laundry on the middle level (1/2 floor up), and kitchen, dinning, lounge and deck on the top level (another 1/2 floor up). The children had their own room with play area and tv/games unit, and toilet / shower. Upstairs deck, overlooking the beach with bbq, table/chairs and hammock, was perfect for lazy afternoon reading or dinner watching the sunset over the ocean. Kitchen was well equiped, and stocked with basics (thanks Jodie, that did make things easier for us). There are two bathrooms, and a well equiped laundry (with soap powder). We did make use of the beach-towels supplied. Location is good - you just have to cross the road to get to the beach. There is a bike path / walking trail that provides access to many playgrounds and coffee shops. We will stay again when visiting Perth and would recommend this property to others.

True beachouse

Couldn’t have found a better house to relax with family. We spent all our time relaxing on the deck overlooking the ocean, walking and swimming on the beautiful beach opposite. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Beach House!

We spent a wonderful long weekend in this fantastic property!! Excellent location and views, clean and comfortable, a great place for families, a great place to relax. The house is very well equipped and it's was the perfect getaway. Will definately return!

40th and Family Christmas

We stayed with my family for a belated Christmas catch up and my hubby’s 40th celebrations combined. We had a great time. Jodie left some extra touches which from a customer service perspective was lovely. She left my hubby some chocolate and wine and she even sourced is a Christmas tree! We would stay again.

Perfect for a family getaway

We had a great few days by the beach with our family. We loved the balcony and the proximity to the beach, the neighbours were quiet, and the Rockingham foreshore with all its bars and cafes were an easy bike ride away.

Our families have a long history with Rockingham. Me, I am born and bred Rocko girl after my parents moved to Shoalwater as young newly weds. Graeme, throughout his childhood holidayed regularly at Point Peron East Fremantle Sharks cottages with siblings and cousins.

This house is not the newest, but it has a great feel of both being very comfortable and relaxed like a beach house should. It has many original features that we love but understand they are not for everyone. If you want to "be" with your family or friends you can do that at Skyfall.
