Vilket bättre sätt att njuta av din Byron Bay semester än i ett rymligt 5 sovrum hus nära vackra Tallows strand. Beläget i Suffolk Park bara några minuter från Byron Bay, där du kan njuta av miles oförstörd skönhet plus några av de bästa surfing och fiske stränder i området.

Det stora huset har öppen planlösning på 2 våningar, högt i tak, polerade timmergolv och riklig ljus och ventilation. På övervåningen finns ett välutrustat kocks rostfritt kök, ett stort matsalbord och en lounge med skinnsoffor och en dagbädd.

De levande områdena öppnar alla på en stor övre vänd täckt däck med hooded 6 brännare BBQ och ett annat stort matbord utformat för att fånga den svala sommarbrisen. Det finns också ett sovrum med dubbelsäng, ett sovrum med 2 enkelsängar och ett badrum på denna nivå. Bottenvåningen har tre mycket stora queen size sovrum. Av de tre har man en extra enkelsäng. De tre sovrummen nere betjänas av 2 badrum.

Fyra av de fem sovrummen har LCD-tv med Austar installerad för din bekvämlighet. Vardagsrums-tv är utrustad med Austar HD IQ.

Huset är fullt luftkonditionerat / uppvärmt tillsammans med gratis NBN bredband. Takfläktar finns i de flesta rum och huset är helt skärmad.

Det finns underparkering för upp till tre fordon i carport. Huset är avskilt på baksidan av det stora 800 kvm kvarteret med en 11 meter simbassäng omgiven av tropiska trädgårdar.

Byron Bay Golf Club ligger bara 2 minuters bilresa bort.

Även inom en kort promenad är byn Suffolk Park med sitt fantastiska bageri, tavern, affärer, stormarknad och restauranger. Med Byron Bay bara fem minuters bilresa bort, är denna plats den perfekta kompromissen mellan all action av bukten och den orörda skönheten i Tallows Beach.

Family get together

The property catered to our family exceptionally well, the kitchen was great and the lounge seated everyone for the evening get togethers. It is centrally located to shops, pub, cafe and the beach. Highly recommended.

We as a family found the house very well equipped with facilities & supplies, plus local bakery, supermarket & takeaways within walking distance as was the beach.Plus heated pool!!!!

Lovely comfortable home in a great position

We had a large family gathering including a dog. This lovely, very well appointed, comfortable home suited us very well. It is in a great position for the beach and exploring the area. Friendly and helpful host. We would certainly stay again.

Amazing house!

We travelled from Canada to visit some family in Sydney and we decided to book the house for both families, 11 people in total and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Everything was PERFECT! We were greeted with a bottle of Champagne and box of chocolates, coffee & milk and there was even a Christmas tree! Nice details as we were spending New Year’s Eve at the house. Super easy check in, the wole house was spotless. Lots of sitting are in the living room and on the deck outside. Each bedroom has a closet and dressers, super confortable beds. The kitchen is fully equipped, with everything you may need and even more! Big BBQ. The Air conditioning, laundry (many rack to hang your clothes) fans and wifi worked perfectly. The pool was also cleaned and heated. Perfect location! Walking distance to the beach, shops, bakery, grocery and wine/drinks store which was very convenient being a big group. During check out we forgot our computer bag with all the passports and a very big amount of cash. We were contacted right away not only by the manager of the house but also by the owner to let us know. When a family member picked up the bag the whole amount of cash was in there. Very honest people. We will be forever grateful! I highly recommend this property and we will definitely book it again if we are visiting the area.

Beach House on Armstrong

Good property for our large family of 8 adults and a couple of kids. The heated pool was a bit chilly. Great location as an easy walk to the beach and local shops, bakery etc. Unfortunately the free to air TV did not work at all and the wifi is very intermittent. Not a deal breaker, but a bit annoying. Also the vacuum cleaner needs to be replaced, it just doesn't work.

