Hemmet består av ett stort öppet kök, matsal, lounge och luftkonditionering i omvänd cykel. Andra funktioner inkluderar biljardbord, satellit-TV, DVD och stereoanläggning och gratis wifi. Det finns även undercover parkering på baksidan av fastigheten med dubbla åtkomst till uppfarten. Vi erbjuder gratis användning på plats av två kajaker med flytvästar för vuxna och barn för att utforska de lugna och pittoreska vattenvägarna i Harriet River.
Hemmet rymmer upp till 11 personer, sovrummet har dubbelsäng och stort badrum med utsikt över Harriet River och tillgång till ytterdäck. Det andra sovrummet har en drottningssäng, det tredje sovrummet har en drottningssäng och enkelsäng och det fjärde sovrummet har en tri våningssäng och en enkelsäng, alla betjänas av det andra badrummet med badkar och en separat toalett.
Fastigheten ligger på ett dubbelt kvarter omgiven av naturlig vegetation och hem för många inhemska djurliv som wallabies, koalor och echidnas. Fronten på fastigheten har ett stort däck, 4 brännare BBQ och Alfresco restauranger och erbjuder magnifik utsikt över floden Harriet. Luta dig tillbaka och njut av avskildheten och lugnet med en gratis flaska "Fleurieu Vines" Cabernet Sauvignon och titta på solnedgången. Ta en kort promenad till den spektakulära prisbelönta Vivonne Bay Beach. Den största och mest tillgängliga viken och stranden på sydkusten och den bästa stranden för bad och surfing.
Vivonne Bay Store är öppen 7 dagar i veckan och säljer bränsle, alkohol, allmänna förnödenheter och en mängd mat och dryck. Se till att hänge dig åt en av deras berömda Whiting Burgers.
Vivonne Bay är en av de populäraste platserna på Kangaroo Island - det är robust, vackert och hem för några av öns favoritattraktioner, Seal Bay Conservation Park, Little Sahara, Raptor Domain, Kangaroo Island Outdoor Action för guidade fyrhjulingsturer, Bush Getaway Äventyr, sandboarding och paintball. Great House, Great Location

The house is well positioned with good views over the river. The beach is a short walk away. The house is spacious and is very well appointed. I highly recommend staying here.

Lovely stay at Vivonne Bay

This property is gorgeous. A very private setting with beautiful views of river and bush and we had stunning sunsets to enjoy. The two kyaks were such a bonus as the river was glassy for 2 days while we there. The pool table was fun too even though in need of repair and levelling. A superb spot to go.

Pleasantly surprised at this lovely place

We had a great time hanging out and playing pool at this property. It was well appointed with plenty of supplies in the kitchen, including great coffee and the basics (salt, pepper, tea, oil etc). We found the house to be spotlessly clean and was very comfortable. The kayaks were a great added bonus and we loved sitting out on the decking to watch the sunset. Thanks for a great stay!

Fantastic spot beach and river relaxing in one great location

We had three nights stay here. Really not long enough. Loved the location easy walk to the beach and river. Great spot to take the provided kayaks for a spin. The local wildlife would pop up every night when we had tea on the balcony, such a wonderful experience. House was huge, comfortable and clean. Great home for a few families. Highly recommend staying here.

Amazing holiday

We had a wonderful stay at Vivonne Bay. The house was in a beautiful location with views over the river and a short walk to an amazing beach. The house was great with everything we needed and the kids loved playing pool and I enjoyed the spacious balcony. I’m hoping people continue to visit KI after the fires as this area and house is a place not to be missed.

Brilliant location, great house

This property had everything we needed (plus some) and was in a great location. Vivonne Bay has an incredible beach and is also close to many of the main attractions on the island. We were there during a heat wave but still didn't need to use the aircon due to the large verandahs on both sides of the house. It was a great home to return to after 42 degree heat elsewhere on the island. The kayaks were also great and we used these daily.

Good Location

This house is in a good location for activities on the central, south, and west side of Kangaroo Island. We really enjoyed our stay because of the convenient location. Unfortunately the wifi at the house wasn't really working. We could connect, but we couldn't email or send pictures from our phones. We contacted the owners, who were very responsive. They informed us that the previous guests must have used all the data and we were out of luck. This was very frustrating for us since we reserved that house over others because it had wifi. We could have stayed somewhere else in the area for less. There was sand in one of the beds and we pulled a blanket out to curl up on the couch with and it was also sandy and full of grass spurs. I assume a previous guests used it in the yard and just put it away dirty, but we spent quite a bit of time trying to clean it up and pick spurs out of our clothing.

Lovely views

We enjoyed our stay, it is a big house and would suit a large family . The birds and wallabies were lovely to watch (and feed) Beds are comfortable. The pool table provided a few laughs! The cleanliness was a bit below average, but because some vehicles wiz past at high speeds it creates a lot of dust, and we found there were lots of mozzies. An outside area to clean fish would save having to do them inside. We would return due to the fantastic location. Thank you

Spacous, great views and very comfortable . Close to a lot of KI attractions

Great house. Had all we needed and was close to so many attractions. The kayaks were great and wallabies came up to the door. Recommend visiting Admirals Arch, Seal Bay, Raptors Domain, Rematkable Rocks and so mych more. We will be back!

Large spacious and clean house.

Chris W Central to the major natural attractions Finders Chase NP,Seal Bay,Kelly Hill Caves,Remarkable Rocks, Hanson Bay Beach,Admirals Arch,Vivonne Bay as well as Raptor Domain and Light Houses.You can be active here or just chillout on the large elevated veranda with views, play pool walk on the lovely beach.One week wasn't long enough will be back.

Very Clean great location for fantastic walks

Loved the property was spacious, clean and stove, oven and washing machine worked well. Convenient location for touring and the beautiful beach was walking distance. Brian was great to work with and promptly answered and queries. Would definitely use property again.

Great property in a convenient location

Our 3 generation family group enjoyed our stay on Kangaroo Island at the Vivonne Bay Island getaway . We loved the easy access to the river for fishing and kayaking , and the location of the house half way along the coast made it easy to get to the main attractions. Well equipped house which made for a relaxing holiday enjoyed by everyone in our group.

Great Holiday Property

This is a great holiday property with lots of space for adults & kids. Our group of four adults had a wonderful three nights. The house layout is roomy and comfortable. The facilities are good but beginning to show wear & tear and the need for maintenance. While there is plenty of clothes storage in the three of the bedrooms at one end of the house, the main bedroom, which is at the other end of the house, has no clothes storage or hanging facilities at all. The location is excellent for local beach access & for exploring the central & west areas of Kangaroo Island. The property is excellent value for money.
