Genie House är ett helt fristående luftkonditionerat pensionat med omvänd cykel med gratis Wifi, Netflix & Foxtel inom 10 minuters promenad till centrum. Gratis flaska bubblor och färska blommor vid ankomst. Tyst grannskap. Kyld atmosfär. Bay Grocer Convenience Store inom 50 meter från Genie House - kaffe och takeaways plus färsk frukt och grönsaker.
Genie House erbjuder 3 sovrum, alla med luftkonditionering i omvänd cykel - 2 dubbelsängar / 2 king-singlar. Drottningens rum har franska dörrar som vetter mot ett norrläge däck för att fånga sommaren vindar. Alla rum är inredda med vitt linne och handdukar.

Du är välkommen att använda vedspisen på vintern - första lasten med ved är gratis. Den soltäppta atrium- / matplatsen med tvåfaldiga fönster är ett utmärkt ställe att njuta av måltider eller krulla på dagbotten med en bra bok.

Genie House levererar en barnstol. Barnsängar eller bassinetter (inklusive linne) kan hyras från Byron Bay Holiday Hire. Hyraföretaget kommer att leverera och samla in.

Fantastic stay - great location

We loved our stay at Genie's in the comfortable and clean home. Our small dog loved the garden and we found the location very convenient and would not hesitate to book again.

A super stay in a great house

Everything was as described and Jeannie supplied so much information and a welcome pack and was very helpful at every stage. We couldn't have asked for anything more and would recommend anyone to stay here. The coffee shop/deli opposite was fantastic with an irresistible deli counter. Byron Bay car hire was easy to use and also very helpful.

Road trip to paradise

We were pleasantly surprised at the location of the house. Just a short walk to the Main Street and all the eateries and boutiques. The house itself is beautiful with gorgeous furnishings and decor in a lush tropical setting with visits from the birds every morning. Our dog was well looked after too with bowls. Only draw back was the beds were not very cozy and we all had to sleep with the AC on in our rooms and the bins hadn’t been taken out so after 5 nights it was very full! Each room had its own tv which was good as were a family of myself and my three adult kids all in their 30’s. The lounge room had a lovely corner leather couch with plenty of for all of us. Overall we absolutely loved our stay!

Perfect location and home away from home

We throughly enjoyed our stay in Bryon Bay, the house was just perfect for all our needs. Jeannie was extremely accommodating and the best part is that we could bring our son’s therapy dog. We will definitely return again.

Fantastic location

Perfect stay for our family visiting Byron Bay for the first time. Grocer basically across the road and restaurants within walking distance. We were traveling with 2 kids and small dog - I would love to come back and spend longer at this property. House was well equipped including beach towels and very clean.

Perfect home away from home

Excellent, responsive hosts, lovely house!

The house is really locely, tastefully furnished and the hosts were friendly and very accomodating and responsive. The bottle of bubbly 🍾 was a nice touch, thankyou! There is one bathroom with the toilet combined but there is also a private outdoor shower. 10 mi utes walk to the beach,. We had a great stay.

Wonderful house in a great location walking distance to everything

Our family of 5 plus a dog had a wonderful stay at the house. House has a wonderful vibes and is very close proximity to shops, restaurants and the beach. Everything in the house is provided for the convenience for the stay. The store few meters from the house had great selection of fresh breads and produce as well. We will be back!!!

What a lovely house

Great location, relaxing vibe

We loved our stay at Genie House. The place was big enough for our extended family group with lots of decks and places to chill out in. The dining table room was amazing. It was an easy 10 minute walk to Byron shops, across the road from the Bay Grocer and a short walk to The General Store for morning coffee. It felt like a home, with lots of cosy touches. Only issue was only having one bathroom, but it was very clean.

little gem

What a lovely surprise this house was! It is very well equipped, and presented beautifully with fresh flowers on arrival. The kitchen is well stocked with basics ( oil salt pepper etc) and equipment . It is listed as pet friendly and the fully enclosed deck off the bedrooms is ideal for keeping a small dog securely and safely outside. Having said that the larger yard is securely fenced also.The deck would also be excellent for small children. The 'green garage' is right across the road and does make pretty good coffee, cafe style food and some grocery items. Given the modest tariff this is an excellent value for money holiday rental. I would happily stay again and recommend.

A Byron Beauty

This cottage was beautifully appointed with plenty of space for 3 adult couples & 1 fur baby. Lovely front fenced yard was enjoyed by our daughter’s dog. Jeannie was easy to communicate with. We had a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend.