Fab location, beautiful home

Walking distance to beautiful beach and fabulous local village with amazing food. House was fabulous, didn’t want for anything. Stayed for two weeks and definitely could of stayed longer. Will be back with some of my family next time

Family holiday in Suffolk Park

We had a fantastic holiday with our grown children, their partners and 2 grandchildren and 1 dog. The property was great for our extended family and very well equipped for a large group. The dog beach close by was an added bonus. All in all a wonderful place for family to get together

Excellent Holiday Spot for families

The place was immaculate and close to the beach and a short hop skip and a jump down to Byron Beaches. The house was fully equipped with everything you could ask for - even down to sand buckets and pool toys for the kids to a fully set up kitchen. This house certainly met and exceeding our expectations of a great family stay. We can’t wait to have another trip to this location and stay at this place. It has a great homely feel and you feel immersed into the town even popping down to Suffolk Park bakery feeling part of the in crowd ordering your patisseries and coffee. Hands down best stay we have had on the coast in a long time. Cheers to the owners and management staff that look after this place - even made special with the Christmas decorations and tree put up for us over the holiday period. Regards, Nick

Group catch up

We were a group of 5 women from 4 different states of Australia . The location was great as everything we wanted was in walking distance….local shops, restaurants and the beach . The house offered us everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. Great property and very happy to recommend it .

Excellent. Great location, house had plenty of space and everything one would need

We had a lovely stay at the house. Lisa was an amazing host, checking in to ensure all was well and offering additional bits of information. The house is very spacious with enough space and bedrooms to comfortably accommodate our needs. We were impressed with all the appliances and extras in the kitchen. The kids were even able to bake muffins! We enjoyed our stay and I can highly recommend Suffolk Park and Lisa as a host.

Great hangout house

We really enjoyed staying here. Location was great, close to a surprisingly great little group of shops and restaurants and also close to the beach. A lovely relaxing house to stay in. One of the best bits was how well the house was kept with loads of things that made it an easy stay, like cooking equipment, pantry basics, bedding, gates for stairs so little kids don't fall down etc etc. Thanks to Lisa and team for setting it all up well.

Excellent Property!

We stayed here over New Year for a week and couldn’t fault it! The whole house was exceptionally clean and really well equipped. Lisa the host was very accessible from when we booked it and made everything very easy throughout. The house is in a great Location, so close to the beach. It was very quiet ( even on New Year’s Eve). Everyone in our group loved it, we can’t wait to go back this year.

Great for family groups

We had a lovely time making the most of the pool and the big verandah while staying here. Lisa was very clear and understanding in all communications and really wanted us to have a lovely time. Sitting on the day bed enjoying the gorgeous garden and sunshine was a favourite activity for many. We really liked how we all had our separate spaces as there were 3 groups of us but never felt on top of each other

Welcome to Paradise!!!

This was a special holiday with family joining us from the UK and this property was perfect for a large group people of varying ages coming together to celebrate Christmas. Lots of space and privacy with the bedroom set up so everybody could feel comfortable. Fabulous open living area and kitchen and kitchen kitted out with everything you need. The pool well we could not ever kids out of it and in a lovely lush tropical garden. Lisa was fantastic to deal with extremely helpful and went out of her way to make sure we were settled and enjoying our holiday! Suffolk Park is a great location, fab beach and only a 10minute drive to the hustle and bustle of Byron Bay and all that it has to offer! If and hopefully when the situation arises we would be back in a heartbeat!

Perfect family gathering spot. Out of the bustle but close to Byron!

Gorgeous property with lush foliage and pool. Chef’s kitchen. Plenty of sleeping for teens and multi-family. Great shade on deck.

Wonderful!!!

Everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Everything clean and tidy, with such helpful and obliging owners. They included small welcome pack and great guide to local district, we were spoilt for choice of things to do!!!!....we highly recommend this house, and we would definitely stay here again

Perfect in every way !!!!!

We had a fabulous time at this property. Ideal for two families with teenage children. Spacious rooms, great outdoor space and well equipped kitchen. The kids loved the foxtel and Netflix and no arguements over channels as the house had 4 tv’s. Close proximity to beach and local shops, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Byron. We will definately be back !!!!! Lisa was fanstastic to deal with, super helpful 🙂
